We were hungry for a late breakfast and decided to try this hidden gem after hearing good things. We went on a Sunday, and there was a ton of parking upstairs of Westridge Shopping Center where Jessica's is located. Many of the choices on the menu were very tempting, but we really came by with the hope of sampling their Prime Rib Loco Moco, which we'd heard about from friends. We ordered that to share, and each had the sweet bread French toast. The Prime Rib Loco Moco was awesome. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the gravy had just the right flavor to put everything together with the egg and fried rice. The French toast was the perfect sweet compliment to the savory loco moco dish. Service was fantastic, we were constantly attended to and everyone was very friendly. We really enjoyed our meal and will be coming back soon!
Amazing spot hidden in the upper level of a plaza, Jessica's was insanely good. We got the big local breakfast with fried rice, a nice "sampler" of stuff that's very filling. Bacon was okay; spam was great, Portuguese sausage was great. We also got the Jessica's Moco, the gravy on it was fire. Great portions overall and would definitely come back! Servers were all very nice to us as well. I suggest taking the streets up to the second floor in the back so you don't have to park in front and take the stairs!

But we almost walked out. :( Hopefully they can fix that. Thankfully there was an open booth for my family of 4. They sat us and we were able to get water quickly. We looked at the menu and noticed that all of their entrees were mostly $25+. A little on the pricier side if you are looking to spend. But, the portions are pretty big. So you would be able to share a plate depending on how hungry you are. Overall, we would come back on a Special occasion. Their chicken was amazing and the rest of our food that we order was pretty good as well. Their service was top notch and their servers were really attentive. We hope to be back soon!

I don't remember if I left a review for this lovely restaurant when my son & I stumbled upon this restaurant when they were having their soft opening. I remember the people & staff being very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Their menu had delicious items and I ordered the prime rib loco moco. It was delicious and I knew we needed to come back again. I want to bring my husband here one day. Did not have that chance yet. My mom recently posted pictures on FB from when she & my step-dad went to eat there. Form their two trips there combined, they've tried the fresh corned beef and cabbage, prime rib loco moco adobo fried rice, adobo fried rice omelette with lechon kawali & the breakfast fried adobo with spam & eggs. breakfast. Looks so yummy ! If you want good food, great service & a comfortable welcoming atmosphere, go to Jessica's and you won't be disappointed.

I should come for lunch one day but we're always in the area during breakfast time lol. The adobo fried rice is sooooo good! I love their lechon as well, the sauce is perfect with the pork. A cute little hole in the wall across Pearlridge shopping center! Me and my husband went around 9am on a Friday so there was no wait at all. Granted, most people are working so I didn't expect it to be too busy. From reading reviews, it seems like it gets pretty hectic on the weekends. As a Filipina, I will always have a weakness for adobo fried rice and longanisa. My husband ordered the corned beef hash and devoured the whole thing so I couldn't take a picture. I have to say that the portion size is MASSIVE! This omelette was about the length of my forearm and I honestly expected probably half the size for the price. There was also a generous amount of pork throughout the rice and it was seasoned well without being overly salty. The longanisa was also juicy and had a nice char. The service was also friendly, quick, and efficient. She gave me a box right before I was about to ask so she anticipated our needs really well. She checked on us often so we were well taken care of. So tasty and well worth every penny! We both had a really memorable experience and definitely will add this to our list of brunch spots in the area!
Note: this is a review of the all day breakfast. Resort level breakfast. A definite step up from the greasy spoon. The quality matches the higher price. The waffle, in the chicken and waffle, is an actual yeast waffle. Chewy, dense, bready on the inside, extremely crisp on the outside. Plenty moist on its own but has the ability to really suck up the butter and syrup making it that much better. The chicken for the pairing, genius! A skin on thigh with most of the meat removed fried crisp. What remains of the meat turns to jerky but the beautifully seasoned skin, heaven. It mimics crispy bacon. Side note, just hope this is only done for the chicken and waffle. I wouldn't accept this in the fried chicken plate. Fresh corned beef in the corned beef hash in a 60/40 ratio of corned beef to potato. Crisp on the outside, tender and not greasy on the inside. It works as part of the Jessica loco moco (one burger with just the right amount of filler and one corned beef patty w/ two eggs on rice with scratch made rich brown gravy). Very large servings. Props to the single server who was able to keep the entire front of house running smoothly and with a smile. Looking forward to trying some Filipino breakfast offerings on a future visit. While $25-$30 per dish for breakfast isn't "cheap eats", the quality fully justifies it. One of the best breakfast spots on this side of the island.

