I came in with my nails completely damaged and destroyed from trying press ons the last couple of months and Sam was SO incredibly kind, fast, efficient, patient and made my nails beautiful again. Came here last month and finally having a chance to write this much needed review. This was my first time coming here, the store inside is decent and there is a variety of colors. I was greeted upon coming in and got a full new set. I was told they have a 5 day guarantee I only had about an hour and half to get my nails done. Upon leaving and getting home I noticed imperfections with my nails and called them the next day to let them know I needed to come in to have that nail fixed. I wasn't able to come in that day so I went the following day. They "fixed" the nail however 3 days later the SAME nail broke. I called to let them know the name broke and needed to come in to get it fixed. I had to go in the following day because it was late. I went in and they charged me $10 to fix the same nail that had imperfections and they fixed just a few days prior...now I'm big on principle and the fact that the same nail I had to return to the shop for broke and I had to pay for it is where I have an issue. She said ohhh we only give 5 day guarantee and my nail broke on the 5th day after it was already defective from the beginning. I definitely will NOT BE back to this shop, nor will I be referring anyone here. They should've honored the guarantee especially being that the nail was having issues. They are new to the area and this is not how you gain customers or retention. Then to charge me $10 to fix one nail is excessive and not good business.

Love my specially requested speed mani that was done (last minute ask) above and beyond. Responsive to text (helpful) and accommodating. I came because I saw a discount on a Facebook ad. Pretty risky before a wedding but I thought it was worth a try, and I'm so happy with it! One of the best simple gel manicure / pedicures I've ever had. All I want is a quick but well done polish and Bridgette did a great job with it. I could tell she was meticulously but still efficient. Another plus is that the glitter polishes seem more concentrated. Some glitter polishes need 4 coats to even tell but this one only needed 2. The only potential downside is their pedicure chair isn't the usual massage chair with connected basin, but I didn't mind. Highly recommend Bridgette if you come! read more

I highly recommend this place. They did my 5 year olds nails. And I would trust them a hundred times more with my young daughter. They created such an accomplished and polished look with the inspiration picture my daughter picked. They made it even more beautiful than the inspiration picture my daughter picked. They were also so good with my hyper young daughter's energy. They are super good with kids and super professional. They were so sweet and patient with my daughter. In terms of the selection of colors they have, it's very competitive with other salons in the area. Parking is free and super easy with plenty of parking right in front of the salon. In terms of the cleanliness of the salon is an A plus. It's super clean and well taken care of. You feel very zen when you enter the space. It's very spacious and super fresh smelling with a cool fresh color scheme. There is no overwhelming chemical smell which I truly always look for in a salon. I found Shiny Nails on Yelp and decided to give them a try for a mani/pedi since they were new in the area. I had a lovely experience and even gave gel nails a try. (I usually just get pedicures). Pedicure was good and the person took time to do a good job and kept checking on me. The manicurist took less than 10 minutes to do a shoddy job. When I asked her to do another coat as it was looking flimsy, she was extremely rude and refused to even consider. When you are in a service business, customer service should be as important as your end product. They need to train their manicurist to listen to the customer and not be rude. I will not be coming here again!

So glad to Yelp and find a highly rated nail salon within walking distance across the street from TJ. We made an online reso the night before. We walked in at 11 am and quickly greeted by Jenny (I think). We already had an idea of the type of gel and design we wanted. Jenny and Lily were thorough with the pre polish. Taking their time to file and remove cuticles and hand nails. I don't think any salon has ever taken this much time before. They also buffed out our nail bed for smooth application. DD has a cat eye gel which she was so fascinated with. Jenny matched the color of the picture spot on. Also, I wanted a leopard print design. Lily did the red on alternating fingers and Jenny did the actual design. Wow. So impressed that she did this bloom gel technique that matches the picture I showed her too. Even the base of the tan was spot on. So impressed with the whole experience and couldn't be happier. It's been 5 days and both our manicures look pretty fresh still. I am now a believer of gel manicure and will only be doing them vs regular manicures from now on thanks to this salon. If I lived down here, this would definitely be my go to nail salon.

I was just randomly googling different nails places near me, and this had to be about the second or third time searching google and really getting the feel of the place just from its photography and appearance. A friendly host, we chatted a bit, but honestly her vibe was so peaceful you didn't even want to ruin the moment, her silence was peaceful enough. I sat in the middle row so I had views of outside just taking in the city and the scenery, amazing vibes. I would highly recommend trying this place out. Book with "yuki" if you can , to be quite frank everyone in there salon looks they do amazing work. Like any nail technician you get paired with with get the job done. Give it a 5 star . I was astonished on how sweet and friendly the staffs were. This will forever be my go to nail salon. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and treated with care. It was so welcoming, it felt like I've been going here for ages. No other nail salon treats me better like this place. Makes me feel like an elite, makes me feel so special. No other place can give me this type of experience that they provided me. My experience was amazing, it was clean, relaxing, and the staffs did not give me any discomfort. I am not over exaggerating when I say this is one of the greatest manicure I've received. My nails are so cute, I'm still in awe on how well done it is. My friends are in love with my nails, I recommend this place to them and they won't stop talking about how beautiful they did their nails. I will never cheat on this nail salon EVER!!!
