Order a special item at the table to be delivered by miniature high speed train!

Good sushi and too much fun and a great value to boot. The booths are very IKEA looking, and include a side drawer with extra napkins, individually wrapped forks and chop sticks. Our was attentive and available, but could also be called to the table on the accompanying iPad which also allowed for direct, special order items to be sent to the kitchen from the table and then delivered from the kitchen by miniature high speed train straight to our booth. There are theee revolving conveyers delivering sushi on a plate, usually two nigiri or three roll slices per plate and each plates is $3.49. Your plates will be counted and tallied to the final bill. This is just like the sushi places one might see in Tokyo near every rail station for the busy "salaryman" to grab a quick bite to eat before commuting. It is a very quick service. Four if us were stuffed by the time our lunch was finished and for $108, and that included feeding two 26 year old young men. We also special ordered eel nigiri, yellowtail nigiri, Ikura gunkan, mochi ice cream, and some yellowtail rolls. The portions on the nigiri were generous and fresh cuts. The same with the roll slices. I expected the yellowtail roll to have some scallion, but it did not. One healthy, big plus was the offering of hot lemon water, enjoyed by my wife and two guests. Conveyor sushi has the reputation of being more akin to a "fast food" because of the quick nature of dining in this manner and also the chef is not trying to wow you with knife skills or elegance. However, we were very impressed with the variety and freshness and availability. This design is much preferred to a higher priced all you can eat sushi option. Plus, it is immensely fun to watch the conveyor bring the items along and each is covered by an individual protective cover to preserve the quality of the product from any potential outside contaminant. We had zero complaints. The dessert options were also wide in variety and proportioned well for sharing. A great spot for a fun meal, and a good value.

Clean with fast service and convenient location. This is NOT a place for people who enjoy nigiri. Come for the option to try different types of rolls, but none of them are particularly good. Ultimately, it's revolving sushi and never going to have amazing quality. I think the other option in Midtown is better for nigiri (and fresh wasabi!) but otherwise this is a fun place to bring your friends who haven't tried revolving sushi for the novelty.

The atmosphere and food selection is what makes this restaurant fun and great for a quick bite. We love the special rolls and the efficiency of how other dishes arrived quickly. The service staff is very sweet and helpful!

This sushi spot is a must-visit when you're in the mood for a revolving sushi experience. The sushi itself was decent, not the best I've had, but it was reasonably priced. I managed to get about five plates for around $20. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the unique atmosphere of the sushi revolving around you on the conveyor belt was a memorable experience. If you'd like to order something not on the belt, it's promptly delivered to you on a personalized shuttle. Overall, if you're looking for a unique and enjoyable sushi experience, this place is definitely worth checking out!

There is a revolving belt where you can pick sushi; each plate is $3.50. The nigiri comes in pairs, and the sushi rolls come in sets of 3 or 4. I love that they are small portions so that you can try a variety of the rolls. There is also a menu on the iPad at your table that you can use to order. If you order from the iPad, it comes on the top revolving belt in these cute little, smiling, spaceship-like containers that stop and open at your seat. If you ever need help, you can click on the service button on the iPad. We ordered edamma as our starter and it came iin the smiley train. I had some unfilted sake and water with lemon. The first sushi plate I grabbed was salmon nigiri, and it was very tasty and fresh. My nephew grabbed a salmon nigiri and a California roll. He probably ate three salmon nigiri and three orders of California roll. I also grabbed a salmon, avocado, and cream cheese roll, a spicy yellowtail, and ordered a spicy kanji as they stopped revolving. It's fun while my brother got the tiger and super roll, along with a few other things, for dessert w got chocolate and strawberry mochi. It was lots of fun and good. I will definitely be back.

Gotta keep it real for a moment...bringing a large group there can be a tad more complicated, so plan accordingly. I would recommend it more for intimate occasions and gatherings. That said, there are plenty of paid lots surrounding the restaurant if you can't find street parking, so at least that part is easy! I loved my experience, and I can't wait to return.

That said, locals recommended it, and I usually love sushi as a post-flight meal since it's light and fresh. The ambiance is dreamy, and I really appreciated the attentive service and bar seating. I ordered an avocado ball with caviar and spicy tuna, which was lovely and beautifully plated. I'd also seen a foodie Instagrammer mention their off-menu crispy rice rolls, so I gave those a try. Unfortunately, they fell a bit flat for me. I ended up adding a lot of soy sauce since they sincerely lacked flavor. When the bill came, I realized this probably wasn't the best choice for a quick, light meal. The prices were comparable to California, but the quality didn't quite match. That said, the person sitting next to me mentioned she visits often and felt that the night was a bit off, so I'd be open to giving it another try next time I'm in town.

I liked the idea of only having a few pieces so that you don't get full quick on one type of sushi roll and can try several others. All tasted great and were made fresh. I was on a diet but all of my friends tried the fried ice cream and fried cheese cake. They enjoyed both. I tried one of my friend's fried ice cream and really enjoyed it. The batter reminded me of funnel cake and ice cream was vanilla. My other friend who was there with his 2 sons had the chocolate version. They enjoyed theres as well. Service could be a bit better. We had to chase down the waiter for simple things like water and silverware. We struggled figuring out how to pay for our food and had to flag down someone to assist with that also. The dining hall is pretty casual but overall a cool unique sushi spot.

It is fairly spacious inside and the atmosphere was a bit quiet when I went, but it is probably livelier when it is busy. If you want the BBQ (or sushi), you order through the tablet, which kind of had some technical difficulties, and it is delivered to you through a robot above the conveyor belt. The service was good. Very attentive servers who quickly removed empty plates! I mostly got the California Roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll. I enjoyed the quality of both, but it is hard to mess up those basic rolls. I will say that the Shrimp Tempura Roll was hardly available on the conveyor belt, probably because it is a popular roll for people, As for the BBQ, we got the Beef Brisket and Galbi (marinated and not marinated). The meats were tasty to my group, but I preferred the sushi as I am not a big fan of Japanese BBQ. I also wish more food and sides were part of the AYCE. We went for the dinner AYCE at $29.99 per person, and kids under 3 eat free. Our toddler (3) and baby, free of costs. But our toddler did have his own meal (chicken nuggies and fries...what a plus!) Keep in mind that some items are included in the per-person price, while others come with an additional charge. For example, the fried ice cream dessert was $1 per serving on top of the AYCE cost. Not a huge deal, but worth noting. Now, onto the revolving sushi belt experience. The bottom belt is full of pre-made sushi, circulating around, while the top belt carries the sushi you've specifically ordered via iPad. This is where a few concerns come in. Since the pre-made sushi is constantly circulating, you don't always know if someone has fiddled with it. As for the iPad ordering system, it was placed up above the top sushi belt, which was a bit of a nuisance. It would have been easier to use if it was within arm's reach, but again, not a major issue. We opted to order items that would take time to prepare and came directly to our table, so we could avoid the pre-made conveyor. The fried ice cream dessert was great, tasty--but the spoon they gave me was dirty and sticky. It honestly felt like it had been used by a kid before being handed to me. Needless to say, I didn't use it. Service was solid. Our server was helpful, especially since it was our first time, and walked us through the process. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are a few things that could be improved, particularly with cleanliness and the setup of the revolving belts.