We picked up a take out order from here for the prime rib loco moco with fried rice. The rice itself was super flavorful and had adobo in it, which was a nice surprise. I thought the prime rib would be the star of the show, but honestly it was super tough and extremely salty. It could have been because we did a takeout order, so I would definitely like to come back and try it fresh!

My Yelp Elite friend Iris T. and I planned to meet here today at 11 a.m. for lunch. We both arrived a little early, minute or so of each other and found two stalls fronting the restaurant. Perfect cuz the weather was wet today. Simple and spacious interior. Friendly staff. It was a bit cold inside at the beginning. When we exited, outside was hot and humid. We talked for 4 minutes shy of 4 hours and they didn't chase us out even though we were the last people in there. Just so happened the kitchen closed down at 1 pm since every 6 months they have kitchen cleaning day and today happened to be it. We took the last booth on the right and logistics wise, we could see everyone who went to use the restroom. Only one stall for customers so it was like Grand Central Station passing us. Our young, pretty and slim server, Chloe was sweet. I had met a different friend for coffee yesterday and she told me she heard this place was expensive. Yes, definitely not the pricing of Arby's or Shiro's as comparisons. Our two meals, 2 non-alcoholic beverages plus tip rang up to $75. My oxtail saimin came with grated ginger, good. The tiny pieces of oxtail were pretty much fall off the bone. Unfortunately perhaps they forgot to add seasoning because the soup tasted like warm water. I added shoyu- didn't help. I added drops of Tabasco, still not good. I barely ate half. We both noticed the smell of the mustard cabbage topping the soup when it was first brought out to the table. My friend's beef cutlet one portion was salty but she said the first piece was fine. The menu listed mocha as one of their beverage offerings but Chloe said they only had cappuccino and one other choice. A good place to catch up with a friend.

Decided to try Jessica's for brunch around 11:30am and waited about 30 minutes for a party of 2. I'd recommend going earlier if you want to avoid a wait. The inside is spacious, but there are only around 10-12 tables, with most able to seat up to 4 people. Larger parties may have a harder time finding a table together. We tried the Jessica Moco and the Lechon Kawali with eggs and adobo fried rice. Both were delicious, and I'd definitely recommend them! The prices were a little higher than I expected for a brunch spot, but other than that, I really enjoyed the food and would come back if I'm ever in the area. read more

How have I never been here before? Decent location with plenty of parking. Upon walking inside it's clean with plenty of seating. We were greeted and sat right away! We got water and coffee which our waitress continuously topped off. I ordered the Jessica Moco (recommended) but because I'm gluten free the burger patty uses breadcrumbs so I got all corned beef instead (made in house)! I'm not usually a fan of corned beef, but this one was really good. Some loco moco's have too much gravy and are overly salted but this one was perfect. Huge portions and everything tasted fresh and perfectly seasoned. My mom had an omelette which was also huge and she enjoyed it. It was loaded with veggies and cheese, and a big side of hashbrowns! We had to get it to go box to take everything home! If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking out Jessica's kitchen! read more

This place is located in the upper level of a strip mall. We went for brunch at 12pm on a Saturday and there was ample parking upstairs. When we first walked in we were greeted immediately seated. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. I noticed that they are quick to clean but also thorough to wipe down the table, condiments basket, seats and even the floor directly below the table. The menu is easy to read and with just enough options which leads me to believe that their food will be excellent. They came by quick to take our order and the food took a little time to arrive but it was well worth the wait and the quality of there! The chicken and waffles were made to perfection. The waffles are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the two pieces of chicken thighs were fried to a crisp. I ordered a side of gravy which had a light consistency but delicious! Jessica's Loco Moco was really filling. They served at least 3 scoops of rice and the burger patty was a little tough, the hash was delicious, the eggs were over easy and topped with just the right amount of gravy. We asked for the Adobo fried rice but received steamed rice. Yuan's omelette was good with crispy bacon and although good overall, it was the hollandaise sauce that enhanced it overall. The hash browns were not seasoned but still tasted good mixed in with the hollandaise sauce. The Macadamia Nut pancakes were decent. The pancakes were extra fluffy but tasted a bit too floury however the Haupia sauce and macadamia nuts made it taste better. Overall, I would like to return and try some of their other dishes. Hidden gem alert!!!! If you're looking for a mom and pop spot this is it. I wanted breakfast but didn't want to wake up early. After a search on Yelp I found this spot. What drew me to them was the liver and it being 10mins away from my house. They are across from Pearl Ridge Mall. When you enter the center parking lot drive around to the back of the plaza. It is located on the second floor. You can also take the stairs or the elevator after you park if you don't go around. There is plenty parking. The windows were tinted. Which keeps the soon out and allowed for a more intimate setting. The waiter was very nice. We were greeted upon entry. You sit wherever you want. We ordered the Chicken n Waffles, side of two egg scramble with cheese, side of bacon, liver with double rice gravy, bacon on side, lumpia and corn beef hash. The waiter checked on us just enough. I would recommend and I would go again. Breakfast is served all day! The prices are affordable. read more

