When it first opened...good. I've been there a couple times in the last month and the food has been awful. You can taste the OLD grease in the fried foods, i.e. fries, onion rings and tempura green beans. They tasted rancid. The burgers were sub standard at best. They also tasted like old meat. Overall you cant go wrong with the Habit. For me the burger is best in its most simplest form of their char burger. However a lot of the burgers are good. Second time order food the first time I ordered online, I got two out of four orders were wrong even though it's online. So this is the second time I have eaten at habit. I'm not going to make this mistake again. The first time I came in got a burger left and it was undercooked, and I thought, oh, well, just a bad day, right. Today, I came in.I got the same burger twice undercooked both times. These thin burgers on a chargrill should not be undercooked. There must be something inherently wrong with the cooking process. It's been two months since my first visit and so I assume it's probably not the same person cooking. And since I got two in a row this time.... When I say it's an undercooked meat patty, this very thin patty, no more than a quarter of an inch and so when pinkish or red in the middle on the chargrill it is clearly undercooked. Buyer be aware. The staff seem nice, otherwise and the place is relatively clean. The fries and onion rings are good. The coffee shake is good. Light croffy flavor and very creamy. The day they opened about 60 days everything seemed to be good. Food was hot, quality was great, prices were reasonable. However, today the worst day and worst experience at the store. The food was absolutely cold and this was an order I placed via the app and literally picked it up eight minutes later from the house. I wrote to them know that they're failing that there's no quality control at the store. And I'm never going back. And I did notice the traffic there has dropped like 70%. Workers are fast and helpful, food is great. The ranch is SO good and the sauce on the burgers is fantastic. The charburger is kind of a smash burger? Not sure the term but it's yummy. They didn't have the dressing available for the salad I wanted but the manager was extremely kind and apologetic and offered other recommendations. Fresh cooked burgers, amazing. They are as good if not better than In and Out burgers. Highly recommend. McDonald's, Wendy's, and Hardee's are horrible compared to the competition. Update: I wish I could post zero stars because it's going on two weeks and management and corporate have NOT refunded my son for their mistake of charging him twice. The manager at the store promised it would be handled and after contacting corporate they said the same but it hasn't been done yet. They lost a whole family of customers because of this, and we will not be recommending this location to any of our friends or family. Check your balance and if a mistake is made, you're going to have problems getting it back even if it's their fault. This much trouble for sub par food. read more

Very Expensive!! Burgers are the size of McDonald's. Forgot to put the bacon on the Burger. Then instead of listening to the customer had to find the receipt on my phone because they didn't give me one to show proof for them since they didn't believe me. Which of course they were wrong. Went to Habit around 6:30. Its was okay. The hype is overrated. The fries and green beans were just below mid. The shake was too sweet and I think they shorted us a quarter of it. I think the burgers and onion rings are great. Not sure I will eat there again, though. We ate there last night and it was disgustingly dirty, to the point that we couldn't even throw away our trash because the trash cans were overflowing. Asked cashier what was going on and said I would call and double check with my credit card company only for her to mention "Oh yea a lot people have this problem." So this is a normal occurrence?!
