I was left waiting for about 20 minutes for a manicure after the technician started and then stopped. My mom chose a color, (sparkly pink) and showed the lady how she wanted it correlate with her nail color (regular pink). The woman acted like she understood it, then painted a dark undercoat on, before the sparkle color. My mom asked her to remove it, and the woman REFUSED, stating she wouldn't remove the polish again, then TRIED TO RAISE THE PRICE BY BRINGING IN PARRAFIN WAX AND STONES, FOR A SPA PEDICURE THAT MY MOM DID NOT ASK FOR. My mother just wanted the polish removed, so she could leave because, by now the woman was raising her voice. So my mom began to stand up and find the manager, and this woman LITERALLY MANHANDLES AND BEARHUGS HER BACK INTO THE SEAT. People started leaving and everyone was shocked that this woman got physical. ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT, SHE THREW AN EMPTY BOX OF NAIL POLISH AND THE COLOR SAMPLER AT MY MOM. My mom kept telling the woman to get off of her, and at that point she said something to her co-worker in her language. Observers and customers commented that the treatment was very messed up. My mom got up and found a different person in the back to remove the polish as that was happening, the woman looked at me like "What the hell is up with her?". I told her, calmly but sternly, "Do NOT involve me in this." One of the services she got ended up being free. No matter what, DO NOT attempt to turn a child on their mother. EVER. I got her a gel manicure ($32) & I got a fill ($30) that turned out amazing! I had Eda and she was awesome! She was social and very fast, but still very good. I just showed her a picture and she copied it exactly. It's been a week for both of us after camping & baking & every day work..and they still look brand new! Third times the charm right? .... NOT! Every time I come here there is an issue. I thought maybe if I gave them one more chance they would get it right and I would continue coming. That didn't happen. First time I went, my gel mani started lifting after a WEEK and my nails were sharp as ever around the edges. Second time I got just a pedicure and it was SO sloppy. Toe nails were uneven and paint was chunky. Today, I said hey let's try one more time. I went in specifying I wanted a MATTE nail polish manicure. I verified over and over that they had matte nail polish and the lady kept saying yes we have it. I waited and once the lady finally got to me I asked again, we are doing a MATTE nail polish manicure correct? she goes yes yes multiple times. Clearly she had no idea what I was talking about because the nail polish on my nails is NOT matte, it is simply a gel mani. I would have corrected her but after she cut my cuticle pretty badly and tried to pretend it wasn't bad although it was clearly bleeding, I was beyond irritated. Dents in my nail polish, gel on top of cuticles, sharp edges and a pretty badly cut cuticle. Safe to say i will NOT be returning. I'll definitely be trying out Sparkle Nail or Lotus moving forward. I usually enjoy this nail salon when I do get my nails done. I usually get a full set of acrylics with gel and they always come out looking really good no matter who I get but this one particular nail tech just did a really terrible job. I wasn't able to catch her name but I have gotten her before and she's not the best but has never done my nails this bad. It's only been a week and a piece of my acrylic cracked!!! Not to mention the polish was all over my nails and the paint job itself was extremely messy. This has never happened to me before, I have come to this nail salon countless of times but this one nail tech makes me really not want to go back. Let me start by saying that I Yelp most businesses I visit, and the only reason I visited this nail salon was because it was rated 4 stars. I wasn't greeted right away when I walked in, even though I caught the glances of a few technicians. I originally planned to get both a manicure and pedicure but decided that I didn't have time for both so I chose a manicure. The manicurist sat me down and started filing down my old gel polish. As soon as she finished wrapping my fingers in foil, she pawned me off to another manicurist. The second one finished removing the polish and went back to complete the pedicure of her precious client. It sure didn't make me feel special. The gel color I chose was purple with glitter. I wanted it as dark as the sample, but it was sheer...I would've liked a 3rd coat but the manicurist didn't ask and continued to apply the top coat. My right pinky has excess top coat which dried, and now my fingernail looks and feels like there's super glue stuck on it. They didn't use new nail filers like they're supposed to. I didn't see where the tools came from, so I don't even know if those are clean. The facility is outdated and isn't very clean. read more

I was asked to pick a color, Linda sat me down and helped me right away. I love it. Usually when I walk in I know what I want and go get it and sit. And wait till someone asks me what I want. For them, I walked in, was asked if I needed help and for what, told them what I want grabbed my color and get down to business. Took almosy an hour. Got there at 534pm, done by 623pm. Super happy with my visit. They were able to take me in as a walk-in and my manicurist Pricilla was super nice. Definitely going back.

Me and my fiancé came in for the pedicures. I specifically said we were getting pedicures and I was getting REGULAR nail polish. Off the bat the nail tech asked if I wanted my hands done too, then a total of 3 times she asked me if I wanted to do gel. I felt that she was trying to pressure me, l started having to say excuses as to why I didn't want gel.. when I say no that means no. In addition, after she finished my pedicure she left and didn't say goodbye, nor did I see her again to give her a tip. She also didn't help me put my shoes on. During the pedicure she asked my fiancé personal questions about his income and kept saying "oh you make a lot of money" to him when he answered her question about his profession. We will not be back. In addition to the uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience, she did not do a good job on removing calluses from my feet. She did not push, just ran it by my foot removing nothing and defeating the whole purpose of a "pedicure". read more

Decided to check out this place after reading all the good reviews about it.... BUT after visiting, it was just horrible.... Walked in, waited for about a good 20 minutes until I was seen... Once I was seen, the lady that was doing my pedicure kept having to leave (about 3x) to answer phone calls/wax eyebrows... As I was sitting in the pedi chair, another woman walked up to me and started doing my manicure... At this point, it was just a big NO! Everything felt rushed, especially my manicure. I told the woman to make them even and she told me they were even which it was clearly NOT! And on top of that, she had a bowl of hot water placed on my lap for me to soak my hands in.... Anyway, I had gel done and it hasn't even been a week yet and it already chipped and started lifting.. Smh Again, everything felt rushed... My cuticles weren't removed, my nails were uneven, over all my nails were definitely NOT HAPPY at all. read more

My mom and I have been going here for about two months and decided to move on to a different place because our last service wasn't too well. When we first went, I asked to get my nails a little shorter when she was filing them, the lady then responded "why didn't you tell me earlier?" I didn't realize that doing her job as a nail technician was too much to ask. I then realized that one hand was much longer than the other, and asked her to even it out. She simply snatched my hands, measured them up, said "no it's only this finger, nothing else," yet continued to fix the entire hand. Despite the attitude, she did a well job. We came back for a few fills, but our last service was just not to standard. We went for a fill and a pedicure, wanting to do both together. My mom was sat down at a nail station and then left unhelped for about 30 minutes while I got a pedicure. They then finished my moms nails, rushed because the technician forgot about her appointment, and placed her ACROSS from me. So glad we repeatedly said that we wanted to go through this process together. Anyways, the technician that did my nails was fine, but I asked her to repair one nail, and then it fell off the next day. Had to go back and get stared at by all the workers because I made a complaint. I just soaked all my nails off to do a fresh start at our new place because there was some lifting that Happiness never really took care of. I soaked them off to find MOLD on them. Yeah, MOLD ON MY NAILS. Water got under the lifting and got stuck there because the technicians never acknowledged the lifting and just went over it! Disgusting!!! read more
