Came to Waffle House to get some tasty waffles, but I got something even better! That annoying homeless dude across the street came in asking for some food, and my man took my waffle off the fryer and launched it at him Take that Daryl! Waffles were bomb too. Five stars.

One of the better locations for a Waffle House and always a great stop for a quick breakfast! I usually get two All Star Specials and it'll feed me, my wife and the little ones. In my experience this location is typically clean, well staffed, and on top of getting food out in a timely way. The staff is accommodating, friendly, and what you would expect at a small town local restaurant. Overall, you won't be disappointed at this Waffle House and is one of my go to spots for food that I don't have to worry about not being prepared appropriately. All staff had gloves on when they handled food and kept tables clean when it was getting busy so new customers could sit. Even though the credit card machine went down on this visit, the staff were calm and able to get it back running quickit was only a minor inconvenience.

Sizzling hash browns, fresh eggs and sausage, and hot fresh waffles is what Waffle House is about. It had been several years since I last had been to a Waffle House, but I was excited to be back. Sat bar style, so we could watch the caahious unfold. We ordered eggs, sausage, a breakfast bowl and a waffle. It took a little bit before our order was started but that's because it was a holiday and they were busy! They cook table by table and each waitress calls it out when the cook is ready for the next order. I thought it was fun to watch and excited to know my meal went from the griddle right to me, hot and fresh. I thought it was cool to see process and was impressed by the fresh ingredients as if I was cooking it all in my kitchen at home. Food was great! I mean really great! The waffle was like eating a vanilla cupcake with syrup and it was delicious. I loved my breakfast bowl and nearly ate every last bite. I would definitely go back did another breakfast here and recommend this busy location.

What can you say about Waffle House that we all don't know already? First off this is a very clean location and does not really get full of drunks at night! The employees are super great at this location and the food was Waffle House tasty as well

The food is outstanding across the board--from the steaks to the cheese sticks--but the real star is their bread pudding. It's absolutely worth the trip from anywhere in the tri-state area. Parking is also easy and convenient, with a garage right across the street, as well as their own lot and additional street parking. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great meal and an even better experience.

Both were friendly & acknowledged the birthday girl in our party. Atmosphere is great. You could comfortably walk in wearing jeans or come dressed up. Neither would be over or under dressed. The menu has juuuust the right amount of options, which is great! Heather was our waitress & while she was kind, her service skills were lacking. Granted we weren't at a Michelin Star Restaurant, but we also weren't at a dive bar. There was an endless amount of awkward reaching through, over & around when refilling drinks. There were a couple of instances where she actually touched our shoulders to nudge us to the side so she could reach through. Totally not okay during service at a restaurant nicer than a dive bar. We ordered the cheese sticks starter which were so yummy! Highly recommend! A couple of us ordered the Cesar side salad & were highly disappointed. The dressing tasted like it was mayonnaise heavy & then watered down by lettuce that wasn't dried after being rinsed. Even adding tons of extra pepper didn't help. The lettuce also tasted like it has been too wet for too long. The lobster mac was ordered in the group & it was tasty but soooo greasy. So, order with caution. We had the Black N Bleu salad in the group & that was good. The Atlantic Salmon was another dinner ordered & the crust seasoning was delicious! Sadly, the salmon was a bit overdone. It does come with a lobster cream sauce, which confused me. It was only so so & I definitely skipped it entirely. The steamed broccoli was done to perfection though. Not soggy & not too crunchy. We also had the 12oz ribeye & that was great! Flavorful, cooked perfectly! I will add though, that the steak knives need an upgrade. I really wanted to love this place, but we won't return on our next trip to Newport/Cincinnati.

The first thing I look for is a nice patio. Unfortunately the weather wasn't cooperating today, but I will be back for this fabulous patio. I was there before the dinner rush, which explains the emptiness of the restaurant. More people started arriving after 5:00. There were so many yummy sounding choices on the menu that it was hard to decide. I asked my server, Erin, what she recommends and she said the CAJUN BOURBON FILET TIPS were her favorite. I went with that and was not disappointed. The filet was cooked and seasoned perfectly. It is served over mashed potatoes and topped with onion straws. While the beef portion was small, it was a satisfying meal and the flavors were perfection! I added a side Caesar salad. Their house-made croutons were so good and the dressing was tasty and perfectly portioned. I don't often order dessert, but decided to splurge tonight and got a slice of the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake to-go. OMG, this is one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. It was light and dense at the same time, if that makes sense. So creamy and melt in your mouth delicious. I will dream about it tonight LOL.

The place is comfortable; the tables are nicely spaced. Though it's a bar and grill, it has the feel of a restaurant. The menu is huge; so many options! I decided what I wanted, but kept looking at the menu. I considered changing my mind several times, but stuck with my original choice - SAIGON SALAD - arcadian greens / red and green onions / almonds / rice noodles / grilled chicken / soy ginger vinaigrette. The salad had a nice mix of greens. The chicken had an honest to goodness grilled flavor. It was the perfect size and seemed like a light option. It was delicious and I left feeling perfectly satisfied. Mark had CAJUN CREAM PASTA - grilled chicken breast / artichokes / black olives / tomatoes / spicy cream sauce/ penne. I failed miserably taking a picture, but I can tell you Mark raved about it. He also agreed the chicken had a great grilled flavor. He said the sauce, not too spicy at all, was delicious. He ate every bite. Three people had SALMON SLIDERS - grilled salmon / arcadian greens / tomato / remolaude / slider buns / chips. Everyone enjoyed them, though one mentioned the salmon had a habit of exiting the bun. Someone had a burger and another had NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN WRAP - fried chicken / cayenne chili oil / honey / shredded cabbage / cheddar / pickles/ chips. He said it was quite good and rather spicy. Everyone was happy with their meal. With so many other options on the menu, we could come back and easily all order something different.
