Very nice view with a decent breakfast buffet spread. The servers are attentive and very pleasant. The food was good. It's worth a visit!

    Short rib Breakfast burrito.

My short rib burrito was perfect, My wife had the Chilaquiles and the joke was on her. She should have know better, Chilaquiles is a simple dish that needs some TLC in order be prepared correctly. The upside is the beans and eggs were very good and the addition of the cotija cheese was a nice touch. Excellent location with amazing views. The service was great and everyone was very friendly.

Victor was an absolutely amazing server. He served us about 2 years ago, and we requested his station again today. He was very attentive and even our two young kids raved about him. The food was great as well.

Ordered a bacon burger well done for lunch. The order came 70 minutes after I've ordered it and icing on the cake, the meat wasn't cooked enough. The atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful: view of the marina and the yachts. But the servers were slow, they seemed overwhelmed, the food was subpar and overall the experience was very unpleasant

Dinner was great. The appetizer and the dessert wasn't as expected. The cheesecake was not your typical style. It was more like a mousse but had chunks . Didn't eat it.

It hurts me to write this review since I know this restaurant can do better.  Went there on Saturday to get fueled up for the "Gator by The Bay" dance held in the Sherton's main Ball Room.  We arrieved about 7 p.m. and there were about a dozen people in the restaurant.  As the waiter took our order (Mario G.), we noticed more people started to come in.  It soon became apparent that out poor waiter was waiting on some 30 plus people  by himself.  Our drink order which consisted of two margaritas and a coke, took about half an hour to arrive.  We were promised some rolls and butter, which did not show up till after our dinner started arriving and when they did arrive, they were cold and hard. In most restaurants it is customery to bring all the guests seated at a table their meals at the same time, not this place.  They bought my food first  (which took about an hour aftervwe placed our order) and then it took about another 20 minutes for my wife and our two friends to get their meal.  Our waiter would check in while we were waiting for our food siting the reason for the delay was that "all our food is made from scratch".  Obviously he thought we were stupid as opposed to being honest with us and sharing with us the real reason our food was delayed. Now for the food...I ordered the Seafood Linguini.  It should have been called "Our 2 Scallop & Shrimp" linguini, because that's exactly what came on a bed of pasta.  The flavor was decent, however the dish was barely warm, like it had been sitting on the kitchen for a while.  I also ordered a side of asparagus which also was luke warm.  I started eating and about a couple of bites into the meal, the waiter came by and asked if all was well, I told him that it tasted okay bu that it was cold.  He offered to have a "fresh one" made for me.  Fearing that he would need to go fishing for the second attempt, I asked him if he could just warm it up.  He took the dish and when he return about 10 minutes later, I  noticed it was missing one of the two shrimp and scallop as well as some of the pasta.  At this point I had enough and decided to make the best of it as the rest of the table had gotten their meals and I did not want to hold them up (I just could not believe what they had done). As far as the other dishes, my wife ordered their 3 course special, a cajun shimp in a tomato sauce with 3 large shrimp as the appetizer which had a good flavor, a rosted piece of chicken with some veggies (carrots & parsnips).  The chicken was over cooked and chewy with little flavor,  the veggies were okay.  Her meal came with a desert, which we had to ask our new waiter for....our buddy Mario was temporarily MIA.  When the desert arrived it was a tiramisu which was actually pretty good to look at and the flavor (hence the only item worthy of a "star" in this review.  Our friends ordered the salmon and the steak and seemed to be happy with thier selections. As a consolation our waiter did comp us my wife's glass of wine and my coke. I was extremely disappointed as we had eaten here before and had a decent experience. Given that this place is pricey given it's location, average cost per dish is about $30 and sides are alacarte add another $10 to $20 it easy to spend upwards of $70 per person if you have a couple of drinks, I would expect much better quality and quantity. Sheraton you have such a beautiful location how about providing the food and service to match? I know you can do better !!!

What an underwhelming lunch. I stopped in during the lunch break from my conference, and dined by myself. I was seated quickly and the waiter appeared soon thereafter. He asked what I wanted to drink, and as I flipped the menu to look, he told me the beers were all incorrect, but that "they" wouldn't tell him what the correct ones were. I ordered a coke. A few minutes later, he brought me a water. I assumed he'd return with the coke eventually. Nope. I ordered the fish and chips. Fried food on a limited menu. Should be quick. Took at least 20 minutes to come out. The fries were cold. The coleslaw was chopped too big and very wet. The fish was bland and the breading was overcooked. The ketchup and horseradish didn't help. I didn't bother to ask for the coke at that point, because it wasn't going to improve matters. For $19.40 after tax, this was as mediocre as it gets. I'll never eat here again. Time to check out what else is near the hotel.

