All but me enjoying the fries!
    Patrick P.

We are here on vacation. It was kind of late for us but there was a great variety for our family of six. We all split a medium fry and then got some corn dogs, a hot dog, crab cake sandwich and cheesesteak sandwich ... all great! I am a big cheesesteak connoisseur and this one really hot the spot. I highly recommend it! Fries were great too. We were able to sit inside which was nice for the boardwalk. Also nice having a restroom right there. The man working in the front and our server inside were both great. I would definitely eat there again on my next vacation! Highly recommend!

This is a mom and pop place that is OK. Good service, nice scenery inside. Bland food, cash only and over priced for the quality.

Delicious cheesesteak. I've been going to Rehoboth for years and can't believe it's taken me this long to try Gus & Gus!

Always consistent.. Great cheesesteak and hot dog. It's not a visit to Rehoboth Beach without lunch at Gus & Gus.

Fried chicken at the beach is my idea of a good time. I got the 2 piece light and it was delicious.

Decor inside is interesting and casual with a big mural on the wall, and comfortable seating with tables that aren't crammed too close. Wings were excellent - well seasoned, served fresh and hot, and not "blubbery" like some are. The flavors on the pizzas are surprisingly good. Spices and sauces are well developed, and toppings are plentiful. There are many vegetarian options that are front and center, and pair well with everything else. There's a decent beer and wine list, as well as creative cocktails and mocktails, and service is friendly, attentive, and on-point.

This spot is truly a hidden gem in Dover, Delaware. The pizza is absolutely delicious. I came…read morearound 5:30 on a Saturday evening and was seated right away. The space is large and open, so sound does echo a bit, but it wasn't overwhelming. The only downside was that their bar wasn't up and running yet, so I couldn't try one of the cocktails that sounded amazing. I've had Indian-style pizza at other places before so didn't have high hopes, but this place exceeded my expectations. The chicken was juicy, plentiful, and not a single piece was dried out. The flavor of both the chicken and the pizza overall was excellent. Unlike many spots that tone down the spice to cater to milder tastes, this pizza brought the authentic flavor and heat I was hoping for.

Chicken tenders, fried chicken buckets, wings, etc. As soon as I walked in, the smell of chicken frying in grease hit me. The interior and decor give off a fast casual feel. There are a few booths and high-top tables and backless stools. The place was clean and I appreciated that there wasn't overly loud music, which seems to be commonplace these days. Kitschy artwork is also hung on the walls, along with a large chicken statue near the front door. We ordered a 30 pack of wings with cajun seasoning along with a large side of onion rings. The Airbnb was close by, so decided to take the order to go. The wings were nice and crispy, but tbh, there were a few that were on the overcooked and dry side. The wings were generously coated with the cajun spice, but I wasn't a fan of the "butter sauce" used to toss the wings. Tasted more like some sort of vegetable oil and not actual butter. I also thought some of the wings were on the smaller size, but there was a decent mix of both the "flats and drums." Surprisingly, I thought the onion rings were very good. At least to me, these appeared hand cut and prepared in the store, since there were irregular sizes and the batter wasn't overly thick. The onion rings were still crispy even after the 10 minute drive. Apparently Kickin' Chicken it's a local establishment that's been around since the late-2000's with another location in Milford, DE. This place is fine to satisfy your craving for deep fried food...but I wouldn't make a special trip outta my way to visit.
