So my friend paid $45 just to sit among my eating family members only for the privilege of sitting at the table and not eating any food since it was impossible for her to eat after getting teeth pulled out. So our check was around $350- ish. They automatically added 20% gratuity for a group of 6 even though only 5 people actually ate AND we were charged for 6 people eating. So when you come here, please make sure that everybody in your group plans to eat. They will make ZERO exceptions. I wouldn't be surprised if you brought your baby child with no teeth and they end up charging you just for bringing your child with you despite the fact that your baby drinks from the bottle. Yes, this is one of those places. Also if you just had braces placed on your teeth and can't eat food that day, you will still be charged full price anyway just for hanging out with your family. On the flip side, the food is seriously good here. I really felt like giving them 2 stars due to force paying my non eating friend but the food quality is just superb.

The place was very busy--we put our name on the waitlist, and they used text messages through Waitly to notify us when our table was ready. The wait was about 1-1.5 hours, which felt expected given the opening buzz. They were running a grand opening special with 50% off the entire menu through 2/1/26, which encouraged us to try some appetizers we normally wouldn't order. We got the combo pork and shrimp spring rolls and the fried wings. The wings were bomb --crispy, lightly breaded, and topped with lemongrass. Once seated, ordering was quick, and large cups of ice water were brought out upon request. Double thumbs up on the big cups. The menu covers the usual Vietnamese favorites: pho, vermicelli dishes, spring rolls, plus Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee. For mains, my husband ordered the bun bo hue and they were happy to substitute rice noodles for egg noodles, which he appreciated. I ordered the pho dac biet--good broth, lots of meat, and lots of extras- bean sprouts, basil, lime. Despite how busy it was, the servers were friendly, attentive, and efficient. The restaurant was clean, and the crowd felt like a good mix of locals checking out the new spot. Overall, a really good experience, especially for a grand opening weekend. We'd definitely be back.
