No chance! First time here, so this place is new to us. I think it used to be 'Pies & More'. They had NO CHANCE of surviving with no real kitchen. We had spring rolls and my 2yo son gobbled them up so we ordered two more. (He ate them too but I tasted one and it was good). I ordered the Cashew Chicken and it was very good with lots n lots of chicken. My wife ordered the Chicken Mei Fun and liked it but prefers cuisine with brighter flavors. I liked it too. Funny thing is they served the rice in a plastic brown Mexican tortilla bowl. Bottom line is we liked this Chinese Cuisine, it was fresh and properly cooked with good recipes and we will return. I ordered through Doordash. In the app, I specifically stated, if item is unavailable contact me. I requested brown rice. They made it with white rice and told the driver to tell me, "We don't have brown rice so we made it the regular way." Well, the "regular" way is brown rice!! They could've contacted me, so I could cancel my order, but they didn't! The best part: a hard piece of plastic was found in my rice. Lastly, I have cameras in my home and it recorded the moment I opened the door until the moment it was found. CAN'T be too careful! Just in case restaurants want to claim I put something in the food. This is my third visit here and I've been impressed every time. I'm pretty picky about Chinese food. You will never see me in a Chinese buffet. This is one of my favorite Chinese places now. Being from the east coast, the fam & I are pretty picky when it comes to good Chinese food. Most of the stuff out here in Gilbert has been "ok" to bad so far, but my friends told us about this new place that opened up that I would be surprised. So going in there with the usual opened mind, I gotta tell you, it was pretty (insert swear) good! The apps from the crab puffs, to chicken wings, to the pot stickers were really good. They tasted like, what would be the word, clean tasting, like fresh oil, cooked just right. The entrees are no different, OH, and I forgot, best Hot & sour soup I've found out here so far. I don't get the high rating... Our experience didn't rate it. Only a 2 because the pot stickers were good. I wish the rest of the meal lived up to the promise of the appetizer. Kinda a weird place. Decor obviously leftover from whatever 50's wannabe burger place used to be there. Lots of red/black/white fixtures. Mural of Elvis, James Dean, Marilyn Monroe on the wall. Not your typical Chinese place. There is no menu posted on the wall. No photos of the various dishes that is common in a take out Chinese place. No Chinese calligraphy art.. giant Great Wall mural. We ordered pot stickers... They came out, but we had to ask for the dipping sauce. Then we had to ask for silverware and appetizer plates. Our drinks were served in paper takeout cups with the lid and a straw. It was whacky eating the meal from plates and silverware... But drinking from paper cups. Rice was served in plastic tortilla containers... Huh!? Why is that? Must have been on sale at the used restaurant equipment store. The entrees were as well conceived as the decor... My wife's meal had about a cup of julienned bamboo shoots, the same amount of julienne carrots.. it looked like a noodle dish. There was very little chicken... 5x more carrots/bamboo than chicken. The sauce was unidentifiable... Brownish.. slightly spicy.. who knows. We picked out the chicken, and there was still a full sized entree of bamboo and chicken shreds. Need a box? Uh.. nope. Sesame chicken was a plate full of puffy tempura battered marble sized chicken chunks deep fried.. then tossed in a completely flavorless syrupy sugar sauce.. could have been corn syrup mixed with soy sauce. The only thing "sesame" about it was a sprinkling of white sesame seeds on top as a garnish. Nothing was flavored or seasoned. We were the only diners in the place on a Friday night. That should have been a clue. All the tables were just for Uber Eats and Grub Hub drivers waiting for their take out orders. I hope your experience is better.. unlikely we will be back. read more

Boy have things changed. Since the pandemic they have raised their prices but they have smaller portions on particular items. For instance order some wonton soup and see what I mean......there is plenty of wonton...but no soup. They actually wanted to charge me extra for the crackers and wanted me to pay for a second order when I asked for them to actually put some broth in the soup. I've never seen such a thing. This was always one of my favorite choices (Asian Station is my first) but little by little since the pandemic I have been noticing a change and this is one of them. read more

I received a flyer and figured I'd give it a try. Ordered lemon chicken, broccoli beef and Veggie lo mein. Everything was bland and unappetizing. The chicken was generic breaded & deep fried with lemon sauce on the side. The beef had an off flavor. Noodles were ok. Cost was $10+ each dish...not worth it in my opinion. read more

Great, fast, hot Chinese food! Try the black pepper chicken for a great spicy dish. My wife loves the shrimp fried rice. Great egg rolls, too. Just make sure you ask for the house hot mustard for take out orders or they'll just send you off with the prepackaged hot mustard which has little flavor. Really nice folks as well. I bumped them down a star because I ordered Sizzling Rice Chicken which was described as "White meat chicken cooked with Chinese vegetables..." etc., but there was hardly any chicken in it. In fact, I thought at first they had given me the wrong order, but after digging through I finally found a little bit of chicken. That said, the food tasted good, the vegetables were plentiful, very fresh and tender-crisp, and it was served very quickly. All in all, it's nice to have discovered a fairly decent little Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood. I'll probably go back to give them another chance but will try something different next time. read more

First time trying this place and it was great! They only to takeour right now, but I honestly think that is so much safer. The flavors were perfect, and the staff was generous, the lady even gave us a soup on the house. My Mom was very happy and we will definitely be coming back again!