Clean place in the old Pho My Lien restaurant. Breakfast was plenty and tasteful. Had the Jessica Moco (fresh corned beef and hamburger with over easy eggs on fried rice). Also ordered a prime rib that was on the dinner menu, but it was actually a fried rib eye steak with au jus sauce (disappointing when you expect a roast). Ordered dinner for mother's day. Breakdown of what we had: Lechon Kawali plate - good and tasty Adobe omelet and kawaii - very good and large portion. Philly cheese steak sandwich with onion rings. - very ono. Prime rib plate- meat soft. Not best cut but huge piece. For sure adding this restaurant to my restaurant rotation whenever I need some comfort filipino food! * Parking: Located on the upper portion of the Westridge Shopping Center across Pearlridge. Ample parking shared with nearby restaurants such as Ichiriki and Chez Sports Bar & Grill. * Ambiance: Clean & Quiet! Nice spot for a family meal or catching up with friends. * Service: We were seated right away and our orders came out very quickly! Friendly staff too! * Food/Drink: I ordered the fried bangus and it definitely hit the spot, especially since I rarely fry fish in my own home due to the lingering smell lol. The vinegar, onions, and tomatoes all paired perfectly with the salty crispy fish. My mouth is watering just thinking about it and looking back on these pics! Ate here for lunch with some girl friends! Staff were kind and attentive. The seating is spacious and comfortable and parking was fair. I was interested to see a new restaurant and one that has a lot of Filipino influence. The menu is fairly extensive but the waitress recommended the Jessica moco as it's the best seller. Personally the moco was tasty but on the saltier side for my liking. I thought the burger patty was a little overcooked and corned beef hash patty was the real winner. I tried my friend's chicken and waffles and I liked the chicken! I would come again to try more food. It is pricier for some items but overall fair! read more

You have me at prime rib....loco moco. This is a brand new restaurant located near the old drive in movie theatre. And I would never have found this place if it wasn't for the Food Fiend YouTube Chanel. She's great at reviews. Well what can I say, it's Filipino food with a modern twist. The familiar flavors are there meaning delicious. I went on a late afternoon and it was crowded. I ordered takeout but it took awhile for my food to show up. I can understand it was busy. My takeout order was pretty heavy and I know why. These plates were packed. Good food all around. Overall four stars. The food was delicious. It's a little high end price wise but worth it since you can feed a small family with a couple of plates. read more

I came in on a weekday with my coworkers to try the Breakfast options. The restaurant has a decent amount of seating and it wasn't busy so we were seated right away. Ambiance feels local and homey. The service wasn't too bad, but it was slow due to the fact that there was only one person doing everything. I felt so bad, but she did apologize and explained that her workers called out so it was only her waiting the tables and cooking. It's a local/Filipino cuisine. I ordered the Jessica Moco w/ Fried Rice ($30) and the Macadamia Nut Pancakes ($23) to share. It was decently sized, but I thought it was still a little pricey considering other restaurants have something similar but a couple dollars cheaper. However, it was pretty delicious. My favorite were the pancakes, although the sauce was a little too thick. I think it'd be great if it was smoother and thinner so it can soak into the pancakes better. The Jessica Moco was very savory and I actually think it's better with plain white rice because the meat is on the saltier side. Overall, I'd come back to try the other items. I hope they have more staff to help with the service. read more

Everything is delicious here. They're open till 8/27/26 at their Aiea location, so we dropped in to have breakfast today. I ordered my breakfast fix, fresh corned beef hash loco moco with fried rice and brown gravy. So ONO, broke da mouth ono! They will open in Kapolei Commons September 1, but due to Lala it may be delayed a few days. read more

