Seeing the owner outside, I politely asked if we could have some salt. To my shock, he suddenly started yelling at me and told me that I was being rude. At first, I thought he was joking, so I responded, "Can you imagine how rude I am to my husband?" His response was completely inappropriate and offensive. He said that if he were my husband, he would slap me on my behind over and over again in a sensual manner and that I would enjoy every moment of it. My friends and I were absolutely stunned. When I asked him to stop and bring us the check, he then said that "you Jews always give me problems." A few minutes later, after I told the waitstaff that I intended to share my experience on GN Mommies, he came over with hot sake to apologize. He even offered to refund our meal, but I declined. I don't want anything from someone who makes hateful remarks about Jews. After living in Great Neck for 40 years, I have never experienced anything like this. As a Jewish resident, I was deeply offended by both the inappropriate sexual comments and the anti-Semitic remark. I will never set foot in this restaurant again.

It does come with a dipping sauce which helps but I didn't use it much. All in all a good spot for take out but the menu will need to be expanded in order to have longevity.
