Salted Vanilla latte, Matcha einspanner, banana matcha, tiramisu latte

Such a cute spot! Knocking off one star because parking is terrible but that's expected for this area. The space is bright, clean, and HUGE. A great spot to hang out with friends, work, or study. The staff is friendly and quick! We tried four of their drinks and since I like my matcha a little stronger, I enjoyed their tiramisu coffee the most!

stopped by hala coffee to get my AM coffee after my workout. cute coffee shop. love the decor. lots of seating inside and outside, chic patio!! service was cool but a lit slow, perhaps under staffed? i ordered the lotus latte einspanner , meh, barely tasted the espresso and normally einspanner , at least the ones ive had has a thicker cream top... this one was a miss. also did not see the "lotus drizzle" on top of my drink. parking: street parking.

I was lucky enough to be able to physically run into Hala. The gorgeous ambience caught my eye. And it's something that I know for a fact I would've enjoyed. I was reading on my second copy of the day, so I was definitely taking a gamble by grabbing another one but I'm sure glad I did. With Spanish lattes, hala iced coffees with thick, cold, foams, overnight pistachio, Chia puddings, and machos. I cannot land on one thing. So I ended up, ordering the Chia pudding, a few coffees and Matcha to give it a try Not only was the stuff over the top friendly and suggesting their personal favorites but everything came out extremely quick. How many items that I had a chance to try were delectable. My personal favor was the hala latte. It was a very creamy cold foamed espresso drink. It definitely stood out with it bold and unique flavors. While I was sitting and enjoying my coffee, I did notice there an example of people who got the burritos and literally everyone was saying how delicious they were., So I definitely think that that's something that I'm gonna be trying next time. Overall hala is not only a beautiful coffee location. They have quality that stands right behind them.

I had been meaning to try out this place for a while, so my co workers and I came during lunch. We all got different drinks (all ice: espresso einspänner, matcha einspänner, and banana pudding. All of them were tasty, but I wish my espresso einspänner was a tad bit stronger. The banana pudding according to my friend is definitely on the sweeter side - but she prefers that. As far as the service, there was two only young men that were working and you could tell they were a bit overwhelmed with the orders. The matcha orders were taking a very long time to come out - since those probably take longer to make. And based on other reviews, this seems to be a common issue. Might be a good idea for them to have more staff during busy hours. Otherwise, they were both very kind. The cafe itself is absolutely beautiful. Love the aesthetics.

Not really one to leave a one star review sounding entitled but when your store should stay open at 7pm and it's currently 4pm and this is the sign I drive to despite coming from 1.5 hrs away... yeah I'd be pissed. At least advertise you have unreliable hours. Won't be coming here again since it's a gamble game on whether or not they'll be open.

Clockwise starting from the top: Lotus Matcha Latte, Mango Matcha, Strawberry Matcha & Coconut Matcha

Was invited to try out this place and the drinks were definitely memorable. I had the Strawberry Matcha, Lotus Matcha Latte (I forgot the actual name), Mango Matcha, and Coconut Matcha. All were very tasty with a good balance of matcha and added flavors. The Mango Matcha was refreshing. I've always had Strawberry Matcha's but never this mix and I wish it was just as common. The mango was refreshing and made the drink so light. Same for the Coconut Matcha, not too sweet and very refreshing for this summer weather. My favorite was by far the Lotus Matcha Latte. I don't remember the exact name. Just remembered there was Biscoff involved and had to try it. First time having it with matcha and it was so delectable. The cream top was rich and perfect! So yummy with the Biscoff crumb topping! The cafe itself was also very spacious and well lit with plenty of tables and outdoor seating. It was a little hot inside but they do provide water. Staff were also just okay. It was my first time and I was a bit confused about the process, but didn't feel as welcomed as I'd like. Unfortunately, even with the delicious drinks, I had to remove a star for the parking. Understandably, LA is known for horrible parking, but I truly had such a hard time finding parking. It took me 45 minutes prowling the area in hopes for an open meter on a Saturday afternoon. Not their fault but something to keep in mind. The location is actually super close to The Grove, so if you're willing to walk, it'll probably be more convenient.

Excellent new coffee shop on 3rd. The cafe is very inviting, and has plenty of seating both indoor and out. The staff are so welcoming and efficient while making the drinks. Although parking is a little tough, the coffee is worth it! Definitely will be back to try out some more menu items.

Strolled in here at random as I needed a place to work between meetings. It's quiet (other than the music, which is club-lite electronica). I enjoyed the tiramisu latte, which is something I've never had before. It was off the soft opening menu! The staff is friendly and it's very clean inside Neighborhood parking is tricky, so look for a meter!

