I've been going to this location for a couple of years & usually leave content with the work. However, with my most recent visit, I am very sad and disappointed, I went in and asked for a gel pedicure and a regular full set, first they forgot to do gel nails on my pedicure and the full set was fine until 5 hours when I realized it was cracking and after fully inspecting them I realized that the nails where not done fully covering my nail( meaning they will need a fill sooner). Then I realized that the man kept putting nail polish thinner on the polish. I'm just very upset that the nails are ruined after less than 12 hours & I was looking forward to my vacation, now I have to get them painted again and spend time and money on something that should've done right the first time. $25.00 down the drain. read more

I have been going here for years, for myself & family. I prefer Roe for my pedicure and Billy for my daughters manicures. It wasn't perfect every time with others but they do open earlier than other nail salons in the area. My daughter received her first set of acrylic nails from Billy & he did an awesome job and didn't make them long etc. Today she removed her acrylic nails because she missed her natural nails and they did a good job on them. read more

This salon is CRAZY BUSY! which is undoubtedly a good thing. This was my second visit for a pedi and I wasn't disappointed. Staff are friendly, almost exclusively Vietnamese, as has become commonplace in SoCal. Prices are modest ... neither the lowest nor highest in the Pomona-Chino-Chino Hills area. If you're looking for a new nail salon, give Happiness Nails & Spa a try. And guys, if you've never had a pedi, you need to give it a try! There was still nail polish on my skin which I thought would be cleaned up , the second nail on my left is uneven , the design is not what I asked for the crystals it's not as cluttered , and some areas look very lumpy . First time here, and not returning. They were nice people, but the gentleman whom worked on my pedi was extremely rough and hurt me on various occasions. I did inform him he was being rough (trim/pumice sponge/ scrub). He scraped 3 of my toes while filing nails and cut me with trim scissors. Came in today to get a full set of acrylics and a gel pedicure. You are required to wear a mask the entire time, and as usual, they are also wearing masks. They have also installed sneeze guards at the manicure and pedicures stations. They have you sanitize and they check your temperature as well. I felt very safe and felt that they were taking our safety very seriously. I appreciated that. It was my first time getting acrylics and James did an amazing job!! I am so happy with them and he was very nice and tried to make conversation and made some jokes with me. He really took his time and made sure I liked the colors before commuting onto the nail. I did not get the name of the lady who did my toes, but she also did a wonderful job!! Overall I was very happy and I'll gladly come back when the county opens again, as they announced today we'd be closing once more. read more

Was recommended here from the Wells Fargo bank teller on Soquel! She was flashing some glitzy acrylics and I had to ask her where she got her nails done. She said she always goes here and asks for David. I needed a full set and pedi for a Thailand wedding I was going to be in. I came in at open on MLK day and got set up right away with two lovely ladies. I wish I caught the name of the sweet woman who did my pedi, she was so kind. Eek. I just had a pedicure done with gel polish and the nail tech was really rough with my toes. She cut me a few times and really, i mean REALLY dug the tool under my nail to get the hang nail out. Made me bleed a little. Two stars because the polish came out ok, but I'm gonna keep an eye out for an infection. Really hoping I don't get one and I'm PRAYING that they actually clean their tools. If I do get an infection, I'm calling the health department. That being said, I don't like worrying if my pedicure was safe or not, so I won't be coming back. read more

This place is consistent and my go-to for pedicures. They are very busy so it's a good idea to make an appointment if you don't want to wait. In my experience even when I haven't had an appointment I did not have to wait very long. I have been going to this place for at least 3 years. When I lived in Texas and would come visit here I would always make sure to make time to get a pedi from here. All the techs I have had have done a great job. They are very meticulous about cuticle care, shaping, and polish application which I greatly appreciate. They have a lot of pricing and treatment options as well. This is one of those salons where if ypu come in for acrilic removal they will shove a tip ij between the nail and acrilic and rip it off. I knew it was a possibility when i walked in but i thought that if I told them I didn't want that they wouldn't do it. She did one nail and I told her it hurt and the nails weren't lifted enough. Nope she went right ahead. I kept cringing and pulling away I asked her to file them off or soak them off and she said it would take to long. I explicitly said no that hurts and she kept going. So I just accepted it. She ripped out a piece of my nail. I knew my nails would be damaged and thin after but I was hoping I could paint then when I got home. When he first purchased this business, he harassed one of the best nail ladies who left and opened up her own nail salon in Chino. Over the years, I've returned here only because of the convenience to my house. There are some good workers there but after today I will not return. The owner was eaves dropping in my conversation with my nail lady and didn't like the fact I was asking a simple question about the increased prices. He rudely interrupted and was being a jerk. I would understand if I was being a Karen, but my simple question about prices shouldn't warrant his unprofessional attitude. Won't return for convenience anymore! No thanks. read more

I went in for an acrylic nail removal thinking they would soak my nails and do it professionally, but the person that did it for me literally cut them off and pulling them off the way I would have done it at home by myself. It was not professional at all, very painful and I expected to leave with healthy nails but instead left with choppy nails and glue residue. Also as she was pulling off a nail, she almost ripped off my real nail, bleeding a little and then but glued it back with their acrylic glue. I do got to say they are pretty good at doing my acrylics when I would go but if you're looking for a professional to remove your nails, either ask how they remove them or go somewhere else. read more

I came here to get my nails done twice. First time I came I had a good experience getting my pedicure. I gave it second try to get my nails done and pedicure. Once again pedicure was good but nails were a hot mess. I asked for dip I was here 2 hours for my dip that resulted in lumpy work and they were so thick I might as well have gotten acrylic. Once I got home I notice my nail kept getting caught on my hair the nail. So I made time to go back and get it fixed no one asked me what I was there for so I signed in and noted why I was there, which I think is ridiculous having to wait again to get my nail fixed. I sat and waited for about an hr. Mind you they checked that list multiple times they could've easily asked what I was getting fixed since it was only one nail. No they didn't I ended up leaving really upset and disappointed I had gotten my nails done with time for an event and now I'm unhappy and uncomfortable with this work. I'll be going back to my old place even if it means i hve to make a 45 min drive. read more

I usually don't get pedicures because I'm so ticklish but Nancy was such a sport and the two of them really made me feel pampered and boy did I need some pampering. They both are exceptionally talented in their craft and take pride in their work, and it shows.
