I trusted them to repair my kids' gold chains, and instead, they permanently damaged them. I can't use them anymore. They charged $100 just to roughly solder the broken ends, and the areas they worked on were left black,they didn't even bother to polish them. This is not professional work. What upset me the most is that instead of taking responsibility, apologizing, or offering a refund, they told me to go buy a stronger chain. That response says everything. Please be careful and avoid this place.