This is a really delightful, open, spacious shop. Lovely clean decor, good AC, clean restrooms, and a really nice patio out front (that will be even better when they manage to provide some shade for the western corner!). Chill music, lots of tables, comfy looking couches...a really nice spot to maybe study or work or just meet up with people to hang out. We tried the Einspanner Coffee Latte and the Salted Vanilla Latte. I would get both again. The coffee flavor was strong, the cream top was lovely and flavorful, the salted vanilla flavor was great, and they put a lot of care into making our drinks. We ordered them just how they come and both were a really nice light sweetness level. I prefer a less sweet drink (I usually order 25% at boba shops) and this was perfect as is. Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable and kind. There were a lot of people hanging out here at almost close, 5:45 on a Monday. If they ever decide to stay open later, I bet they'd have business! It's a great meeting spot. The only drawback is parking, which is street only. Beware of the permit only sections in the neighborhoods. We used the valet section by Jinya for our 5 minute coffee pickup and that worked great. If you want to stay longer, it might take a handful of more minutes more to find parking.

New spot on corner of 3rd street and Crescent Heights. The location itself has been vacant for a very long time (years). The space is nice and bright. Staff is friendly. We ordered breakfast items and the food took a while to come out so I hope that improves. Both my daughter and I ordered the Matcha and it was good. I enjoyed my breakfast plate, particularly the garlic potatoes. Since I work nearby I will return.

Vienna latte: 4/5 the crème was nicely, whipped sweetness with subtle, which is perfect. The espresso itself was also pretty good, but kinda fell flat. I still would get it again though really solid. They were trying out new drinks to add to the menu so they let us try a free Matcha banana cream foam with nilla wafers. It was delicious my friend and I loved it everything went together so well. I'm salivating just typing this. Get less sweet if you can if you're in the subtle sweetness club! Beautiful setting plenty of seats inside and out the seats outside look really comfortable with a bunch of sofas great place to do work or have a coffee date. Typical LA street parking. Such kind workers. Really attentive.

    Banana Pudding Matcha Latte

Solid new coffee shop in the Beverly Grove area. I ordered the Banana Pudding Matcha Latte and it was good and standard. The matcha volume was good and it was pretty smooth. The pudding part was creamy and tasty, but could've had a less artificial taste. I've had better banana cream-like matchas, but this one was still solid. They also ran out of whole milk when I went on an early Saturday afternoon, so they used oat milk for mine at no extra cost. I feel like whole milk would've been better for this drink because I did get a slight watery feel. The interior is aesthetic with the cream colors and beachy feel. A good spot to hangout and socialize at. There seems to be Wifi, but I only saw one outlet in the entire coffee shop. The service was great as well and the barista came to where I was seated to apologize for the missing whole milk and offer an alternative. Overall a good experience here. Nothing stands out, but I would visit again to try the drinks and food items. I was disappointed that I didn't see any Middle Eastern inspired menu items at the time I visited and I would like to try those.

This place is so cute that I've driven by it a million times thinking it was a fancy restaurant - not a cute hidden gem coffee shop! This particular shop is incredibly popular and always full but if you're lucky you'll get a seat in their adorable little outdoor area. They have some belly up counter style seats along the sidewalk and also a side garden with a few tables & chairs, plus some cute cushions on the steps for ground seating. Once again, I'm obsessed with the aesthetics at a Verve location. They really seem to focus on rustic wood vibes inside and incorporating nature in a fun way. I always love their flash nitro cold brew here. It's so smooth and refreshing! I also tried their matcha and loved it. Plus their chocolate chip sea salt cookie was money. I'm sure I'll be back to Verve in WeHo! Really enjoyed it yesterday.

You select from the menu, make your payment, and assigned a number to notify you when your order is ready. They send messages to you via text. I was with a friend mid-afternoon on a Saturday. There was just a couple of people inside when we arrived. The evenings are usually busier with several people inside and on the outdoor courtyard which has a few tables. We both ordered cheesecake and we loved them. Very fresh, flavorful, and creamy in texture. I had the Oreo Cheesecake and my friend had the Mocha Cheesecake. My friend also had a Fusion Mocha Shake which he said tasted great with the right amount of mocha flavoring for his taste. We spoke to the owner/baker after we ate to compliment his desserts. I asked how business was and he said unfortunately slow. He mentioned how restaurants in general were having a hard time in the current uncertain economy. It has nothing to do with his products.
