Rachael was extremely helpful. She is a hairstylist that has traveled the "road" of hair loss and wigs. She is a lovely human being inside and out. You can tell she does this from her heart. She was most interested in what I wanted and was comfortable with. We did not need to go through every price point for what I needed, though from the choices we talked about, it appears she has many different items at many different prices. I wasn't sure what would be appropriate for me when I came in for my appointment. With her guidance I ended up choosing something I really liked, which cost about $130. It was so cute, I wore it out of her salon! She has versatile hair pieces which she also showed me. She shared her tips and tricks regarding wigs which was also very helpful. I did not feel any pressure to buy a thing. She only charged $30 for an hour of her time if I did not choose to buy anything. In my opinion and experience, this is beyond reasonable for a one hour consultation. She encouraged me to take some time and think about what I might want. She said she would still apply the $30 credit if I came in later to purchase something but the choice was clear to me. When you get to a point where you are uncomfortable with thinning hair, or if you just want a fun new look, I can't think of anyone better to advise you than this sweet and kind professional. read more
