I want to give 5 stars but I also felt misled simply because a good chunk of my length was lost from this and it was not worth the price paid for. It does not sit well with me. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 4 was because the way my ends were cut were chopped off. They weren't trimmed. They were just chopped off. That'd be okay if I weren't charged $400. $400 charge was to maintain my length, but wasn't. UPDATE: Edited mine to 4 stars because I really do love the color. Sam did an amazing job with my color. It has always been a hit and Miss.Alway hours and hours of wait. very rare that I got what I visited her for from the first try. but she always tries to fix it the second time which requires another day spent at her salon. The summer of 2024, I requested as always hair botox and balayage. she /damaged/fried my hair beyond repair from inside and at the bottom ,so I didnt complain much and trimmed the end and overtime, the middle grew. After a two years absence, due to family obligations. I made an appointment last March, I went back to flavia again for a hair botox and balayage. the exact things I always request since day one. my appointment was for 9 am , I didnt get out until 3:45 pm {7hours}. During those hours, Flavia never used a timer, had her shampoo lady and her 15 yrs old son mix and apply products on my hair. I had complainted of a burning sensation on the left head side. however, I also noticed bright orange color not the copper color I asked for on my roots. which she than lifted again and again to get it gone. I had never noticed or felt the severe damage until I washed out the hair botox treatement at home on the third day as recommemded by her. This time , the hair damage is located on the top head, the only remedy is to chop off/shave completlety to start new. That was the straw that broke my back. I filled a small claim court, we appeared at court this past Friday July 31s. I am now awaiting court decision. what made me decide to write a review now after four months is her lies to the judge underoath that she's never recommeded to leave Botox hair treatment on for three days than wash. the balls on this women, lying through her breath in front of the judge about a common practice. Milano salon is like a revolving door ,she neglected to use a timer on my product, jumped from a client to another.