We were looking at a place to have breakfast and stumbled upon this place on yelp and decided to try it. It's on the second floor a couple doors down where Makino Chaya used to be. Their menu is pretty extensive and everything sounded good but I went with the lechon kawali and upgraded to the adobo fried rice. My Husband ordered the tuna melt with waffle fries. The lechon kawali was topped with onion and tomatoes and it was accompanies with a soy/vinegar sauce. The lechon kawali was really crispy and tastey even without the sauce. The adobo fried rice was really good too. Not salty. My Husband really liked his tuna melt. I can tell he enjoys his food by his initial reaction of, "oh wow this is good." The service is awesome. Jessica's is kinda new to the scene. Across from Pearl ridge center 2nd floor above 711, Kehaus kitchen and Kim Chee restaurant. Very clean and friendly staff. Been there twice so far and enjoyed it both times. On both occasions I went at about 4pm and the place was empty. I guess not too many people know about this place. It's a shame cause the food is great. Great breakfast menu and all my favorites for lunch and dinner. From garlic chicken to rib eye. This place is in my hood so I will be back. read more

Came to dine in, was greeted as I walked in, and was told both breakfast and dinner was available. Went with the breakfast Lechon Kawali. This was good! Better dining in than having to take out and wait to eat at home. The Lechon Kawali had lots of meat and that crispy crunch, the onions and tomato's were better than what I can get at the grocery stores. Upgrades to to adobo fried rice. Hidden at the mall across Macy's (on the old Kam Drive In side) where 7-11 & Kim Chee 7 is- you will find Jessica's on the 2nd floor. This is the first time we tried the restaurant. Parking lot available. Restaurant with good temperature. Clean, with booth or table seating. Breakfast is served all day. We had the French toast. So good, soft but crisp edgings... fresh made Adobo fried rice with bangus. Fish is not too fishy or salty or vinegary- perfect. I like the sauce in the side with the fresh tomato and onions atop the fish. The fried rice with chunks of adobo. Sisig came on a sizzling platter with the egg to cook at the table. Good flavor. Lechon Kawali!! Good taste with sauce in the side. Means it's not soggy. Fresh tomato & onions. The pork is soft - moist and yet crispy - good size portions. (Some places they over cook and the pork is dry or hard). You can pay at the table- QR code. I paid and apparently there is a delay for them receiving the payment. They stopped me on the way out and said from across the restaurant "wait the payment did not come through". I walked back and showed her my electronic receipt for completed payment. Located on the second floor of Westridge Shopping Center, this spot offers ample parking and a mix of local and Filipino dishes. I had seen it pop up on my feed and decided to give it a try. We came on a weekday during lunch, and it was already pretty busy. It looks like the owner runs the front of house, which gives it a personal touch. We ordered the roast pork plate with rice and mac salad, a side of lechon, and the garlic chicken. Overall, the food was good--just a bit on the salty side for my taste. The food here is good and the service is EXCELLENT! So why the three stars right? The wait time was so long that I can't explain how relieved I was that it was just my husband and I. I kept thinking, thank God we don't have small children or a large party how would we keep them occupied for 45 min? Luckily my husband and I have different schedules so we got to catch up but even he started complaining at the 28 min mark and we had another 15 min to go. When our food finally arrived it was hot, fresh and delicious. He loved the flavor of his garlic chicken and we would definitely return as long as we didn't have anywhere to be. The other thing is the price point is kinda high : Two plates, $5 soft drink ( refills included) $5 upgrade to fried rice and gratuity came out to $65 for the two of us. I think that might be a little high for my family but it was packed in this restaurant so the prices are not affecting business. On July 2, my husband and I had to find a good reason to come back to this awesome restaurant since my sons, my husband, and I were just there on June 28 and loved their delicious and very generous portions of dishes. So on July 2, we celebrated my husband's arrival date to Hawaii from the Philippines in 2013. We tried their other yummy local dishes - Spam Eggs with Adobo Fried Rice and my favorite Fresh Corned Beef & Cabbage - As usual, service was excellent - I got very excited when Genie (the awesome server) mentioned that the restaurant is moving to Kapolei in September to a much bigger place and that there will be indoor and outdoor seating and will eventually have a band playing while customers are enjoying their meal. We will definitely come back again and again before they move. Thank you and see you soon. read more

Great new asian fusion joint in Aiea! Located on the upper level of where you find Kim Chee 7 restaurant. Jessica's is nicely clean and well lit with a good amount of seating. Lot's of booths and they can accommodate big parties. Food here is great! It was our first time here and wont be our last. You cant go wrong with the filipino dishes. Nice portioned! The pork sisig came out sizzling and tasted amazing! Lechon Kawali was sooo good! Pork was nice and tender and the vinegar sauce is a plus! I had the meatloaf, which I posted! I normally try to order things that don't have pictures yet at these new establishments and the meatloaf was also great. The gravy had great taste to it. I also ordered it with Adobo Fried rice which was huge! The mac salad was a bit bland though. Overall, the staff is friendly, the place is clean and the food is great. They've only been open for a few months and I'm recommending this place to everyone! Come here! read more
