Two Ramen Bowls. With their house made ramen.
    Amber G.

I'll say this. If I were to rate 1-10 I'd give em a solid 6... food this time around was mid. The options to select from are phenomenal, variety of noodles broth meat and toppings. But the bowl in itself took forget to heat up when cooking at the table which made the wait that much longer. The ambiance and idea is great but the meat took way too long to cook for it to kinda fill me up and low key be mid. I really hyped this place up to my bf and unfortunately this last time around was just okay. If you're looking for a quick ramen fix with lots of options it's a good place to go but if you want 5 star expectations, eh, I'd go elsewhere. I'll still visit every now and then just not my top pick.

The vibe and ambience for the restaurant is chill and low lighting. The ordering process is a bit overwhelming since their menus are all over the place. The concept of a build your own ramen sounds good, lots of options but a lot of things seems to be extra. Would love to see some options at a set price.

Love the selection of broth, house made noodles, protein and toppings. Tables wut burners. Wonderful!

They have 3 locations, but we were able to try their location in Boca Park. The unique dining experience centers around specially designed bowls that are safe for tabletop use, thanks to a clever safety mechanism and heat generated solely by the bowls themselves. We started with the bao appetizers, sampling both the birria and pork belly options. The birria bao was magnificent with the consume and cilantro toppings! For the main course, we decided to go big with the sumo bowls and the limited-time Kimchi Jjigae, a flavorful noodle dish with kimchi, pork belly, and a rich pork broth. The wings were also a hit, especially the spicy and sweet Korean Wings and the fiery Dragon Wings, seasoned with ghost pepper and the house blend. For those who like a milder flavor, the Little Dragon wings with just the house seasoning are a great choice. The highlight of the night was the "build your own noodles" option. We chose the sumo size with house-made ramen, katsu pork broth, wagyu, shrimp, and mushroom proteins, topped with truffle and black garlic oils, and every topping they offered. To end on a sweet note, we tried the dessert bao with cheesecake and ice cream in ube and matcha flavors. This place is a must-visit!

Stopped by on my way home since I didnt want to cook dinner. I've been wanting to try this restaurant for years now. I wish i tried the fried wings but next time I will. The service was great!! Nice workers. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with Pork Belly and a few vegetables. Happy to see that the noodles are separated from the soup. The noodles were meh. It was ok. Ill based this review on the broth. The broth lacked flavor. I also ordered it with Truffle oil but that too had no flavor. Maybe I needed to some spice and miso to make it have more taste. Sigh, I'll give them another try and add more flavors to the broth. It was too plain for me.

Kinda confused this visit .. while the food is still tasty and plentiful, walking in is like walking into a Subway Sandwich shop and ordering the dishes item by item. The noodles were original and noticeably better than other noodle houses, however, I ordered the Tonkatsu rice bowl and got a (big) bowl of rice topped with half a dozen pieces of pork belly .. too much rice actually and it went cold too soon. Hotplate on my side of the table didn't work, so there's that, too. Meh ..

The temp change and cloudiness gives you that feeling of having some good hot ramen. Ordered two regular bowls with house ramen/chicken broth one with pork belly and one with chicken with a side of ghost wings lightly seasoned because this seasoning can be extremely hot beyond your imagination. Great spot whether it's 110 or 75 degrees out. Ramen is what's for dinner.

I love the concept of this place - ramen the way you want it and broth on tap! I got the pork broth with the thin beef and lots of toppings which was nice. Most of the toppings are cold so they have warmers (2) on each table of 4 which is needed to warm the food back up. I think this is helpful but that the ramen bowls should be served warm. We also ran out of broth during our visit and we didn't get a new bowl, which caused some sickness. The ambiance was fast casual which conflicts with the tables that have warmers. I'd recommend changing the layout so the flow doesn't feel as awkward.

