Ugh. I hate writing negative reviews. 4 stars- I had a 9am for a mani / pedi and a wax. The mani / pedi was fine. They were very nice. I arrived at 9 and they open at 9, so it took a minute for the woman to get organized. 2 stars - wax. I think the woman doing to wax hadn't arrived so they asked another woman to do the wax. They had me wait for about 20 min in the massage chair. No one came so I went with the other woman. There's no bed. The room is a little dark. The woman didn't turn on the lights. I was a little confused but figured she'd had a light. No light. No magnifying glass. She waxed each side once and told me she was done. She never showed me a mirror. I was so confused but I didn't say anything because I was still in shock. lol. I haven't had my eyebrows done since pre-covid and thought she might've just been really good? I was debating going back. I leave for Europe in 2 days though and I'm really busy running errands. I snapped two photos about an hour after I left. They look sloppy, they're very thin, and now I will have to wait for them to grow out and try to fix them again. :(

Destroyed my cuticle. I felt the pain and it started bleeding because she cut too deep in my cuticle. It would not stop bleeding for good 10 minutes. She kept trying to wipe my dripping blood with dirty rag I had to request her to get alcohol to sanitize. She gave me dirty bowl and water to put my finger in for minutes so it will stop bleeding. Thank god I didn't get infection. She then said sorry but added "you haven't done your nails for long time" trying to shift the blame to me. The picture doesn't look that serious but it took weeks for me to heal and my skin became wrinkly as a result. I still tipped 15% and she said " that's it?" I'm not kidding lol I cant remember her name but she wore glasses. I really wanted to love this place since its close to trader joes, but I will be going to nail shop next to this shop.

Drove by after seeing reviews. When you first walk in, you're greeted by really friendly nail techs. The salon itself is really clean and VERY relaxing. The music is calming and makes you feel like you're at a spa. I came for a manicure/pedicure and it was on of the most relaxing medi/pedis ever. Lisa did my manicure and May did my pedicure. They were gentle and very professional. I would highly recommend this fine establishment.

Very good service, very fast listen to what you want. Didn't hurt me at all when cleaning nails. I had Quy Vo and i will definitely come back again. The prices are very good it's a cute little nail shop i definitely recommend :)

The shop is small but super cute and clean, plus the friendly staff. I was hesitated trying at first, but after the classic pedicure I'm in love with this salon. I'm always trying to find a good and affordable nail salon to go to and i came across this new salon as I was searching on yelp. I decided to give it a shot and I'm so glad that I did! I got a GelX manicure for only $55 and my manicurist did such an amazing job. She made sure to do everything that I asked for and had no problems fixing anything that I didn't like. She was very sweet and did my nails perfectly in just a little over an hour. I also loved the ambiance in the shop it made me feel very relaxed. I will definitely come back and probably get a pedicure as well! read more

I called first thing this morning to ask if there were any openings for a nail dip powder appointment,Hanah was my manicurist and she did beautiful work on my nail dip powder! It was my first experience trying dip and I couldn't be more pleased. Exactly what I was hoping for between color, outcome and best of all - my manicurist. I decided to treat & pamper myself a bit for my birthday and before my baby makes her entrance to the world. Walked in Weds & they were able to get me right in. You can also make an apnt, but as baby could come any day, I decided to just do the walk in. I had seen this place about a month or so ago & wanted to try it. The salon is so cute and Hanna & Gloria are friendly & excellent. The place is clean and they use a new bag liner in the tub and clean utensils. The pedicure chairs have nice massagers in them as well. They play relaxing music and have beautiful scenes going across the TV screen as well. Gloria did both my pedicure and manicure & was excellent. She checked how I wanted my nails trimmed and confirming my color choice to make sure she had the right one. I'm 9 months pregnant and they ensured I was comfortable throughout and helped me in my sandals when done. read more

We walked in at 11 am and quickly greeted by Jenny (I think). We already had an idea of the type of gel and design we wanted. Jenny and Lily were thorough with the pre polish. Taking their time to file and remove cuticles and hand nails. I don't think any salon has ever taken this much time before. They also buffed out our nail bed for smooth application. DD has a cat eye gel which she was so fascinated with. Jenny matched the color of the picture spot on. Also, I wanted a leopard print design. Lily did the red on alternating fingers and Jenny did the actual design. Wow. So impressed that she did this bloom gel technique that matches the picture I showed her too. Even the base of the tan was spot on. So impressed with the whole experience and couldn't be happier. It's been 5 days and both our manicures look pretty fresh still. I am now a believer of gel manicure and will only be doing them vs regular manicures from now on thanks to this salon. If I lived down here, this would definitely be my go to nail salon.

These ladies stay booked and busy for very good reason. Make an appointment, treat yourself to all the extras, and prepare to briefly forget every problem you've ever had. The massage chairs alone could convince me to make some questionable financial decisions. And the nails? Always flawless. No streaks, no chips, no surprises--just consistently beautiful work every single time. I've been coming here for years and somehow still leave wondering why I don't book my next appointment before I even walk out the door. A neighborhood gem. If you can get in, you're lucky. If you remembered to make an appointment, you're smarter than me.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the deficient service I received at this business. The behavior exhibited by the owner and staff was unprofessional and rude, as they often communicated in their language and mocked customers. Despite scheduling appointments, we were consistently forced to wait, as the staff was never prepared for our arrival. This nail salon is, in my opinion, the worst I have ever encountered. The use of unauthorized equipment and inadequate sanitization practices is alarming. Furthermore, the salon's cramped conditions and excessive clientele create an environment that is conducive to the spread of disease. I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment unless one is willing to assume the risk of contracting a foot infection. read more

I have been going here for over a year and every time it has been a fabulous experience. This place gives a super refreshing and relaxing experience without charging a fortune. I've tried a lot of places and this one has won my heart with its great service and kind owners who work hard to make you happy I highly recommend this place. Will keep coming back!! Came here for a pedicure for the first time of my life. I was nervous because I never get someone touch my feet, however, the salonist was very gentle and did a great job making feel very relaxed. The ambience was very relaxing and peaceful and I would definitely come back again. The salonist gave me her card and pedicures were inexpensive when I went. read more

I read the good reviews for Hannah and called before I came to make sure that I could get a pedicure. Hannah picked up the phone and said yes, I can get a pedicure. I then drove 15 minutes to their store. Hannah tried to get me to let someone else do my pedicure. She refused to do it. I left at the bait and switch. read more
