My partner and I booked Olivia and Evelyn because of their excellent reviews on Vagaro. But upon arrival, my partner was directed to Olivia and I was seated with Sylvia without any acknowledgement of the change. 2. More importantly, I've been working hard to grow out my nails and wanted to make sure I kept a good amount of length. But on her initial pass with the drill, Sylvia took so much length off of my thumbnail that it had to be filed below my fingertip. I asked for a round shape but because she took so much length off, I ended up with rounded squares. I'm really upset about the length. I will say my partner's nails look great, and if I decide to return (which is a big "if") I'll be sure to book with Olivia (and hopefully get who I booked with).

My gel pedicure was fine overall, but I was nicked during the service and started bleeding. When I pointed it out, the only response I received was being asked if I wanted alcohol sprayed on it. There was no apology or additional concern shown, which was disappointing. The biggest issue was my gel builder manicure. Before the service, I clearly explained that I wanted the gap between my cuticle and the nail polish to non -existential. The technician assured me that once she added additional coats, the gap would disappear. It never did. It's only been a week, and my nails already look like they need a fill because of the noticeable space near the cuticles. For a fresh builder gel manicure, that shouldn't be the case. I was really hoping for a better experience, especially after hearing such positive things from my coworkers. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

V happy w the appointment time considering my late request on a Friday morning. The salon was very clean; the pedicure chairs were very comfortable, clean & up to date w excellent auto massage options. My technician listened to my requests & cut my nails v short & included a satisfactory calf/foot massage (would have liked a longer massage, but probably needed to pay for it) w my treatment. She was super attentive to cleaning & cutting & filing my toenails as much as possible. Her skills were excellent & the polished result was lovely. I was lucky to book a treatment at this salon during their soft opening & my basic pedicure cost $30 plus the tip I added to the technician. I would absolutely return to this location for subsequent pedicures & recommend that others do the same. I parked on the adjacent public parking garage & only paid $1 for one+ hours.
