Came here for dinner. It's a small restaurant and you order at the counter. They have free cold water in the front near the cashier. I got the bulgogi meal box Dosirak with kimchi stew. My spouse got a plate of bulgogi. The bulgogi had good flavor but was a touch fatty. The kimchi stew was delicious, I loved it! The cucumber kimchi and radish kimchi were good! The staff were super nice.

Gung Chae is an absolute gem if you're looking for an amazing, healthy Korean meal! I ordered the Kimchi Stew, and it hit the spot. It was perfectly flavorful and comforting. As you can see from the picture, the presentation is excellent. It came served on a tray with a side of white rice (in the classic covered bowl), a fresh side salad, delicious house-made kimchi, and some savory japchae. The entire restaurant is incredibly clean with a small seating area with plenty of room for a small group. It's a self-serve setup, but the staff still made a point to check on me and make sure I was happy with my meal. Excellent food, clean ingredients, and wonderful hospitality. I will definitely be back!

Convenient location and plenty of parking. Order at the counter and have a seat, very clean and modern restaurant. Even though it was counter ordering the cashier stopped by a few times to ask how everything was. We ordered a spicy pork and beef bulgogi Bibimbap along with the beef kalgunksu. The flavors were spot on and the Kim chee was spicy but flavorful. The clear noodles were not salty and the taste of sesame oil. The broth of the kalgunksu was savory and the noodles were cooked perfectly.

I've been meaning to stop by here ever since I first heard about it, and I finally got the chance while I was in the area today. I ordered the spicy pork bento box, which came with soybean paste stew, rice, and a variety of banchan. Everything was really flavorful, but my favorite banchan had to be the cucumber and radish kimchee--so fresh and delicious. I also couldn't resist ordering a side of kimchee to take home. Definitely glad I checked this place out!

I have been so curious about this place. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I also noticed the Christmas decorations. It was adorable. I told them it was my 1st time and they so gladly walked me through the menu. I was taking it to go so I know this was not the whole experience. However, I was not disappointed. I ordered the Hot stone pot bibimbap beef bulgogi. When I put it all together at home, wow! I loved all the flavors I was experiencing. The side items like the kimchee was soooooo good. I will be returning and this time staying to enjoy the service. When I got

love this place! It's so good and the food truly does taste healthy. Less sodium and oils. I always get the hot veggie bibimbap. But here is why I give it 4 stars. I typically add tofu to this dish and the first time I went, the employee asked the owner and she said yes but it's an extra $2 which I am totally ok with paying. But every time I go now, which at one point was everyday in the week, they tell me I can't do it or it's not allowed. At one point, they forgot the egg and didn't have some of the veggies. When I asked, they said they ran out. Wish it was more transparent since I've memorized the dish and know what is missing. What if you are new and don't know what is missing in the dish? The portion is perfect. And the taste has been consistent. The kimchi is perfect for me as it's not spicy and it's made in-house. You can even order a jar to go home. They have 50% off veggie Gimbap weekdays when you buy an entree and also price drops for kids meal with purchase of an entree. The strawberry mint tea is so good too! It does have caffeine. They have Korean drinks, juices, and desserts.

My favorite quick stop place to have a nice little meal! I stopped here before the gym to get a snack and their bulgogi kimbap never disappoints! Their service is quick and they're always so friendly. The place has decent seating and they're very clean! Highly recommend.

Centennial has a gem of a Korean spot in Gung Chae!! It was so hard to choose what to eat. We ordered behind 2 other ladies and as soon as we saw their bowls we followed suit. I also ordered a spicy chicken kimbap (we just finished yoga in Lee Canyon and I was starving but my eyes were bigger than my stomach). The bowl comes with house made kimchi and salad as a side and it's so delicious. The hot stone kind of toasts the rice a little which gave it such an amazing flavor. I will be back!!! Great service and we were asked if we had questions lol because I'm sure we looked indecisive. The cashier read the moment very well and was super nice. Open kitchen for the win also.

I cannot give a review based on my own taste since I did not have an opportunity to taste the food myself. I came here as a request for my sick friend who was craving comfort food from his Korean upbringing. He was not feeling well at all and wanted soybean stew with extra kimchi. I didn't know where to go to get that so he recommended this place(he has never been here but knew it was in the area), so I went. The service was great! The young lady taking my order was sweet and respectful. The ambiance was clean and tidy. It was a small shop with some tables and chairs for a small crowd. I would like to go back and try this place for myself one day. Maybe one day soon because when I asked how the food was, my friend said it was good. He said it really helped him feel better. He just really needed a taste of home. They also offer a military discount. I'll be back again and update my review for a more personal experience with the food. Y'all should try it too!

OKAY LISTEN UP! This is my favorite place to go guys! I absolutely love the selection of healthy dining options and it's so nice to sit and eat in! My favorites right now are the spicy beef soup and the beef bone broth soup. You definitely need to try both because the ingredients and quality are top tier! You get such a nice meal and the staff are the nicest people like truly you couldn't have a better experience! I will be coming back regularly and this is already experience #2!

Just showing how i was able to see everything as it is open kitchen.

We really enjoyed our…read morevisit to the W Flamingo location last year; this one on Maryland was closer to our hotel for the night. We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men

It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

Our waitress and waiter were both very nice. Service is great here. I have no complaints regarding that! I started by ordering their Hot Tea Pot in the Genmaicha Tea, which is refillable ($3). The tea was good. I must've had it refilled about three times. The husband got the Asahi draft. For the food orders, we started with the cholegi salad, takoyaki, and chicken karaage. While the cholegi salad was good, I'd have to say I've had better chicken karaage elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to skip the chicken karaage next time. It was lacking in flavor so I asked for table salt to sprinkle on top of it. For the main dish, our party ordered beef sukiyaki udon, tendon, tuna and avocado poke don, nabeyaki udon, and kake udon. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. For dessert, we got everything that was on the menu so that we could sample them. I particularly enjoyed their matcha pudding in that it was more than what the picture showed. There were layers of azuki beans and black sugar syrup underneath the green pudding. This one was my favorite! The sweet potato ice cream was the party's favorite. Overall, I really like the vibe of this restaurant.
