First, Zani is the GOAT. She was so accommodating and made our stay 10/10. Everything has been fantastic, our room was clean, staff is very nice, great view, close to everything you need toiletries wise. Complimentary breakfast was open until 9:30am on weekdays and 10am on weekends. Also is in a great location!

I considered Hampton Inn Chicago Downtown West Loop solely because of its distance from me, and its accessibility via CTA Train Station-Clinton & Lake. For a night stay, Hampton Inn Chicago Downtown West Loop was pricey ($397.42), but it was also my lifesaver amidst an emergency because of there being a room available at the time. First off, the front desk is located on the 4th floor of the building which I thought was unique. My experience with the receptionist behind the desk was nothing less than professional. Since my room had been booked, the only thing check-in consisted of was a verification of my information and giving me my room key. I was also given a complimentary bottle of Niagara purified drinking water which was totally needed at the time. And for your information check-in starts at 4:00 pm and check-out ends at noon. The room appeared very nice! I adored the furniture and the hung-up pictures of sights around Chicago. While browsing around the room, I adored the overview of outside from the window, and the sliding bathroom door which concealed the closet and the bathroom when either open or closed. Another thing I loved were the liquid products inside of the bathroom that added a unique touch being that they were attached to the wall. Seems like hotels are doing away with mini hygiene products like lotion, shampoo, bath soap, and conditioner. The room met my cleanliness standards! Even with everything on my mind at the time, I had no issues sleeping in the king-sized bed during my overnight stay. Not once did I wake up as my head was engulfed in-between the comfortable pillows. I really enjoyed the shower; its soothing water pressure made me feel very cleansed during my usage. Plus, it was wonderful toggling with the spray patterns and the addictive feeling of the pressure hitting the inside of my ear, hehe. Other things the room came with were a refrigerator, and electrical outlets with USB inserts which came in handy. Hampton Inn Chicago Downtown West Loop appeared to be in great condition and clean! If you plan to stay at Hampton Inn Chicago Downtown West Loop, the hotel does have a fitness center, and an indoor swimming pool. During my stay, a swim in the pool and a workout in its fitness center was the last thing on my mind at the time. For you all visiting the city of Chicago, there are plentiful sights, activities, and restaurants within a radius of Hampton Inn Chicago Downtown West Loop. Some that I adore are within Fulton Market District itself, which I refer to as a foodie's paradise. The Chicago Riverwalk is a lovely place for a morning jog or walk, and if you are looking to explore the city or outer piece of the city, the Richard B. Ogilvie Transportation Center and Union Station, and CTA Train Station-Clinton & Lake are very accessible to-and-from the hotel. In spite of Hampton Inn Chicago Downtown West Loop being my lifesaver amidst an emergency, meeting my comfort needs, and all that the area offers; I am sorry to say that it is hard for me to consider it again because of the price I paid for a night stay, even as a Hilton Honors member! If you can tolerate its price, then I highly recommend considering this hotel. ~ Keep moving forward. ~ Thomas G

The hotel overall is very nice with good views. the beds are comfortable and the shower was super nice. everything was clean and the area felt very safe with lots of stuff nearby to eat/do. my only reason for 4 stars is that the parking in the parking garage was so tight and filled up almost fully. if you have a large sedan or truck you're not going to be fitting anywhere in that garage.

I've stayed at this Hampton 5-6 times over the last year and always enjoyed my stay. The people are very friendly and helpful when you check in. I've asked for rooms high up and away from the elevator. I've always been accommodated. It's a newer hotel that's quite clean and in good shape. The views are pretty good when you get your room up high. There's views of the city on one side, and of the United Center out the other. I think I prefer the city-side a little bit more. It's neat to see all the offices, apartments, and city life. They charge to park your car, but this hotel is in walking distance of my office, so I don't have to worry about that. It could be a concern if you're on a budget. There's a really great market across the street that sells all kinds of fresh, delicious food, has a HUGE selection of alcohol, and is really cool to walk around.

In town to celebrate the matrimony of some friends. The groom booked a block of rooms and offered the guest a very special rate. This hotel was perfect, as it was 10 minute Lyft to the ceremony at the Stan Mansion. The staff was prompt and very accommodating. My top 3 favorites from my stay would have to be the gorgeous view of downtown from the bed, the CLEANLINESS, and the complimentary cold pressed juices/ freshly made smoothies during breakfast.

Stayed here while on a work trip and had a pretty enjoyable stay. My room was clean and I didn't hear my neighbors or any hallway noise. ALSO, there's a happy hour from 5-7 featuring beer, wine and basically dinner. Although not a bar in the hotel, the happy hour more than made up for that. There are plenty of bars sand restaurant with in walking distance so have no fear when happy hour ends. The room I stayed in had a vanity in addition to the standard bathroom which was super convenient. Especially so two people can get ready comfortably at the same time. I also felt the lighting in the bathroom was better than most hotels making makeup application much easier. I'm extremely impressed with Hampton and definitely recommend!

The Hampton Inn by Hilton in Down Town Chicago was incredible. It was great being able to stay in a gorgeous high rise in down town with out bleeding every dollar out of our nightly budget. It's Summer time and the band was in town performing a festival, it was a hot day on stage and coming to our room the the AC cranked was appreciated. Went to the spacious gym this morning after having a solid cup of coffee and great breakfast down stairs. I think my favorite part of the down town Hampton was the view from the terrace on the fifth floor. The staff was wonderful, the bedroom views were amazing, the bed was perfect, the shower water was hot and powerful. Very thankful we stayed here.

