I should've listened to my gut feeling before making this location my dental. I saw that they had several terrible reviews and I ignored it. I haven't even visited this place once and they already started being unprofessional and rude AF. I scheduled an appointment a month ahead because that's all they had available. Why did I get a call from them a day before my appointment telling me that they are booked and I need to reschedule or find a new dentist. I've been a Hamlin Dental customer for about 15 years now and I've always had good experiences with the staff and doctors. The front desk staff is beyond amazing each and every time! I brought my daughter recently and the female doctor who worked on her was great. She made my daughter feel at ease, even though she was quite nervous. The wait times can be a little long sometimes, but I understand that things happen during the course of the day that cause appointments to run longer than usual, so I take that into account and give myself some extra time. read more

Where to begin... my co-worker recommended this dentist to our family. We needed a second opinion for some dental work. The one star is for the receptionist who was pleasant. 0 stars for the dentist who could not be bothered to share his insights other "keep going". When I tried to ask a few very basic follow up questions, the hygienist stepped and was beyond rude for no reason. My son and I left and will never return. That was by far the least professional experience I've ever had at the dentist (except for the receptionist). The waiting area dirty, depressing , and dark (no overhead lights, just a few cheap lamps). I went home and switched my insurance back to our old dentist. I didn't know how good we had it. This place is a joke!!! I don't know should I laugh at the situation or what!! All the one star reviews are true!!! Scheduled for a cleaning and they called 3 times to confirm and sent a reminder text message in the morning. I drove 15 miles to get there and the receptionist lied to face and said " it seems like someone left you a message to reschedule..." THEY DID NOT LEVASE ANY MESSAGE!!! I showed her the reminder text message I got earlier in the morning, and she was like : well, that's an automatic text message... so she didn't even take responsibility for that ! she's funny and annoying at the same time! Then she added " if you wait you may see a doctor today" I had other plans for my day so I asked how long is the wait? And she was like "it's hard to tell.." seriously???!!! What kind of answer is that? How come it's hard to tell approximately how long a procedure take? They have no idea what they're doing... The front desk nurses/receptionists here are so welcoming, friendly, and polite. Dr. Rezi, the owner, is also a wonderful Dentist as well; he is patient, thorough, and engages in conversation without being intimidating or acting entitled. In fact, even though there are several dentists here, I feel most comfortable going to Dr. Rezi--he is confident and skilled. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS: The wait times. The wait times here are RIDICULOUS even with an appointment-- I don't understand why they even set appointments if they're just going to make you wait. Also, once they call you in, they have you wait more because there's just so many people scheduled with so little doctors--It just feel as if they're rushing when working to get to all the patients. read more

My boyfriend and I went to the office last month for the first time and we had such a great experience. The waiting area is very nice and the front office girls are amazing! Veronica has been helping us with our referrals and she's so on top of things! Dr Reza was very nice and understanding considering I had a horrible experience as a child. He made me feel very comfortable. I also see them for my orthodontist stuff (A+ orthodontics). Dr Garemani has made my braces experience easy considering I had to redo them as an adult. This is one of the worst dental groups I've ever been to. Dr. Reza will do anything just to have you pay for a service you don't need. 3 years ago I went for a check up he said I had 4 cavities, and in order to do filling he will charge me $45. But $200 was out of my budget during that time. After 3 years, I go to him again for a check up and get my fillings (I know I know it's been too long), but he says I don't have any cavities to fill. And I told him what he mentioned to me 3 years ago, and he just stays quiet and doesn't even respond. It's like I was talking to a wall. I didn't know cavities disappeared on their "own." On top of all of that his assistant was a conplete bitch. She was going to xray my teeth and because I couldn't keep the metal in my mouth, she rudely said "what is wrong with you? Why can't you just do it." That was my last visit to him office. Horrible staff. Not punctual. If your want to get a service you don't need- I