First and foremost it's cool that first watch knows that you have arrived and there is know need to check-in when you arrive! Greeting to be seated was warm and friendly. Stacy, who served as the as the food provocateur while I was there this morning was exceptionally outgoing and kind! The omelette bravado was everything I wanted, with a large helping up avocado and a perfectly cooked egg. And don't get me started on the jam compote makes the trip worth it every time! The feel in restaurant was bustling this morning, but still felt like you could hold a conversation at the table.

Although I don't usually review a chain, I felt that First Watch's new "shrimp and grits" was truly exceptional. It came out hot and perfectly seasoned... with a little kick! I also ordered my standby favorite: million dollar bacon. Always perfectly prepared. As the usual, staff is exceptional. Parking is so easy... what more could a person want?

I came a little late in the day but Lauren my server was very attentive without being annoying and a delight! A bug got in my coffee and she not only brought me a new cup but a fresh pot - blessings to her because I needed that coffee!! The atmosphere was pretty chill being after lunch on a weekday - I was able to journal and reflect in peace. Without feeling rushed as no one needed my table. A consistent good vibe as always, First Watch!!

Great service by our server! She was quick and kind. The hostesses were also very pleasant. The place was packed on a Saturday morning and we only had to wait 5 minutes for a table - I was shocked! The place was clean and well staffed. The food was good. Came out as expected and was very filling. First watch food is good, but nothing spectacular in my opinion. The honey caramel crunch iced coffee was not a hit for me. It oddly tasted alcoholic even though it wasn't.

Uhh... Just why. Cardboard in water.. Unclean bathrooms just pitiful. THE POTATOES WERE BURNT. My favorite part ;(.

Hadn't be here in a while. I love that they have an online waitlist! The food was delicious, our server was on top of it! Never had to ask for refills, made sure our food was tasty and was just very nice. The restaurant was clean and we will definitely be going back again soon!

The food was pretty tasty but we were pretty underwhelmed for the cost. I love the servers here but hate the way you pay. This is the same for most locations but thankfully this one wasn't busy. I did enjoy walking around the shopping complex after!

Was in a surly mood and looking at a wait did nothing to change that. Was told 15 minutes and I took the over. I lost the bet, 10 minutes tops, great service, great food (as always). Left in a much better mood. My grandson forgot to order his favorite Millionaire Dollar Bacon so I flagged down the waitress and it came out like she forgot to bring it instead of us forgetting to order it. I had the traditional, as always. Will probably go to First Watch again tomorrow as there is one right around the corner from the hotel I should note two things, 1: I love first watch and have only had two bad experiences is many, many visits. 2: The reason for four stars and not five is I have to go up to pay instead of the wait staff taking it up-I hate that. It is corporate policy that won't change but I won't change either. PS: the doors were super cool (see photo).

Ordered a chile chorizo omelet to-go, and it tasted great until I saw that there was hair in it. Needless to say, my appetite was ruined and it ended up in the trash.

Really good experience. The new million dollar breakfast sandwich is really good. Could be a bit larger... I hoping this becomes a regular menu item.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. I love First watch and their staff is always friendly. I got the chicken Cobb salad which on weight watchers is not too bad. The salad has black beans corn chicken several types of lettuce crushed tortilla chips. I got a Lemon vinaigrette with it. So fresh and light. The food here is always fresh and presentation is spot on.

I stopped in here for breakfast and I was not disappointed! I was seated right away and greeted by my server (Erica) with a huge welcoming smile, ice cold water and a pot of fresh hot coffee. I went with an iced coffee with oat milk option which did not disappoint. They also have a new juice my server suggested, called Tangerine Dream, which was delicious! My main reason for coming in was for the Triple Berry Açaí Bowl. You cant find true açaí anywhere around here so I was elated to try it. The cinnamon granola on top with the huge fresh berries made the açaí that much better. I got an English Muffin with almond butter after the server's suggestion and boy, she didn't steer me in the wrong direction. Thanks Erica! Great drinks, food, and incredible service today. I left feeling happy and full. I will definitely be back!

    Safest BLT EVER! So sad

Well, my wife was insistent on going to first watch at the town center location. We both, let me repeat this. We both got violently ill from whatever the hell it was we ate. My wife ordered a simple omelette with cheese onion, and I ordered a basic BLT. Which is supposed to be bacon, lettuce, and tomato. When the food got to the table, nothing was right. I asked the waiter specifically which it's not his fault, to make sure that it was only a bacon, lettuce and tomato dry. No mayonnaise no egg none of the other happy crap that they try to foo foo the sandwich up with , My wife's omelette came out with mushrooms, tomatoes cheese. So it was basically wrong. We sent everything back and I watched the kitchen staff, including the expo, pointed our table, and everyone started to laugh. I found this very disheartening when people find out that they do something wrong and try to blame it on the customer. When I actually seen the receipt And what it had said from the server. This is a lack of training. This is a lack of performance from the staff in general. The manager came out and apologized, which was OK, but I also realized it was not her fault nor was it the servers. Maybe if the line cooks actually took the time to serve and understand that they are messing with servers money, this probably wouldn't happen. When you mess with people's money, you piss people off! (server wise that is) This was the third attempt on my part to try this place again and of course, they would screw up a wet dream! I like breakfast foods, but these people are so snotty so entitled and opinionated, that I will not be returning to this location period! I've had better breakfast foods from white castles and less screw ups. Maybe if they would actually find someone who has a brain in their head and takes pride in their job things would go smoother.

They were packaged up so nicely, including the requested utensils (we were staying in a hotel) and handed off to me in a big sturdy shopping bag. We were seated in a booth in a quietish room and it was lovely - we could hear each other and see other spots but it was a bit like being in our own little world. The food was great. I had the Alaskan halibut with crab and creamy risotto and I loved it. My husband had the pecan-crusted chicken. We both had salads, and I ordered a piece of carrot cake to go. I thought we were going to rent a U-Haul for that piece of cheesecake. It was about 1/4 of a big cake. It was good...not my favorite carrot cake, but good. Lovely experience and will definitely come back - so much better than the chains everywhere in Crestview Hills area.

I was there before the dinner rush, which explains the emptiness of the restaurant. More people started arriving after 5:00. There were so many yummy sounding choices on the menu that it was hard to decide. I asked my server, Erin, what she recommends and she said the CAJUN BOURBON FILET TIPS were her favorite. I went with that and was not disappointed. The filet was cooked and seasoned perfectly. It is served over mashed potatoes and topped with onion straws. While the beef portion was small, it was a satisfying meal and the flavors were perfection! I added a side Caesar salad. Their house-made croutons were so good and the dressing was tasty and perfectly portioned. I don't often order dessert, but decided to splurge tonight and got a slice of the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake to-go. OMG, this is one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. The Taco Salad brings together your choice of beef or chicken, fresh veggies, jalapeños, and crispy tortilla chips! Our entrée was the PeeWee cheeseburger with Saratoga chips!
