They were suppose to provide me with a safe fixed car following an auto accident. They had vehicle from March 1st to April 18th 2020. Damage was located to driver side tire area due to a blow out causing me to lose control resulting in slaming into a curb. Total cost paid with insurance coverage and my deductible almost 8000 dollars almost double what the cars even worth for some tire damage. Im disputing entire cost. First problem arouse with the towing fee price, which I found out about the day i received my vehicle back. I seen the check posted to my account on my insurance company webpage account listed for 2500 dollars. It was 2 tows included in price but 1 of those tows was suppose to be on my AAA membership and another 10 mile regular tow to body shop should defnitely not be 2500. I brought it to hadley auto body shop managers attention and his exact words were "I dont know about the towing fee detailsyou'll have to talk to tow company directly about that but what does it matter because its not coming out of your pocket it is coming out of your insurance company's pocket." So unprofessional and at the end of the day yes it actually is. I looked into details on a copy of check as to towing company name and details so I could contact them but towing check was written out directly to Hadley auto body shop. To top not only getting ripped off with towing fees my car was delivered to me completely mickey moused together: when I turn my wheel right it makes a really loud metal grinding noise..wheel is not straight and its very noticeable just by looking at it. Alignment is horrible, my door isnt straight, nothing is lined up at all, driver door is so misaligned that the seal no longer does any good as water gets in side in the car wash and the sound of airflow is extremely loud when driving..didnt even color match perfectly like 8000 should of done. I am very upset and have been completely taken advantage of. I am a single mother. I have a 3 year old daughter how dare they give me a vehicle back supposedly repaired when in reality is dangerous and that puts mine and my daughters life at risk. The car is not safe to drive around for many obvious reasons! Besides talking on the phone with manager about my concerns 2 times he just made me feel uncomfortable by belittling me. I also sent a long email with all the facts and findings along with concerns about there work and promise of work they were supposed to provide and failed to. I never received an email in response back. I spend my time working to support my daughter and myself and the rest of my time trying to be a good mom. I didnt want to deal with this huge problem so in result I had to just get a new car and the car has just been sitting. Now I'm making monthly finance payments on 2 cars because of this companies lack of work and professionalism. read more

I brought in my car to fix into this shop because Triple AAA driver told me it was one of their prefered facility and we could get 10% discount. It was all great till I saw my vehicle. I had damage from a year ago which you can see from pictures but know their was even more damage with fresh white paint transfer. I asked the gentleman and he proceeded to tell me it was already damaged. I said yes but now their more damage with white paint. He said I took pictures cause you brought in car damaged. I said yes year old damage and this is new damage he kept arguing even bringing his shop people into inspect. The bottom line I dont want anything did expect anything he could of just cleaned white paint from car who hit my car but instead he tried to hide and not take responsibility. I tried to leave but LOL he tried convience himself damage was already their I said just charge me I have things todo but he kept showing his workers who did body shop work. read more

This place only gets one star only because they finally gave me my car back. I got into an accident on 3/30/2012 and the AAA tow guy towed my car at to this place. It was my first ever accident so I didn't know much about repair centers so I had no choice because my car wasn't operable. At first I got a good feeling about the guys there because they were so friendly and were more than willing to guide me through the insurance process. Before leaving to get a rental, the manager, Ernie, told me that it would take about a week to a week and a half after the insurance adjuster goes there to assess the damage, to get the parts and get things done. I should have gotten that in writing because after about a week, I got a call to tell me that my insurance guy checked my car out and that it is repairable. They also told me that they just need to get the parts and it won't take long to get fixed. Another week passed and still no car. Knowing that I only have a Honda civic makes the whole situation so upsetting. I call to check in the status of my car and they tell me that they couldn't find the parts in America so they had to order it from Japan. I'm thinking, ok fine. Just do what needs to get done to get the car back. There's nothing that I can really do because they claim that it's in the freight ship on its way. Another week passes and still no parts. By this time it's almost been a month and im livid as well as my fiancee because I'm still renting a car and still no end date on my car. To make a long story just a little longer, it took a few days short of two months to get my car back and that was with my fiancée finally taking the reigns and getting in their case about getting it done The day I get my car back, I notice my car making a noise when i accelerate but I really don't want to go back to have them fix it because by then, I was just so fed up with them. Fast forward 3.5 months later, my car starts overheating on my way to work and had it checked out, they said there wasn't anything wrong, but wasn't convinced and had no time to take it to the guy I usually have work on my car. One very rainy day, my car just all of a sudden dies on the road and light turns on. This time I cancel work and finally stressing out when taking it to the guy that usually works on my car. (Car died total of three times going to the place.) He told me that whoever worked on my car did a very, very terrible job because they didn't check the transmission fluid because it was boiling hot sludge. Wtf! So, $1000 to get my car out of this place, another $1200 to pay for a rental car/gas for two months, another $900 to fix the scalding transmission that should have been fixed since my whole front side of my car was mangled. All together, way too much money spent on something that could have been just my deduction from my insurance. Hadley collision is so shady. People that I've told my story to have told me that is such a horror story and would never have anything done there. read more

I wanted to share my experience I recently had with Hadley Collision Center. I had some damage to my Honda hybrid and Hadley was the location responsible for repair. I dropped off my car and asked to speak to the repair technician. We discussed the best options and I could tell they had experience working on hybrids (how to shut off the main battery etc.) and he was open and receptive to my input. Seven days later my car was done. The repair work was done well and my car was in excellent condition. They even vacuumed and washed the exterior. I am very picky, so I removed some components to check the under surface. Every bolt and clip were in their correct positions. Thank you Hadley for taking care of my car. I wanted to share my recent experience. I was having was trouble with my car and had it towed here for service. The issue with my car ended up being a simple disconnection in a wire. They didn't charge me for the service they said it was commentary and they even wiped the exterior of my car clean.