strongly suggest this place. I only stuck w this dental group becuz of my ins. I made an appt, it was 2 months out, take the day off, they called me day of to cancel becuz the dentist only has one asst for the day, they r/s me for another 2 months out and AGAIN they call me day of to r/s and AGAIN I'm scheduled 2 months out. Today is my appt, I go in and the receptionist says they left me a msg to r/s becuz one of the dentist left early.. WTF!! I told her noone called and this would be the 3rd time if so.. then i show her my reminder text i got THIS MORNING.. she then says yeah thats an automated reminder. She then says but it's okay we will see u. The receptionist was very nice. I get roomed the nice lady took all my x-rays and tells me the dentist will be in shortly, then some other lady comes in to tell me that since I'm being worked in I would have to wait a long time. She continues to explain that the dentist I was scheduled with left on an emergency VACATION. Again.. WTF!! I tell her I lose my ins at the end of the month and been trying for 6months to get in so she says okay come back at 2.. I ask her what my cost will be for a basic cleaning she proceeds to tell me there is no such thing and since it's been so long I'll need a deep clean which will start at $300.... so now u won't even do the cleaning my insurance covers???? She says the "basic cleaning" only does the teeth u see when u smile. I have NEVER in my 48 years heard no shit like that. Im annoyed. Terrible office!!!!! I tried calling the office to tell them I won't be back at 2 but noone answers and a machine comes on to tell u to call back during business hours and hangs up on u. Thus far he has had 8 reviews in 2017 - 5 reviews out of the eight are legitimate complaints with 1 star. Would you trust a doctor with 70% disapproval rating? Don't trust reviews posted from 3 years ago or by folks claiming he is the best...you be the judge and read reviews from 2017. The only reason why they are busy is because they accept Medical! If you want to be treated like a number than this is the spot. So many bad reviews. I have canceled any future appointments for my self & family, Friends have also canceled. Appointment at 2pm with Dr. Reza - It's 2:40pm and still no doctor. Been sitting in this nasty chair for 40 minutes...horrible wait time. Came for checkup only - YET Dr. Reza decided i needed cleaning/polishing - Does cleaning require Xrays too? $$$$$ Anyways $$$$$ Dentist took xrays of top and lower teeth. Even though the images were on the monitor right in front of us. He did not go over any of the xrays with me He didn't check my teeth with air to see which ones are sensitive prior to cleaning. Made no comment on the condition of my teeth or anything we need to be aware of! Considering he is already 45 minuets late for a simple check up; he attempted to "clean" all my teeth in 3 minuets he spent 2-4 seconds at most, ALL HE DID WAS TOUCH MY TEETH on most! WOW RECORD TIME! REALLY! Were my teeth that clean that it only took 2 minuets to clean? Than why the X-Rays of entire mouth? Did my teeth change from my last appointment just a few months ago which you took X-Rays also? !WOW! A couple of my teeth were very sensitive to the cleaning tool and when he saw my reaction to the sensitivity he just skipped and moved on. He was all done in just 2 minuets. My daughter has been here for braces and we haven't had any problems, except when we missed the appointment and couldn't get one sooner. Dr. Reza is very nice and friendly. He always make time to answer our questions. The waiting time with appontment is much less, (approximately less than 30 minutes) compare before. The furnitures are new and comfortable, good music as well. I just don't appreciate the overflowing wall pictures of people posted on the wall. Well, I hope they have consent on those (showing full face of before and after dental procedures). Receptionist are okay in person, but much nicer when you called. Worst dental office ever! They mess up your paperwork don't cancel authorizations when asked. I went to see Dr. Rezza for some dental work and he hurt me when giving me an injection and I already told him I was nervous about injections in my mouth but he didn't care. He just jammed the needle in anyway and then when I went back to finish treatment he told me I couldn't come back because I was too nervous and that I need to see someone else. I had an authorization for deep cleaning from dentical and they never canceled the authorization so when I found my new fabulous dentist Dr. Angela Hoffman now I can't have my cleaning done because they denied my authorization because Dr. Rezza's office never canceled it. So much confusion and change of employees and doctors that nobody can keep track of what their patients need. I definitely do not recommend this group. Go to Dr. Angela Hoffman. She's right down the street from this god-awful place read more
