Today i ordered oreo milk with extra salted cheese and strawberry shortcake.We have to wait almost 30min but still ok they're so busy.They skipped our order and we told them we hadn't get yet.After we got the drinks Oreo milk tea is missing the salted cheese and strawberry shortcake is water down and no taste.16$ for 2 drinks not worth it. read more

They're open again! Place an order for pick-up and they'll be located outside between daiso and the entrance to the food court with your drinks. Happy Lemon is my fave boba place but this location always seems to mess my order up whenever I order extra salted cheese in addition to the salted cheese drinks, which I do pay extra for. Usually it's not a big deal, I'll just let them know and they'll give the extra that I originally paid for but since orders are now only for pick up, I didn't realize that they didn't give the extra until I get home. I'll still order from them but just double check your orders to make sure they give you the right amount you actually ordered. read more

Currently sitting at the store now and enjoying my Mango Matcha while reading these reviews. I'm so confused by the negative reviews! I had a great experience- hence the reason I wanted to write a review in the first place. Not only was the service SO friendly, the store is super clean, and the Matcha is DELISH! Also, I usually don't order Matcha at Boba shops and stick strictly to the teas but this drink was recommended to me and I'm pleasantly surprised. I'll probably order another one to bring home for my room mate to try! It's refreshing to have a staff know what their selling to be able to recommend their favorite items on the menu to customers. 5 stars!!! read more

They are open for curbside pickup by the food court! I ordered a couple drinks yesterday and I was confused where to pick up. The staff went above & beyond to actually deliver the drinks to my car although I wasn't parked at the pickup zone. Their matcha tiramisu & puff cream boba are my go-to. I am a fan of happy lemon, but this place really disappointed me with their services. I went there on Sunday afternoon, ordered 3 drinks, one of the drink came out out wrong. (I ordered E10 and they gave me D10). I asked them politely that if they can just make me the correct drink, the girl said OK and took my receipt and the wrong drink. I waited and waited for 10+ minutes, people that was in line behind me after I ask them to remake my drink, all got their drinks and left, the shop slowed down with less customers, they still did not make me my drink. I reassure they are aware of that i was still waiting. They later finally made the drink that I ordered but this time, they made it in wrong size, and refused to make me a new one for the size I paid for. The manager came out and asked what happen, so I told her what happened. The manager then just ask if I want my refund back. In this case, yes I rather have my refund. The manager ended up refunding my drink without any apology. Despite the fact of how excited I was to see happy lemon is open in Serramonte, I will not return for this kind of service. read more

Pleasantly surprised by the boba milk tea here. First time here even though I've heard of this store. Friend convinced me to try the salted cheese topping, which honestly wasn't as bad as it sounded. I've always thought the cheese topping sounded really weird and gross. I wouldn't say it was out of this world amazing but it was different and I was up for trying. I probably wouldn't get it again but the milk tea itself was pretty good. Boba texture and chewiness was perfect. I think a bit pricy for a standard drink ($6 ish) but not bad for a nice treat once in a while, especially when the boba is literally perfect. Very disappointed with the drink. I ordered a jasmine green tea with soy milk and grass jelly. They charged me soy milk and grass jelly but didn't add in the soy milk. I didn't check the drink in the bag until I got home. Got to check my drink order next time before I leave the store. read more

New location that is closer to San Francisco, which mean there's no longer a need to drive to San Bruno or Tanforan for Happy Lemon. They recently had their grand opening, so expect a long line out the door. This location has plenty of seating and the storefront is huge compared to the other locations, since the counter is pushed further back from the entrance. The customer service here was very good and the barista was good at answering questions and polite, unlike the rude service I received at the San Bruno location. The owner was also keeping a close watch on the employees making drinks and serving orders on my visit, which was probably the the service was outstanding. The only downside was the line, but that is out of their control and the hype will eventually slow down. Hopefully one day they even open stores in NorCal with Sunmerry Bakery and Happy Lemon combined like the SoCal locations to compete with 85 Degrees Bakery. read more
