My daughter and son in-law moved to the area last May and we saw Hans'. Being Westerner's we know nothing about crawfish. I came down this last week specifically to try their crawfish. The crawfish were great! The service was beyond horrible! I asked questions because we obviously don't know anything about the food. The cashier wouldn't answer any questions, she was tapping her foot and rolling her eyes the entire time. I would have left, but I didn't want to disappoint my family and have all of us miss out on the experience. So, if you're a newbie like us, don't ask questions...remember the Soup Nazi episode on the tv show Seinfeld, I was waiting for "No Crawfish for you" to be yelled! read more

I went there for the first time yesterday. Han's and his team are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and their crawfish are by far the best I have tried within 60 miles from here. If I could give them a 5 plus rating I would. Excellent Cajun style crawfish and this shrimp was great as well. Only problem is you can't call it in. You have to go wait in line and see if you can get some before they run out. We went on a Saturday for lunch and there was plenty. There is outdoor seating available Le but you may want to bring something to wipe down the seats and table. Sleeper in Cypress, no frills all outside seating in venue with ambiance. The crawfish were perfectly seasoned, not too hot not too salty--not a place that dumps on the extra spice after boiling. Right outside the heart of downtown Tomball and just outside Cypress, the new location is super easy to get to with plenty of parking. This place was great! The crawfish and shrimp was cooked perfectly, I pulled them out the shell with no problem. You can't pick what sauce to toss the crawfish and shrimp in but the seasonings they were cooked in was delicious. You could tell the crawfish was cleaned properly as well. Really delicious, large crawfish with very few dead, but diabetics beware! After eating only the crawfish it sent my mother's blood sugar skyrocketing. We were very confused as I've never heard of sugar being added to a Cajun seasoning blend, but we can't think of any other explanation for the spike. read more

I have seen the crawfish flags up on Telge rd every weekend for some time now and finally stopped in...WOW does Han know how to make Crawfish!!!! In fact for me the largest and best I have ever had. Great flavor and clean...Baby Lobsters... The claws on them were HUGE and was at least for me the first time I was ever also getting meat out of the claws....He also makes Shrimp where were also dynamite and loved them....BYOB to boot what a great evening. This guy is the master of Crawfish!!!!He even takes the time to walk around and talk to all the customers....I saw him interacting with family's and brought over a couple little stuffed crawfish for some little kids....If your into Crawfish and understand the social experience don't pass this place up! Bring a cooler and some friends...You will not be disappointed. Very reasonable price like $7 a lb with corn and potatoes. Nice Texas feel to the place as well. read more