Horrible Fish! This restaurant is On The Water in the Sheraton Bay Tower, check out the fish. You've had a fresh piece of tender, flavorful Mahi Mahi before...but not here. I told the server that the fish was horrible. He replied that they have no control over their food supply. On a positive side, if you have a bucket of salt and need to preserve a tiny piece of fish for use later in the year, call the Sheraton Bay Tower and ask to speak to the chef. Bon Appetit!

Second dinner here this week and it was so good. I had the Prix fixe with a starter salad with figs, Kalamata olives, and more. It was delicious and such an interesting mix of flavors. Next up was Paella, with shrimp, chorizo, mussels, and squid. Really well made, flavors were delicious, loved it all. Last up was Flan and it was super. Creamy, with a hint of Carmel, fresh fruit on top. We had a wonderful server named Marco. So nice and gracious, he made our night. Thanks to Marco, we had a wonderful dinner in our last night! Thank you, Marco.

Food is good, but drinks are pricy and not the most experienced servers. Came here for a friend's birthday dinner, and we were a party of 8. Our server was Francisco. I ordered the free range chicken. It was served with farro and a ton of mixed veggies (cauliflower, zucchini, tomatoe, olives, and radish). This was good. For the food alone I would give 4.5 stars. Drinks are over priced. An iced tea is $4 and regular drip coffee is about the same. Francisco seemed a bit unsure on splitting checks and had to check if it could be done. When my bill came out, I gave him my card. When I looked at the amount charged vs my bill, I was charged a few $$ more. I asked Francisco about it he was a bit confused and said he probably under charged someone, and would have to check receipts. Not what I would expect.

For a restaurant in a hotel, the food was surprisingly good. Came here for brunch yesterday and ordered the eggs benedict. The eggs were poached perfectly and the hash browns were nice and crispy. The service was good and we had a beautiful view of the marina. The food is pricey though but that's expected because of it's location - everything is overpriced in hotels. I would come back if I was staying at the hotel because of the convenience. I don't know why anyone would come here just to eat at the restaurant since parking is super expensive.

$52/pp for me and mama for their Thanksgiving buffet. free for the kiddies under 5. WHAT AN AMAZING LINEUP THEY HAD! i was exploring other Thanksgiving spots for SD, but, was delighted to find this one at our hotel. great quality and variety of food available. traditional gobble gobble fare on hand like stuffing, mash taters, greens, sweet potato, along with lots of salad options and mixed veggie options. they also had a pasta bar with all the fixings. a cold seafood bar with peeled shrimp and shelled crab claws. SHELLED CRAB CLAWS!!! the gratuitous Turkey was there, but, in lieu of ham, they had roast tenderloin. MAN! on top of that, a full array of desserts to satisfy your hearts content. OH MY BUDDHA!!! we feasted like the pilgrims and indians must have. the kids ate themselves into a coma. the reason for a missing star? shhh... mama may have gotten food poisoning here. the only thing we didn't share was the crab claws. but, prior to all the vomiting and etc etc, she thoroughly enjoyed everything. i know i did. :)

    Awesome view of the marina

Despite the restaurant being busy, we never felt any lag in service at all. The seafood? I'll start with the good. My brother enjoyed his sea bass, and my dad enjoyed his Alaskan cod. Both thought the portions were a little small for the price, but they liked their meals. The cioppino, on the other hand, was probably one of the worst I've ever had. The broth was oddly sour, and nearly all of the shellfish was overcooked. I almost spit the calamari out. It was that bad. The shrimp was good, and the chunks of fish were decent, but overall this dish was a huge miss. At almost $50, it's hard to justify. They either need to go back to the drawing board or take it off the menu. The standout was the daily cherry sorbet. WOW. Easily some of the best sorbet I've ever had. One random thing: whatever linen they use sheds everywhere. I loved how soft it felt until I walked outside and realized I was covered in lint. Would I come back? No. That said, it was still a lovely dinner with family. The ambiance was nice, and the service was genuinely exceptional. If you're coming for the hospitality, you'll probably leave happy. If you're coming for the cioppino, I'd strongly recommend ordering something else.

I was sold on the crab roll as I'm not a really big fan of lobster. We also opted for the fish and shrimp. The crab roll is a stand out on its own. It had very great flavor and was fresh. I didn't mind the thick piece of bread that it came on, but I found myself just eating the crab itself. The fish and shrimp were actually quite nice and fresh. The shrimp was better than the fish in terms of seasoning. The fish was in desperate need of any type of seasoning. It was extremely plain. A dash of salt, or your favorite dipping sauce perhaps. I did find it interesting that the fish and shrimp plate did not come with a lemon. The fries were not too bad and reminded me a bit of In-N-Out fries when they've been in the bag for five minutes longer than they should and become soggy. They aren't bad, just would have preferred them to be crispier. The patio is covered and although it's small and the tables can feel close to each other the area still nice.
