Henri worked with BMW for more than 20 years, and it shows in how he diagnoses, quotes, and completes repairs. Henri has diagnosed problems on-site and remotely for me, and performed repairs that worked. He has never tried to charge me for something I didn't need and always been more than fair with pricing when material items like re-wrapping electrical wires came up as necessity, mid-repair. I would never take a performance car with a lot of complex inner workings to any other mechanic if it could he avoided. I can only afford to have honest mechanics do work on this car, and Henri's the best I've found after giving 4 corporate and 3rd parties a shot.
