Where to start. Bad food safety. No one wearing gloves. Person filling orders coughing and not covering mouth. Same person yelling names out the order window spraying spit on us while waiting to order. Install a speaker announcement system. Not even sure they have a health license. They tell people it will be 45 minutes for food and then what do you know run out of food 330pm on a Sunday. This is basically someone running a food trailer on their property having folks eat in an old barn. Also be prepared to pay more for food if you use a debit or credit card. Lol thought that only happened at a gas pump. Not a chance of going back. read more

Found this little gem on my way to my sons game. It's extremely unique with an outdoor eating area and order area. Rocky parking lot like your in the county. The boil is like the boil your uncle makes with brown Sandals. The boil is simply delicious. I asked for additional butter and seasoning just in case. Trust me you do not need it. I'll be back for more crawfish and shrimp. The only thing I would like to add to this place is crab legs. read more

I am so very glad I read the reviews for this place and then took a chance. The crawfish were spot on (10!) easy to peel and just spicy enough to keep everyone happy. Seating is outdoor and there are plenty of tables under a cover and others in the sun. I will definitely be taking more friends there this season. read more

Hans Crawfish is the best I have had in Houston, and I have been to all the ones that win the "best" title. They are clean, easy to peel and tastes amazing!! His new location is sooooo much better than the old one, and easier to park. This family is so sweet and they are honest and thoughtful of the customers, and good to know. read more

This place is worth the drive for any crawfish lover! Huge crawfish that might as well be the size of small cats (I joke of course). Great environment with LIVE MUSiC and entertainment for the kids. A bit of a wait to order some food but other than that it's GREAT! read more

I am not a crawfish lover but wanted to join my friends one night. Luckily they offered boiled shrimp for me, Yay!! Loved the casual atmosphere and picnic tables. BYOB is always a bonus. It was a nice night and we all sat around and enjoyed the food and beers. This is a fun, cool place. Staff are friendly, responsive, and create good quality food. I'm a Louisiana girl, who knows her crawfish. I happened upon this place after another preferred spot was unexpectedly closed. Needless to say, I was skeptical in trying somewhere new BUT when you're craving crawfish the urge is unyielding. My family and I decided to give Hans a try. We learned this was their first season. Let me tell you, it won't be their last. They've moved to the top of my list! DELICIOUS. I won't entertain another. . We ordered 15 pounds of crawfish, some shrimp, and sausage. Not an ounce was left after we got finished with our feast. Incredible. You should give them a try. BYOB!!! Just putting that first so you see it. Probably the best crawfish I've ever had and I've had it at most restaurants that serve it and I boil my own. The size is much better then other Houston places and it's cheaper then most restaurants. The seasoning is fantastic and they have a spicy garlic butter dipping sauce that is so damn good. Seating is outdoors at the telge location under the shade, with a real bathroom to wash your hands. Check facebook to make sure they aren't sold out before you go on sunday! read more

Best crawfish I have ever had and I eat a lot of crawfish!! They are huge in size and the seasoning is perfect! Not too spicy but extremely flavorful. We have gotten crawfish to go twice in one week and it is nice and hot even we get it home. You can eat there, it is BYOB and they have soft drinks as well. The sauces are good too! Sort of hidden on Telge and the shed sells crawfish and shrimps by pounds and half-pound, respectively. The crawfish were jumbo size, at least on the top layer. There was only one flavor available even though on the menu board there were 3. The sauce was more like the juice and it was spicy and savory. Not sure if it was 3 lb but including the corn and potato, everything fit in the to-go box, for $20 cash. The cashier basically scooped up the crawfish from a cooler that had everything cooked there, but don't get me wrong, none of the crawfish was overcooked and became soft on the shell. read more

The absolute best crawfish I have ever had. I have lots of friends from Louisiana and attend crawfish boils every season. I haven't found a place worth actually buying it per pound at until Hans'. The flavor was fantastic. The line was long, but worth it. Hans' mother was walking around greeting folks which gave the establishment a more home town feel. There were people with coolers ready to fill them up, clean picnic tables, nice bathrooms, and a band. The owner is on site and can be seen multiple times checking out the line to make sure there is enough product prepared for everyone and that nobody goes home empty handed. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place, biggest crawfish I've had this year and SO much flavor. It's a small simple spot that you would probably miss if you drove past it, it's around a neighborhood but also tucked away in like a construction area. Definitely a hidden gem, you order at the "bar" that you see immediately when you walk into the covered seating, they offer 3lbs for $20 if you pay in cash and it includes one corn and potato, but it's only $7/lb if you're paying with card. They offer shrimp as well, I had it the first time but I was not too impressed, I thought it was dry. They also have a few sauces; "coon ass", garlic butter, and regular butter. It's also BYOB and they'll have live music occasionally. Very chill and laid back place, kid friendly, they have corn hole. This is only my second time being here and both times have been a great experience. Will absolutely make this a regular spot when I'm craving crawfish! read more
