I was craving breakfast burritos so I decided to check this place out! The staff there were SO NICE and I love how personal they are with their customers/regulars. They knew who was calling their phones and what their orders were before they even answered! I ordered the original breakfast burrito which has ham, bacon, eggs, cheese, hash brown, onion, and bell peppers. They definitely do not skimp on the meat!!! I did get some burnt hash brown pieces so it did taste a little bit burnt at times. And I do wish there was more cheese and eggs just because besides the meats I felt like the burrito was lacking some flavor, same with their salsa. It had a tiny little kick but it was still pretty bland. I still had a great experience and will definitely come back the next time I'm in the area. read more

Our usual order is the original breakfast burrito and the double meat breakfast burrito, both of which can be customized by adding ingredients (for an additional charge). I'll never forget the first time I visited this place and discovered their ham was real, chunky ham (as in Thanksgiving ham), unlike the processed ham, which was thinly sliced, found at other breakfast establishments. The high-quality ham is what keeps me coming back for more. The portions are generous and reasonably priced, easily feeding two people. I always ask them to cut my burrito in half so that I can save one half for later. In addition to burritos, they offer traditional breakfast plates, soup, lunch sandwiches, and various beverage options. The restaurant itself is modest, with only two standing tables. Although the parking lot is small, it isn't an issue since most orders are for takeout, freeing up parking spaces quickly. You can also place orders by phone or online; the owner or cashiers will call out your name when your order is ready (super cool!). The owner and staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home whenever we visit. They do a fantastic job of making us want to return time and time again. This is a breakfast burrito place that is perfect to grab and go. The more meat the better! We grab a few of these when we are on our way to football games during the season so we have some food in our bellies before we start tailgating. I discovered this restaurant through Yelp. The breakfast burritos are delicious. In addition to all the ingredients you would expect it also has chunks of ham and the proportions of egg and hash brown potatoes are just right. The establishment is essentially setup for take out but they do have a couple of small tables. The location is tucked away in a little mini-mall but very close to either the 405 or 22 freeway. Ideally you call in your order 15-20 minutes ahead and it will be ready when you arrive. Definitely recommend it and will be coming back for sure. read more

My expectations were exceeded. The owner (I assume whom I spoke with on the phone) and his son made the food super quick... like less than 10 minutes. They were both so welcoming and cheerful, funny too! I was offered a free sample of soup, while I was paying and picking up my order.. man they know how to cook! That chicken noodle soup and the split pea soup are hands down the best I've ever had. You can tell they treat their customers like family--this father and son duo clearly prioritize service and quality. All my coworkers loved their Original Breakfast burritos, the Turkey sandwich was generous, and my Breakfast Bowl was sublime. The salsa could use a teensy bit of salt in my opinion, but it blooms with luscious roasted-pepper flavor. Plus, the potatoes/hashbrowns/ham/cheese are all savory to compliment the salsa, so each bite is perfect. I seldom go out to eat, even with the takeout options but I decided to give this place a chance since I was in the area with some friends. And let me tell you, the place may look unassuming and plain, but the food is ANYTHING BUT! Not only was I greeted by a kind old man at the cash register, he also explained to me the menu a bit and after me and my friends paid, we had the food ready outside in a to-go box in about 5 minutes, if not less. I went for the Double Protein Meat Bowl and it was totally worth it. I can't wait till things normalize and reopen so that I can properly eat one of these meals, sitting at their establishment, properly served. Upon walking on a MLK Holiday We where greeted by a Nice MAN (didn't get his Name ) but I will assume that he's the Owner. Customer Service here i give a 8 Food 7, place is a Little Small. (Like small -small, maybe about 6 2 seat Tables) , but didn't stopnus from enjoying a yelping experience. Ham n egg =Son said it waa good(not as good as my cooking) Egg Sandwhich= Son said it waa good -Filled his Tummy I got the Breakfast Plate-Sourdough bread was great, hasbrowns had taste and so did the eggs. So much goodness in this place. I was expecting a mediocre burrito and it is really hard to give a burrito a five star rating. This was "drive out of your way" worthy. The burrito was packed with bacon and ham and pulled together with the best combination of cheese and eggs. Green chili and hashbrowns rounded it out for the perfect breakfast. Kids had an English muffin sandwich (also 5 stars from a very picky child) and a side of hashbrowns and ham (my oldest is not creative and does not get a vote because she ordered lamely but she did say the hashbrowns were burnt, not crisp. So there's that). No pictures this time because the food was legitimately gone before I thought about a picture. What made this place five stars was the brief interaction I had with the manager this morning. We called our order ahead as we were in a hurry and the food was piping hot and ready when we got there. As he rang me up (COVID friendly) he offered me a sampling of their amazing split pea soup. He was entertaining and super kind. I want to go back just to hang out with him a bit longer. I found this little family owned restaurant by accident. Not a sit down restaurant. They have two standing table outside. My two boys and I used it because we were hungry. We had the breakfast ham burritos. My 12 and ten year old boys loved it. They asked to go again. Salsa was pretty amazing. Husband and wife are running the business. I heard the son was going to open another store in Long Beach. If the son continues dad's legacy and not change anything, it would be a successful business. I asked if they make their own ham. The owner was honest. He said he gets it delivered. Breakfast burrito we ate was pretty basic. What made it taste better than other places? It was not greasy for sure. That tells me that burrito was prepared on a clean grill. It means the owner cares about the business and make sure quality is still intact.
