And you will most definitely see me coming back here. First time I visited, I went right when they opened because I wasn't sure how much of a wait time it could be since I didn't have an appointment. I waited about five minutes before they were able to take care of me. Everyone was polite and friendly. Service was incredibly fast. I think I was only in there for an hour and a half again I only wanted something simple and basic so that also contributed to me not being there long. Fast-forward to about a week and a half I noticed I definitely needed to go in for a fill. This time I did make an appointment for 10:30am, I walked in at about 10:12, I knew I was definitely early but I figured I'd take a seat and look at color options while I waited. I did not wait long however they seated me within three minutes of me being there. So I will most definitely give them five stars for how quick they are. This second time around, I did have a color in mine from the first time I went, and it came out fabulous. The nail technician when he was putting the color on did suggest chrome which I have never tried, and I am most definitely glad he did because the color I chose was definitely lighter than what I chose the first time and with the chrome it just made my nails look simple and clean but with a little bit of shine. Definitely love that as soon as you come in the atmosphere and the vibe is completely great. They sit you down and they ask if you would like anything to drink which I love. I usually don't say yes, but I love that they ask because it's just extremely polite of them. My only caveat and I think I might be the only one is, I do wish they would play something else on the TV that they have in there, the two times I have gone they have this baking show which seems great, but I do wish they would play some kind of chick flick or a romance movie or a movie in general rather than a baking show haha. All in all I'm definitely going to keep coming here! I am looking forward to scheduling my pedicure hopefully soon I have not had one since I was a little girl so I'm very much excited. I hear good things about pedicures here.

Herbal Nails and Spa is officially my go-to spot whenever I'm in the area, and honestly, my toes deserve an apology for every place I went to before I found this one. Let's talk about #10, my ride-or-die pedicure. I don't even look at the menu anymore, I just walk in and say "the usual" like a regular in a sitcom. The service here is outstanding every single time. And Tuyen? Tuyen is an artist. She handled my toes with the care and gentleness of someone defusing a bomb, except the bomb was just my questionable at-home pedicure attempt from three months ago. She never judged me, she just healed me. Then came the cucumbers. They laid cool cucumber slices on my legs right before the hot stone massage and I swear I left my body for a solid twenty minutes. I don't know if I ascended or just fell asleep sitting up, but either way, heaven. Get this treatment. Your legs will thank you, your nervous system will thank you, your therapist might even thank you.‍ Also shoutout to Anthony up front, who greets you like you're the guest he's been waiting for all day. During the manicure, the technician was speaking loudly the entire time, which was extremely overstimulating. He appeared rushed, distracted, and frequently looked around instead of focusing on my nails. When the service was finished, I noticed the gel was bumpy and uneven. Although they offered to fix it, correcting gel polish would have required soaking or filing down my nails further. My nails are already thin from a visit two weeks ago with the same technician, and the gel polish from that service chipped after only one week. I didn't want to be rude by asking for a different technician and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I am genuinely unhappy with the results, especially for what should be a straightforward gel manicure. On a positive note, the technician who did my pedicure took her time and did a great job. Unfortunately, I don't get much time to treat myself to nail services, and while this salon is conveniently located near my home, I will no longer be returning or recommending it to friends.

Disgusted with this places service. I get there, I'm told it's gonna be 15 minutes, which I don't mind! But when they told me that and 15 minutes had passed it was like "5 more minutes" and of course that 5 more minutes turned into 30.. ridiculous. Within those 45 minutes of waiting, 2 people(came in after me)were seated before me to get their acrylics done, when only 1 had an appointment. Anyway, I had waited it out. But finally I was sat down (by whom I BELIEVE is the owner?? Don't know forsure) it was a man. He was beyond rude. My sister had sat next to me and he looks at her and goes "what do you want" with a rude tone, for no reason. All she wanted to do was sit next to me in the empty seat ?? Anyway moving on from that. He was putting on the powder, and when he had finished putting it on, he just straight up got up, no answer, no explanation? And starts talking to his buddies, like 5 minutes later I get up and I'm like "hello?" And he was like " ok, 1 minute, " and then follows me to sit down. He was like "what's up with you" and I was like well I have my kids at home waiting (never said I didn't have time to wait but I shouldn't have to wait as long as I did when I was told it would only be "15 minutes". He had the audacity to go "well you shouldn't come if you don't have time to wait" and then goes on to say "obviously your powder isn't dry, how am I gonna work on it if it's still wet??" Like what? Acrylic powder doesn't take 5 dang minutes to dry???!! Like so rudely. How can you say this to any client? I wait the time that I did and to be pushed to the side after 2 other people were seen before me? I was not expecting to stay there for as long as I did so my frustration is understandable. I am never coming here again. No amount of cheap work that they do is worth it. Better off somewhere else ladies!! read more

If I could give negative stars for overcharging I would. I took my daughter to get her nails (full set with design )done for her 15 birthday and they overcharged my daughter! When she told them what she wanted the tech told her she couldn't give her a price or even range until she was done bc she doesn't set the prices the mgr does. They pulled this number outta they *$$ ($150) the nail were descent but definitely not worth $150. When I arrived to pick up my daughter and asked them why couldn't they tell her the price beforehand the tech told me she learned a valuable lesson for he future ‍the mgr never even looked up to address me. I will never come here and as long as my lungs have breath in them I will advise everybody I know to stay far away from these money hungry heauxs!! read more

I come here bi-weekly and they are normally ok but the reason I drive from Covina to Pomona for my nails is because they're are always pretty fast. They have enough employees to do my nails and pedicure at the same time. But today omg !!!!! They sat me down as soon as I arrived (with a new girl) she took 45 mins to take off the gel off my toenails !!!! I was so freaking annoyed ... 1 hour 40 minutes for a basic pedicure with gel (no massage !!!) this is the last time I drive here. I'm so pissed off ... and to top it for they charged me $30 for a shitty pedicure. The Chinita was afraid to us the cuticle remover on me. They had two of them working on me read more

And now you acted like I did it by myself? The bumpy was bc I did the French tip 2 times (after asking if it was ok and put in the UV light.) and then you told me to do one more time to cover your real nails. This is my second time coming to Happiness nails and I really enjoy getting my toes done here. The lady who did my nails was really sweet and made me feel really relax. ok ion know what's this guys name is buh i got put at station 9 . i asked him to cut my acrylics a lil shorter and he said "oh no i can't do that" . then i wanted ombre and he said "i can't do that" . yet he cut my nails and did the ombre w POLISH instead of POWDER . now my acrylics looks clumpy , bumpy , they have HAIR in them , and they look bad. read more

Lynn did a good job on my fill and Cindy did a good job on my pedicure while making sure my hands and toes came out the way I expected them to be. The shop recently had a nice remodel done with lots of new color options, and especially now they have a new set of smoothie 9D cat eye gel colors. They also have complimentary water for customers and that was very nice while getting pampered. I would say that the service was very good and the shop was nice with lots of new color options and affordable prices that you wouldn't find elsewhere. I definitely would come back.
