just a terrible experience overall with this place. and the owner somehow made me feel like i'm…read morebeing the unreasonable one. i paid out of pocket to get my door, which was dented due to me scraping my wife's side view mirror, fixed and repainted in 2024 when i was living in whittier. ended up seeing when i brought it home that the paint was missing in some places (some pinholes where the metal was still visible) and also some lint stuck in the paint (see pics). obviously wasn't happy, so i brought it back and the manager at the time, Orlando, agreed to repaint it. I wasn't the nicest about how I conveyed my discontent, and I own that. The owner, Tony, made it a point to say i'm just a picky guy which kind of pissed me off, but I honestly don't know one person that would be okay with paying for a sloppy paint job. well, fast forward to now, roughly 2 years later, and i see rust spots forming under the window trim and 2 chips in the paint under the TUNDRA badge where there's clearly another layer of white paint underneath. it seems to me that, instead of repainting, they buffed the problem areas and sprayed over the initial paint job. Well, the office manager, Cesar tells me to bring my truck on the weekend. i end up having to push to the following weekend. I drop my truck off, pay $80 to Uber home to the IE, and Tony calls me Monday afternoon to basically tell me he doesn't know why Cesar told me to bring the truck in and that i was a pain for coming back to him with my complaints back in '24, and that he wasn't going to do anything for me. he told me to come pick up the truck and hung up on me. keep in mind Cesar had over 2 weeks between when I first talked to him and when I brought my truck in to talk to Tony. anyways, I paid another $80 to uber there and pick up my truck and we're cordial to each other. he tells me how he buffed the rust stains off and added touch up paint to the chips so I don't get more rust. i'm over it so I grab my key and take off. they talk about how their work is guaranteed, but it wasn't for me, so be warned. the only place on that entire truck that has rust spots and chipped paint is where Whittier Collision 2 did work.

I paid for the Freon gas that had a fluorescent dye in case it leaks the next day. The next day my refrigerant was empty again and I took it back and they found the leak behind my dashboard. Which meant the whole dashboard needed to be taken off to replace the AC evaporator. They gave me their bid and a turnaround time of about a week since they wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. On top of that they found that my brake pads needed to be replaced which i let them replace. Overall I didn't go with them for the ac evaporator job since I found another shop that was cheaper and gave me a faster turn around time, however I felt that they were honest and genuinely tried to help me. Nothing bad to say about this shop.

The work involved painting 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, dining area, ceiling, doors and kitchen cabinet which took about 4-5 days to complete. Since we were replacing the carpet, we saved time on prep work and used it as a drop cloth. Sergio did a great job patching holes on wall and repairing popcorn ceiling bubbling up from the paint sprayer. I work all day so I can only check the progress and status after work. Whenever I discovered any imperfections or unfinished areas, I would inform Kyle via text and next day Sergio was already working on it. Love prompt, efficient and professional service. We are very pleased with their work and would likely use them again for any future painting project.

They quoted me way under anyone else that I had called prior to going with them. I will recommend A-1 Muffler Express to all of my friends and family. They all make you feel that you're part of the family. They offered me coffee and cold water while I waited for my car to be done. One thing to remember, they are experts in mufflers, exhaust systems, and not any other type of work. But it never hurts to ask if they can do it for you!

This collision center definitely deserves five stars. Firstly, they repaired my car quickly. I was really impressed with their work. My car looks brand new, like it just came off the lot. Moreover, their customer care exceeded my expectations!! My car was completely repaired but Hadley could not release my car because the insurance company slowed to a crawl in sending them their payment. However, Hadley generously rented me a car and paid for it out of their own pocket. Customers really are their priority. I was in an unfortunate hit and run accident 2 weeks after getting my new car. I took my car to Hadley Collision based on family recommendation. The entire staff was easy to work with and understanding. Jessica was absolutely amazing. She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle multiple times a week and dealt with the auto dealership and my insurance on my behalf. Definitely went above and beyond for me! It's been ~ 2 weeks since I've had my car back from repairs with Hadley CC, and I'm please to say all is working very well. Their prices are very reasonable and THEY'RE HONEST!! I took my car in for radiator hose repair, oil change and new oil pan. Rick informed me that the oil pan was fine that it appear that the dealership across down didn't place it back in securely, and Hadley corrected the leak that I was experiencing. Whew, save some $$$ there. They even wash my SUV. Did I say already that they're prices are reasonable? read more

The bumper was put on visible screws and paint on the trunk cover didn't match the color of the car, but it was just a beginning. After one month they started telling stories about different kinds of taillights that they ordered but those didn't suit. So, they ask for another week or two. After couple of months and daily calls I ask about a refund. Every day they would tell you: "I'll call you back" and they don't. For two weeks they were saying: "I'm sending money right now", but they don't. After almost half of the year my car still hasn't been fixed. Do yourself a huge favor and find another please to fix your car. Very soviet style of doing business.
