William was walking by and saw us waiting and called it in and even went to get someone for us. Shaye was the first to come to get the turf cut, then Ryan and Bruce helped us after they were available from other customers. Everyone was very polite and helpful despite probably being understaffed. On a side note, they were out of the less expensive turf that we originally wanted so we did go with a more expensive one but since we were waiting for so long and we didn't get the original one we wanted we got a few bucks knocked off which honestly did help out a lot. The two items were on the opposite sides of the warehouse. I had a nice interaction with associate Mike after leaving the aisle of hoes. I picked the right hoe for the job. A Warren hoe is a planting hoe but did an excellent job of helping me make trenches for the gravel. I was out of the warehouse quickly, used self checkout, and pushed my purchases to the car.
