The salad starter was fresh, and the phyllo was crunchy and flavorful on its own. The crab was delicious and well prepared. For the main course, I had the pork loin with apricot and prune. The sweet and savory flavors worked beautifully together, and the meat was perfectly cooked and not dry at all. For dessert, I ordered the Pots de Crème au Chocolate. One thing to keep in mind: they make everything fresh to order, so the wait can be a little longer than your typical quick-service spot. I actually think the freshness is worth the extra time, but it's something to be aware of if you're in a hurry. Also tried the Apple Mint Mojito, which was delicious--light, refreshing, and a great complement to the burger. One tip: If you prefer your burger more well-done, definitely let them know when you order. The burger can come out on the rarer/juicier side, so communicate your preferred doneness upfront. Despite this, the food was still delicious. I ordered their Field Trip combo, which comes with adobo fried rice, your choice of crab or toss salad (I chose the crab salad), angry bird chicken, a 5 oz hamburger steak in a gravy sauce, and Pehule short rib. Every bite was full of flavor and absolutely amazing. My wife had their traditional eggs Benedict with hash browns, and the portions were generous and filling. The servers were very attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The location is small, so there might be a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. Tried Guieb Cafe in Waimalu and had such a great experience! I ordered the cold lobster roll with waffle fries, and it was such a delicious combination. It was definitely different from the typical warm lobster roll, but I really loved the creamy mayo mixture they used--it added so much flavor without being overpowering. There was a good amount of food, with 3 types of meat (smoked pork, oriental beef tips, little smokey sausages) with some kimchi, takuan, & taegu, and rice. It was still warm and tasted great! Total was $12.50 including tax, good deal! Love popular hole-in-the-wall eateries in an industrial area. The local workers definitely know good places to eat!