This hotel was located within the loop near the river, shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel rooms are basic and small. We were fortunate to get an upgraded room with two queen beds and an amazing view out the window of the city. The window was large and clean. The beds were comfy with ample pillows. Four pillows were provided. The hotel set up is a bit awkward. Room is best for one person as lacks storage for large luggage. Plus there is not a defined bathroom. The shower is within the bedroom. Fortunately the shower was frosted but you walk right into the bedroom so you must be comfortable with those you stay with. Plus the room does really have a deck and chair to work. The desk is a fold down from the wall. The chair for the deck is located on the wall and not really suitable for long term working on sitting as does not have a back to it. The best thing above this hotel are the staff. The front desk staff are super friendly and accommodating and aim to please. The bartender was super friendly and attentive as well. Lastly parking is not available right at the hotel. You have to walk two blocks. Plus parking cost 59 dollars and that's the discounted rate. Also not really a suitable place to drop luggage off. If you pull up to the front door, you are blocking traffic. Base on price of 400 dollars the night we stayed, I would say it's not worth the stay. Maybe it's worth 200 or less for Chicago.

My first night when I couldn't get up to the roof, I tried the restaurant downstairs. Also closes at 11pm. 10:20, hostess says they just called last call. I said cool I can order a drink. I want to say that I have had my eye on this hotel for a while now after looking for Hilton hotel locations with a peloton bike, which this one has. Other than that, I loved that the location of this hotel sits in the heart of Chicago, surrounding a plethora of activities which made it the perfect choice for hotel stay to celebrate. Okay, it was an experience going up to the lobby area to check in at this hotel, a blonde moment as I am known for if you follow my reviews. The lobby is located on the 4th floor, so be sure to choose "L" for the lobby because there is no 4th floor button listed in the elevator. Me and two other hotel guests had an adventure going up to the lobby area after trying to figure out where the 4th floor button was. My experience with the receptionist working behind the desk was nothing less than professional. Since my room was already booked through Hilton Honors, the only thing check-in consisted of was a verification of my information, a briefing on what is offered, and the receptionist giving me my room key. For your information, check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out ends at 12:00 PM! If you have the Hilton honors application, there is the opportunity to check in with the application, choosing your room, and receiving a digital key, which will allow you to go to your room contactless without seeing a receptionist upon your arrival. I have not used this method, but if you are interested in no contact whatsoever then you can use it with the Hilton Honors application. After locating and entering my room, I thought to myself this is fancy once I took notice of the design and interior color which appeared so elegant! There was a variation of vibrant colors in the room from its curtains to the headboard of the king-size bed, the carpet, and a gold chair that looked like something out of your grandmother's house. Out of all, I just could not take my eyes off the curtains which reminded me of cherry blossoms because of the colors. Inside the bathroom there were liquid products by Gilchrist & Soames Zero% attached to the wall. Throughout my travels, I have noticed that hotels have completely dealt away with the mini shampoo, bath soap, and conditioner products that made great travel hygiene additions. Along with those notable things inside of the room, it met my cleanliness standards. I had no issues whatsoever getting comfortable in the king-sized bed during my stay as my head was engulfed in between the comfortable pillows. While utilizing the shower, I really enjoyed the water pressure; its soothing pressure made me feel very cleansed during each usage. It was wonderful toggling with the spray patterns, with the addictive feel of the pressure hitting my face and body. Other things the room came with that I noticed were a comforter, an iron, ironing board, blow dryer, safe, comforter, a coffee maker (Hamilton Beach), a mini refrigerator, microwave, and USB and AC plugins attached to either the headboard of the bed, lamps, or the television cabinet, which added a nice touch to the room. And the Wi-Fi internet was easy to connect to and not once did I have any connectivity issues with it during my stay. Hampton Inn Majestic, as expected, had an exceptionally beautiful inner interior! As a fitness enthusiast, it was great having a fitness center onsite because it allowed me to keep up with my fitness routines during my stay. I must say that I was pleased to see several dumbbell weights, medicine balls, kettlebells, a decent selection of workout machines, and two peloton fitness bikes which charmed me out of my panties once I spotted them. And oh, honey did I enjoy it on my birthday with the lovely Hannah Frankson as my peloton instructor, who put my legs through torture during her low impact workout. Having the complimentary breakfast was a relief because I did not have to worry about finding a restaurant for breakfast in the morning. And I was highly satisfied with the quality of what was presented. It is served daily from 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM. For you all visiting the city of Chicago, there are plentiful sights, activities, and restaurants within a radius of Hampton Inn Majestic. As a resident, a few that I adore are Willis Tower, Millennium Park, and the Art Institute of Chicago! Next door is the CIBC Theatre, which I noticed upon my initial arrival at the hotel. And if you are looking to explore the city or outer part of the city, the Chicago Union Station, and CTA Train Station are very accessible to-and-from. I would surely book Hampton Inn Majestic Chicago Theatre District again due to my experience with it because the hotel met my comfort needs, and I loved that its location is within an accessible distance of things of interest in downtown Chicago. ~ Live every moment ~ Thomas G
