I am particular about the shape and just all of the details. Today I got a gel manicure from Becky and it's perfect. I just had the most rejuvenating pedicure ever! Hannah was my nail tech and she was incredible!! She is a perfect 10. She cleans cuticles perfectly, massage was so relaxing, scrubs feet throughly, and she painted my nails to perfection. I got the Green Tea pedicure. I was a very long time customer with the old owners. I tried to like this new group (coming here twice in the last 60 days). Sadly, it seems there is no actual management individual on site. I had a mani and the person charging my card asked the manicurist the price for her services. Here's what I got: Standard mani performed while wearing rough latex-type gloves lasting 18 minutes. Very short massage, no nail dip and all other mani tasks were very rushed. Price: $25 (for 18 minutes). All the shine is gone after 2 days. read more

Today was my third time here. First time i was there and had dipping powder done my nails looked good. Second time I had Becky not sure if she is the manager or owner this was on the 14th of August . I had dip powder done and my nails bubbled immediately after I walked out. I called to let her know and she asked to come back. I came back three days later on the 17th and she removed the top clear coat TWICE and still more bubbles ...she wanted to try a third time. She kept apologizing for how terrible they looked. At this point I had to leave, it's not a simple process to remove and apply. It takes time to do this just for one application. I explained I had to leave for work I had clients that day I had to see. She mentioned next time I came back it would be FREE to start all over meaning to remove everything. I left with my nails with bubbles and dips from so much having her use the nail drill over and over. I had my nails look hideous for two weeks due to my schedule. Well today is the 30th TWO WEEKS since she did a horrible job on my nails. I had booked originally with her in order to give her a chance to remove them and start all over again, since she OFFERED FREE OF CHARGE the next time I was there in order to FIX this mess. Well today Becky had a different technician take care of me instead, even tho I BOOKED WITH BECKY. I not only got charged but Becky pretended to have dementia today as if she had not said in person that she would not charge me if I CAME BACK to fix them. Since she was embarrassed of the terrible job she had done. This is not a way to treat your clientele. Do not see Becky she is terrible. She shouldn't be doing nails nor fooling clients to come back free of charge after ruining their nails and then charge them. Save your money! Go somewhere else. I'd be embarrassed if my client paid for a service and it looked terrible. And if they would come back to fix what I CAUSED I would not charge them . Why? Because this is called customer service! If you want to have a returning client you have budge when it's your fault and fix it. Becky I hope you learn from this. This is why a lot of people don't come back. read more

I was told $15 which is average so I returned the next day. When it came time to pay I was charged $20. I told the technician I was told it was $15 and she just ignored me.
