This has to be my new favorite nail shop in Pasadena. Right when I walk in I am greeted by the friendly staff and asked what services I wanted. After I sit and waited while they prepared my spa chair and prepare my complimentary matcha. I love my manicure and pedicure service. The pedicure felt so relaxing and I felt so clean afterwards. My manicure was top notch, Katie executed the shape and design flawlessly. I love the ambiance of the shop was warming and inviting. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Glad I randomly found this nail salon as I was walking around Old Town Pasadena! I made an appointment and managed to redeem the soft opening promo for 25% off any service (ends the last day of June). I got a gel mani today with Kelly. She was gentle, meticulous, and professional. They also offer everyone a complimentary drink which is a nice touch. I got a viet iced coffee which was pretty good. The salon recently switched under new ownership so everything is recently renovated and clean. Glad I have a nail salon option that's much closer to my apartment now! read more

I truly enjoyed the newly renovated nail salon now called Cleo. The wooden panels with inserted lights make the place look very modern and sleek. They even added a cute mimosa bar. My mom and I got free drinks on our visit. They are offering free drinks for the first week of their soft opening. I got a the tropical passion fruit (no alcohol). The ladies did a great job on my nails. I got a regular pedicure $47 and a gel manicure $65 I had broke one of my nails and the tech added a nail extension for $5 Total I paid $117 I had my nails done by Ashely and Leah. I like that they take their time and don't rush filing my nails. They're detailed and clean here. Definitely my favorite nail salon in Pasadena. read more

Found this new place on Yelp and I have to say I'm very happy with it! Coming in, they were very nice and accommodating. It was quite hot in the salon but the staff had no hesitation to adjust the temperature. The services were also top notch. The espresso pedicure was absolutely amazing!! Then I waited another 40 mins before I walked out. I walked out because a customer who arrived after I waited 40 mins, was immediately seated and greeted. The difference between that customer and I was that she was Asian and spoke the nail techs language, and I'm not. I tried to make an appointment for a pedicure at around 8:30 am on a Friday & received a confirmed appt for the same day at 10 am. V happy w the appointment time considering my late request on a Friday morning. The salon was very clean; the pedicure chairs were very comfortable, clean & up to date w excellent auto massage options. My technician listened to my requests & cut my nails v short & included a satisfactory calf/foot massage (would have liked a longer massage, but probably needed to pay for it) w my treatment. She was super attentive to cleaning & cutting & filing my toenails as much as possible. Her skills were excellent & the polished result was lovely. I was lucky to book a treatment at this salon during their soft opening & my basic pedicure cost $30 plus the tip I added to the technician. I would absolutely return to this location for subsequent pedicures & recommend that others do the same. I parked on the adjacent public parking garage & only paid $1 for one+ hours. read more
