I recommend a self return tray area, customers will return themselves. Ambience is nice and servers were "polite" but not friendly. One of the gals had long hair and no net or hat. That's on the pricier side especially this being kind of like chipotle style but ramen. Service could have been better and more professional. The staff weren't as helpful. I'll say this. If I were to rate 1-10 I'd give em a solid 6... food this time around was mid. The options to select from are phenomenal, variety of noodles broth meat and toppings. But the bowl in itself took forget to heat up when cooking at the table which made the wait that much longer. The ambiance and idea is great but the meat took way too long to cook for it to kinda fill me up and low key be mid. I really hyped this place up to my bf and unfortunately this last time around was just okay. If you're looking for a quick ramen fix with lots of options it's a good place to go but if you want 5 star expectations, eh, I'd go elsewhere. We started with the bao appetizers, sampling both the birria and pork belly options. The birria bao was magnificent with the consume and cilantro toppings! For the main course, we decided to go big with the sumo bowls and the limited-time Kimchi Jjigae, a flavorful noodle dish with kimchi, pork belly, and a rich pork broth. The wings were also a hit, especially the spicy and sweet Korean Wings and the fiery Dragon Wings, seasoned with ghost pepper and the house blend. Nice workers. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with Pork Belly and a few vegetables. Happy to see that the noodles are separated from the soup. The noodles were meh. It was ok. Ill based this review on the broth. The broth lacked flavor. I also ordered it with Truffle oil but that too had no flavor. Maybe I needed to some spice and miso to make it have more taste. The restaurant is very pretty with lots of space to sit, and I really enjoyed the hot-pot style tables that keep your ramen warm. However, it was completely empty on a Sunday evening. I was hoping to sample different broths, but that wasn't an option. The bowls we got were just okay, though the noodles themselves were really good. It's a beautiful space. Everyone was super friendly, especially the woman working the front counter right before closing on 3/21. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. This was our first visit and I knew I wanted one of chef Jet's signature bowls. I got the yakisoba and added corn. Some pieces of pork belly were a little dry, but we did show up only 30 minutes before closing so I can't be that mad. I do wish it came with broth. The on tap broth system is amazing! Husband loved the choice of udon noodles. He finished his entire bowl. And he got the sumo. It's very reasonably priced for the area. We will definitely be back. read more

Went to Vegas and tried out this Ramen spot. You get to choose from a. Few different broths, your protein and then all your add ons- also tried the Korean wings and the birria baos. The Ramen was good but not super hot but then we realized there was hot plates in table to heat it up which was pretty cool. The wings were delicious, would go back just for those - they were crispy and had awesome flavor . Saw posts on IG and decided to try it. Space is large but patrons were scarce at around 8:00pm on a Monday night. The concept is make your own noodle soup and the main attraction is the different kinds of broth are served from a tap. Idea is to choose a noodle, then soup base, add protein then toppings. You can reheat this bowl on a burner on the table if you desire a hotter bowl of soup or cook raw meats. Among the soup bases - Tonkotsu, Hokkaido Beef and Thai Yum - we tried, the Hokkaido Beef seems to be the best. Thai Yum & Tonkotsu are not very authentic. Between Housemade Ramen and Udon, I'd go for the first, the latter is not very chewy. Fried chicken wings tasted good but could use some marinade. read more

Chef Jet Tila is one of my favorite celebrity chefs. And his restaurant's theme concept is admirable. However, he'd better get his management team take better action in hiring, training and managing the staff at his restaurant because the front line will kill this dream. First, the good things: * Extensive food selection (perhaps too extensive, but there's something for everyone) * Burners on the table to keep you bowls of food warm. What a novel concept! * Good interior set up with the right combination of colors deemed lucky -- red, gold * Several recipe boards with pictures enable diners to look first and decide what to order * Location --- it's in a very busy retail/dining area in Summerlin The bad: Here are the problem areas management should look at: * There were four staff members at the time we were there. Only one was taking orders and putting them together while one person just waited at the register to ring up the order. A third person was in the back, and the fourth was taking a break. It took several minutes for the first person to finish putting the previous orders together before she can even take our order. This set up needs an efficiency expert to resolve * Not a single staff member smiled or greeted the diners (and there were only three in front of us, and two of us. * All the tables were sticky and dirty * A server delivered our food on a tray. Not a single smile, no "Enjoy!" And no napkins. I had to get up and ask for napkins which were kept behind the counter * After our food was delivered and there were no other customers lining up, all four of them went to the back of the kitchen and started yapping among themselves. Not a single person looked around to see what they can do --- clean the tables, for example! The food: * Hit and miss. The birria with broth and two pork stuffed bao and the Korean style chicken wings were delicious. The yakisoba's chicken was so dry. We poured the birria soup over the yakisoba and that helped. Our experience was so blah that I doubt we'll be back. What a shame. This restaurant is in Boca Park in Summerlin --- parking is challenging because it's so busy here. For over $60 of ramen soup and fried chicken small and 2 bao really steep in price for luke warm soup,,,,the decor is dark red and black. Lots of young crowd inside. They used gloves but were touching the touch screen then going back to the food. They were not friendly and very disorganized and slow. There was no one who seemed if they cared about the customers at all. We got three bowls and it was over $90 my son and husband got the sumo size and I got regular. The place where you sit is dark and you can't see your food as you eat. My son said they only filled his bowl half with broth and when I told them and asked if they could put more the guy said no we don't do that. The lady brought out a tray and handed it to my sister who bought her own food and she already had a tray of food in front of her with no where to put the tray. There's no sense of service here. I won't be back to this location. The food overall was okay. But someone needs to care about this place for it to improve. read more

I waited around for nearly 10 minutes in the takeout line by the ordering glass waiting for my order to be taken. When it was taken, the server was very kind in explaining the menu to me, but receiving my meal took another 10 minutes. Somewhat annoying for a slow night. Pretty stressful when you only have a 15 minute parking spot... The wait aside, the food was, um... Palatable. For a total of $17 (and a $2 tip, making it $19 really). I got the yakisoba, which was entirely lacking in sauce and flavor. The vegetables and noodles tasted like a greasy stirfried nothing. This place does earn one star for the braised pork belly though-- that was genuinely delicious. In my time waiting, I admit the restaurant itself was pretty. It had a sleek glowing red and black aesthetic and was relatively quiet, which I can always appreciate. I would be willing to come back and try something else if just a few more things went right, less wait, more flavor, or even slightly cheaper. We both got take out containers which are really nice. i am warming up the soup at home. Can keep it for other items. They also gave us a beautiful tote bag to take home the food. The Bad: I'm not a fan of restaurants that charge you extra, to make your food taste like something. This is one of those restaurants. You pay for your egg, oil (outside of garlic), and many other common add-ons. Some people might like it but I don't like the broth pouring system, it looks cool but, the broth is high warm and not hot enough. They do have table burners to heat your food but even that was weird because we sat at a 4 person table, yet it only had two burners. The taste of the food was lacking, even after paying more to make it just right, sadly it was just wrong. The food was meh. Not good and not bad. The noodles were good but broth wasn't as flavorful as others described. Toppings were frozen and not fresh. And the Korean BBQ wings are a hard no for me.
