I'm really disappointed in this location. I called ahead to verify that the item I wanted was available and store hours were accurate. The person on the phone told me that it was available and verified that the store closed at 9pm. I asked if I should put the item on hold and was told that because there were more than five in stock, that was unnecessary. We arrived at 7:30pm and were told by the security guard that they had cut the line off already for the night. AN HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE CLOSE. When I explained that I had called ahead and showed him the phone record as proof he told me that there was nothing he could do. So we went and spoke to the manager, Anita, who was extremely dismissive and couldn't have cared less about customer service. She was combative and rude and her store lost out on a great sale because of her bad attitude. I suggest she either be replaced or sent to customer service training. Won't be visiting this location moving forward. Have fun catering to the kids on Friday nights who stand in line to look instead of adults who stand in line to actually spend money. Soo.. Lets start from the very beginning. We had a very good friend pass away who loved Gucci (why I don't know) but he did. So for all of this we wanted to purchase bracelet for his girlfriend and several other people to remember him by. We started our search online and found what we wanted. Great! A cute little silver bracelet with a heart on it, it was a great gift and a great bracelet for each one of us to wear on our wrist to remember him by. We decided to go in to the store to see if they had any in stock. After circling the store several times FINALLY we got someone to help us who treated us like minions. Thanks. Turns out she looked in a few drawers and said she didn't have what we were looking for and to order it online. The next day (Wednesday) we went online and tried ordering - Not Easy - we were not able to add items to our cart - Again Annoying. After all of this we decided to call to order, we wanted to do rush delivery so we could get them on time so we had to get basically everyone they had in random sizes. Not a huge deal but it took about an hour on the phone with them for this process. They had to complete 3 separate orders and although we were paying $35 per order for next day delivery she couldn't guarantee it would arrive by Friday. What? We are paying for next day shipping and you don't know if it will be here 2 days later? As I mentioned we did rush delivery and had them sent to the office because we knew that we would not be at home when fed ex came and had to sign. After I stressed the importance of this they sent some boxes to the office and some to the billing address, what is their problem! That being said we missed some of them so had to go to fed ex at 6pm on Friday when we needed them by 5pm and then we get them and may I mention they cancelled 4 bracelets last minute and refunded us - Not Ok. Now let's get to the real bad part. Over half of them came TARNISHED with spots all over them. Who goes to a luxury brand and wants defected bracelets - Amateur hour. Again we get back on the phone with customer service who hangs up on is when we tell her what's going on, call back and explains the story to someone else to tells us to chill out. WTF! At this point we don't want the merchandise, they are defective #1 and #2 they have been absolutely awful to us. Game over, don't want to deal with this any more. Next day, go in to store again to see what they can do, maybe clean them or return. They say NO you didn't buy from here so we can't help you with anything. I give Gucci the big FU and will absolutely never do business with you again. read more

I will never shop here again. I stopped in just before Christmas and of course, they are taking names and adding you to queue to get assistance. That's the norm here, so I shouldn't have been surprised. I wasn't going to wait for 15 people in front of me to get a sales assistance. I drove through Palm Desert the next day, so I stopped at the Gucci store there. I proceeded to purchase two pair of shoes and was out of there in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, but shoes had to be ordered (they arrived promptly and without issue) and one pair didn't fit. So I'm forced to return them at the Scottsdale store. The mall isn't busy today. But I'm ninth in line to make an otherwise quick return at Gucci. The last time I made a purchase here, the sales associate was supposed to get back to me regarding another item they didn't have in stock. Never heard from him. Guess he didn't need the sale. I have shopped at Gucci stores around the country, as well as the Flagship and second store in Florence, Italy. I always love my experience. However, I am finally to the point where I WILL NEVER shop at the Scottsdale store again. This is ridiculous and the associates are always rude and the service is poor. Don't shop here! I've been here for more than 40 min so far. Just asked for a bottle of water and was told she can radio to see if someone can get one for me, but she can't right now (the associate checking people in). What a joke. read more

Horrible customer service. I walked in with the intention on buying a Gucci belt. I walked around the store for about 15 minutes and was not greeted at all. Once I was looking at the belts one of the associates rudely came up and asked if I needed anything and I asked her if she had the belt in black and in my size and she told me no. I asked her if she would look to see if they had my size and she said she doesn't have it. I then asked if they know when they can get shipment in and she says once a week but they don't know what they get, and she walked away. I was disgusted by the customer service I received. I will never shop at this location and will be purchasing my Gucci items at different stores. read more

If I could give this store 0 stars I would, this place has rude staff that are only interested in helping you if you are spending thousands of dollars. I purchased shoes for my wife as a Christmas gift and unfortunately I got the wrong size. We went to exchange a few days after Christmas the lady helping us grabbed the display and took it to the back, brought it back in a box and said we were all done! We asked her twice to make sure that wasn't the display and she blatantly lied to us and told us it was not a display. After we left the store we opened the box and to our surprise it was the ugly used display shoe. There was scuffs on the bottom of the shoe and the shade was clearly dirty and scratched. When we went back to speak to the manager we were treated rudely by her and was told all she could do is return and order online and she could not help us order anything. She did not give us any other options. I called the store a day after to ask if the shoe was out of stock and if they could order for me, the sales rep checks and says she could order from a different store, why wasn't that offered to begin with?? You would thing a luxury brand like Gucci would treat people better. read more

I went into the Gucci store while I was on vacation in California, to ask some questions about a belt. The lady in California informed me that they always stand behind their product. I was told to bring the belt into the store. So of course when I get home I take it to fashion square. Wow was the customer service horrible. The employee had the nerve to tell me to use SHARPIE on the leather belt! Excuse me but I did not spend over $300 on a belt to color in a tear with F****** sharpie! So much for being a high end fashion brand and standing behind their product. Makes me wounder what corporate would think of this. read more

My husband and I were in Boston on vacation, we bought $3700 worth of merchandise from the Gucci store there. Returned home to Arizona, and 2 weeks later the strap on a $1500 purse we bought BROKE!!! My husband took the purse into the Fashion Square store, and instead of them being embarrassed about the quality of their product, and offering to replace it immediately, their only offer was to send it out for repairs that will take weeks!! Talk about TERRIBLE customer service!!! When I buy a product such as Gucci I expect quality, and when the product doesn't live up to expectations. came here to buy some sunglasses about a week ago at Fashion Square...and wow. i walked in wearing heels, a skirt, had a big (fake) LV handbag that i got from a client of mine (lol this lady tries to sell her fake shit and pawn it off as real...for $40 um no! ok thats not the point...) yeah so i walk in all decked out, my hair curled, etc and wow i was treated like a godess! they offered "a drink" (im assuming means a bottle of water lol) and let me try different glasses on...well i found the pair i liked and was ready to buy, but to my dismay, i couldnt find my debit card anywhere! so i went home and found it in my jeans from the night before with my drivers license...ok cool. but by then i didnt want to deal with driving back to the mall on a saturday evening....so i ran back in after work the other day (in khaki pants, a brown shirt, and old flip flops) and i dont know what their trip was, but they were so unattentive and rude! it was crazy...maybe they thought i was some poor high school girl browsing around for fun or something? i dont know...all i know is that they seem to flock to you there if you LOOK like you have money. its so typical. well after having to flag down a sales person, i finally got the stupid (gorgeous lol) sunglasses i wanted. but geeze someone please remind me next time i decide to go to Gucci (or just fashion square in general!) to put on some heels and carry an expensive looking purse (as opposed to the Fox bag i was carrying that day) so that i can get some decent service! geeze. lol read more
