There was no problem with alignment when vehicle was brought in and when I inquired about what they did, the gentleman behind the counter could not answer me. The vehicle when I drove it away now pulls hard to the right. Clearly they screwed up the alignment, which in turn forced me to go another day to have this rectified. My rims which were immaculate are also scuffed, scratched and from what we saw on the video monitor thrown on the floor by the tech. If you value your vehicle I would not take it to this location.

After looking around inside the car, some of the areas were oily, so I am guessing the cleaner they used was more like a waxy cleaner. The back window was NOT cleaned. Once the sun hit it I could definitely say it was only wiped with a rag. It was just dirt moved around. Same thing with the interior of the front window. The worst was seeing several areas on both sides of the car with spots of white wax on the doors. I had to wipe that off. I am quite confident if I had gone back, they would have helped me. However, after paying $240.00, I did not think I needed to make an appointment or take the time to drive there so they could fix what should have been done the first time.