Cute concept, with a nice dark lowkey aesthetic which makes it perfect for a date night/ family outing if your looking for a more calm vibe Noise level was perfect as they offer music at the perfect level Food not bad but I wouldn't come back atleast I can say I've tried it. Ramen was flavorless but the fresh noodles stood out The chicken was ok cooked well but flavor was average (little dragon wings) Fried rice was probably the best thing we ordered I did customize it adding fried garlic, onion, mushrooms, and bean sprouts Overall I think it's worth a try where you can give it your own opinion the little heaters built on the table were cute and added to the vibe. The service was great here aswell

It's a beautiful space. Everyone was super friendly, especially the woman working the front counter right before closing on 3/21. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. This was our first visit and I knew I wanted one of chef Jet's signature bowls. I got the yakisoba and added corn. Some pieces of pork belly were a little dry, but we did show up only 30 minutes before closing so I can't be that mad. I do wish it came with broth. The on tap broth system is amazing! Husband loved the choice of udon noodles. He finished his entire bowl. And he got the sumo. It's very reasonably priced for the area. We will definitely be back.

Food was tasty, that's really it. You need to carry sweetener for your ice tea. Most importantly, dirty tables everywhere, stacks of dishes and cups. Not very appetizing. I recommend a self return tray area, customers will return themselves. Ambience is nice and servers were "polite" but not friendly. One of the gals had long hair and no net or hat. Obviously there's no management present at the Boca store. Won't return for $60 Ramen.

Went to Vegas and tried out this Ramen spot. You get to choose from a. Few different broths, your protein and then all your add ons- also tried the Korean wings and the birria baos. The Ramen was good but not super hot but then we realized there was hot plates in table to heat it up which was pretty cool. The wings were delicious, would go back just for those - they were crispy and had awesome flavor . The birria baos had potential as the meat was flavorful but it was cold- I'm not a fan of cold meat so that spoiled it a bit for me . Very casual atmosphere.

Saw posts on IG and decided to try it. Space is large but patrons were scarce at around 8:00pm on a Monday night. The concept is make your own noodle soup and the main attraction is the different kinds of broth are served from a tap. Idea is to choose a noodle, then soup base, add protein then toppings. You can reheat this bowl on a burner on the table if you desire a hotter bowl of soup or cook raw meats. Among the soup bases - Tonkotsu, Hokkaido Beef and Thai Yum - we tried, the Hokkaido Beef seems to be the best. Thai Yum & Tonkotsu are not very authentic. Between Housemade Ramen and Udon, I'd go for the first, the latter is not very chewy. Fried chicken wings tasted good but could use some marinade.

Great, if you're dining by yourself at one of the bar seating or if you're with a group of friends, they have tables in the back and then I believe they also have outdoor seating from what it looked like. (I was there at night.) I am so grateful for our server. He really was a trooper, we were trying to figure out some of my allergies, and he really went above and beyond to doublecheck things. I got an iced Matcha, and my friend got a non-alcoholic Sapporo. And we both enjoyed our beverages. Prices were pretty reasonable and they do have happy hour and deals throughout the week. For a starter, we ordered the Marufuku bites: Pirikara Chicken. It was the perfect level of spice. The ratio of bun to vegetable to sauce, was really great and we quite enjoyed it. It was a perfect little starter snack while we were waiting for our food. I ordered the Chicken Paitan with spinach noodles and my friend ordered the Hakata Tonkotsu DX ramen. There was a mixup with my noodles and they quickly remade my Ramen with the correct noodles and I really appreciated how swift they were able to do that. From the outside, the bowl looks like it isn't holding that much when in reality when you start eating, you realize that there is a lot in there! My only complaint is that I wish there would've been more chicken. The egg was fantastic and I absolutely loved the spinach noodles. They gave a really good amount of noodles! The broth was fantastic! It was the perfect comfort food. We sat there in complete silence as we happily ate our food. I finished the bowl clean! Overall, it was really great experience and I'm excited to go there again in the future. Especially more in the winter! Sometimes parking can be a little difficult because it does get really packed in that area, so just keep that in mind, especially on weekends at night, you might need to park farther down closer to mothership.
