We came here last night around like 8 PM for the first time. I ordered the sesame chicken dinner with chicken fried rice and it came with two crab Rangoon's. I personally don't feel like this portion was worth $14. The sesame chicken flavor was really good but this portion was the size of something you get at lunch time. Crab Rangoon was filled well. My fiancé also said both items were not worth $30.25. He did really love the orange flavor on his chicken. It had slices of actual oranges inside the sauce. He had an egg roll with his. He loved the egg roll. Placed an order, delivery was late even though driver was on his way. After driving around with the food for 45 minutes they show up with cold food. I brought the order in and checked it they gave me someone else's food. Called the restaurant, they said they would remake my order. 10 minutes later the drive shows up with my almost an hour late order (COLD & SOGGY) and wanted the order I had back. Oh my gosh ! This is the best Chinese food I've ever eaten. You ask , Why ? I favor shrimp fried rice .. stopped eating it 5 years ago because the other Chinese restaurants failed to clean the shrimps . I placed an order online for pick up when I arrived at the designated time my order was bagged and ready to go . The food was pretty good. Went for dinner order seafood delight, the crab, scallops, were artificial seafood. Asked for lemon for tea, sorry we don't have lemon. Was served out food and waitress never returned. BEWARE!! I recently called to place a large order for pickup from Chens. I noticed something in his voice that caught my attention like maybe he knew my voice sounded african American This was my first time coming to this restaurant. When I arrived there were 2 men behind the counter. 1 man was sitting to the far left and the other was at the register with a big grin on his face. Anyway, I tried to think nothing of it because I came all the way there. When we ate the food less than an hour later the food made us all sick. We had to take Alka-Seltzer to ease the pain. I tried to excuse the sickness as just a temporary reaction. 4 hours later I fixed another plate for myself and again became painfully sick in the gut. At that time, I discarded all that food that made me and everyone sick. WASTED all my money on this place. Chen's has been my favorite Chinese restaurant for over 15 years. I remember loving it in the beginning and my love has only grown, despite now living 1000 miles away. Chen's is a must stop when I'm in town for the crab Rangoon, egg roll and combination fried rice. I have yet to find a restaurant that does their crab Rangoon as good as Chen's does. We stopped in for lunch and the service is always quick and simple, their space is small but well maintained. Huge portions for the lunch with meat option, soup and tea included when in restaurant. Three of us came in tonight for a late dinner around 9 pm. We were seated immediately and given water and tea. We ordered 3 lunch specials that came with the main dish, soup and an egg roll. The Chicken Egg Foo Young, General Tso's Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken were all a big hit. The Chicken Noodle soup and Egg Rolls were very tasty. I had the Kung Pao Chicken and it was perfectly prepared, with just the right amount of heat. It was served with fried rice, which I liked much more than plain white rice. The meal was delicious and the staff was very efficient. This was the first time I ate at Chen's and they made a very positive impression with their service and delicious food. I ordered Beef Lo Mein with extra vegetables-I received spaghetti noodles with some sort of indiscernible gray meat, with about 3 pieces of mushroom and maybe two pieces of broccoli.
