My daughter really liked the vibe of the place in the photos and is one of the reasons we picked it. It's got a very cool look but in terms of comfort I prefer the massage chairs at other places. I was told looking at any more than 3 colors would be an additional charge - this was an off putting response from a nail technician. My partner and I booked Olivia and Evelyn because of their excellent reviews on Vagaro. But upon arrival, my partner was directed to Olivia and I was seated with Sylvia without any acknowledgement of the change. 2. More importantly, I've been working hard to grow out my nails and wanted to make sure I kept a good amount of length. But on her initial pass with the drill, Sylvia took so much length off of my thumbnail that it had to be filed below my fingertip. I asked for a round shape but because she took so much length off, I ended up with rounded squares. I'm really upset about the length. I will say my partner's nails look great, and if I decide to return (which is a big "if") I'll be sure to book with Olivia (and hopefully get who I booked with).
