Afternoon holiday team lunch. We made reservations a day before for 15 people. My team and I arrived 12pm Thursday, Dec 12th 24, HRC were ready for us. We ordered drinks, appetizers and meals, it didn't seem like there wasn't much of a wait time because our conversations at the table kept us all thoroughly entertained. The last time I was in HRC was probably 5+ years ago, shouts out to my fellow YELPIE; BIG TEXAS!! The restaurant looks amazing as it too along with the hotel had some major updates as everything is aesthetically pleasing. I was in town staying at The Guitar Hotel and chose to dine at the Hard Rock Cafe. I spent the day that the pool so wasn't too hungry just wanted a little something to eat until morning. I figured while I was staying on Hard Rock property I should grab food from the Hard Rock Cafe. The Hard Rock Cafe offers a traditional American menu which includes food like burgers, sandwiches, wings, flatbread, salads, ect. It is a very casual, laid back restaurant more of a bar type setting. It's right next to the casino so you can expect it to be smoky. There are plenty of tvs for your viewing pleasure. I waitress greeted us promptly and made sure we had everything we needed. So was attentive but not too over-bearing. The food didn't take too long to arrive to the table. We ordered bbq chicken wings and the southwest chicken flatbread. The bbq chicken wings were delicious. Not too rubbery and not overly crispy. Prefect amount of bbq sauce (I like a good amount of bbq sauce on my wings). So I would give the wings a 5. Had a great time dining here after the Mitchell Tenpenny concert. To our surprise, the live band was playing some great 80's tune that my husband and I sung to and laughed while reminiscing on our teenage years...great ambiance...! The service was terrific. We didn't have to wait too long to be seated, our server was friendly and the food came out rather quickly. The food came out as we ordered and it was delicious. They're promoting the Messi Burger and it met all expectations...a combination of some great flavors on top of juicy double stacked ground beef patties. After seeing a show in the Hard Rock Live, my friend and I decided to grab something to eat/drink at the Hard Rock Cafe. There was a long wait but high tops were first come, first serve and thankfully someone was leaving so we were able to grab a table. We ordered our food and drinks quickly but they both took a long time to come out. We actually had to ask about our food because two other tables that came after us got their food before us and were practically done before we got ours. The food was really good though, the drinks were meh. The show, however, was incredible. I'm not sure who was preforming but they put on a hell of a show. If was a rock band and the singer was just so so good. We got to watch the whole show and it was such a blast. I'd probably come again for some snacks if I happened to be in the casino. read more

Messi!!! Everyone and everywhere has Messi on the brain. Saying my husband is a huge fan of Messi is an understatement. So when we find out that the Hard Rock Cafe was serving Messi inspired meals, it was a no brainer that we were going to try it out. We tried the chicken sandwich and the hamburger. Our favorite and recommendation is the chicken sandwich. It was perfectly crispy like a milanesa is supposed to be. My favorite part of the sandwich was the sauce that they use. The portion of the chicken was definitely bigger than the burger. The burger was more on the basic side but it's also a good choice if you prefer it to chicken. We went to the cafe late at night and they still were very busy and had a rock band there. Our server was very sweet and even though the music was super loud she wrote down order and everything was correct and out in a good time. We enjoyed our time at the cafe. read more

Not the quality of steak that it used to be before the new development. Lorraine our server was excellent. The ribeye was bland. Wife and I were attending the Lauren Daigle concert and chose to eat here for convenience 5/29/25. The café is right next to the Hardrock Live. Wife ordered the fajitas with chicken and steak. All fixings on her plate were good. The temperature of my ribeye was medium rare as ordered. It was just boring. No flavor. A bit more fat then the usual for a ribeye. We didn't have time to send it back. Food took about 25-30 minutes to arrive after we ordered. Lorraine is an excellent server and super cute. We had never been to a Hard Rock Cafe before and it was a bit of a disappointment. Lots of fried food options and I thought the chicken tenders would be good but it was really salty and not much taste outside the fried breading. The chicken didn't taste very high quality. The pizza was ok but also didn't taste very fresh. The best food was probably the famous fajitas which tasted pretty fresh. They had nice drinks and lots of dessert options. Overall this place is a bit overpriced for mostly fried food you can get better elsewhere in the casino or around town. read more

Went to the Hard Rock to see Rod Stewart in concert. I cannot say anything bad about the hard Rock since there is abundant parking, restaurants, there's a hotel and above all the casino. The hard rock live has 7,500 seats so it accommodates several people. I have to say there's not a bad seat in the house. The concert in the sound was phenomenal. read more

This was a tough review for someone who loves the hard rock. The cafe for dinner really let me down. I understand it can get backed up and very busy, but this unsizzling fajita almost took an hour and then the lack of meat with some peppers uncooked on the skillet . The audacity of this restaurant to even still be open after the horrible service we had is insane to me. First we waited at the hostess stand for almost 10 minutes before the wondering hostesses yes plural stopped talking and came to seat us. The young lady sat us and we sat our table for about 15-20 minutes watching others get seated and served before we realized we were never going to be served. Mind you we had our 2 teens and a baby so I was already irritated. My husband finally went to the hostess stand where they had gathered to discuss life I'm assuming because it clearly wasn't work. We then had to move tables.... Why you ask?! Because the hostess sat us in a section where the waiter left early!!!! Mind completely blown and anger on 1000! We now move to the OTHER side of the restaurant with a baby remind you to sit right next to the busy bar. We finally get served but we saw our waitress maybe twice the servers dropped food and ran. Guess we didn't want more than 1 drink huh?! The managers were floating around the restaurant schmoozing and kissing butt with their regulars so we didn't even bother to complain. We paid still tipped 20% and left noting WE WILL NEVER come back!!! So if this is the place you want to come to for great food and service just go to McDonald's instead. read more

It pains me to rate this so low, because it was phenomenal last night and yesterday morning. The service has been from fine to great. This afternoon, I was served old and cold fries that should have been tossed. The Messi chicken sandwich had bits of leathery hard "chicken" underneath the breading. I couldn't separate it with my hands. The edible parts were dry and overcooked. It was not chewable, and thus, inedible. I received a "sorry, I let the kitchen know." Got here during lunch time as a family of 9, we were assisted immediately, most of the staffs assisting us were really friendly ! They were nice enough to move the tables and chairs around so we could stay together and took our order immediately. We were really hungry so it felt long waiting for the food to come out but i would say it took about ~20 mins. But don't be harsh on them as everything was made fresh and they are serving 9 people ! The food itself was enjoyable, i got the margarita pizza flatbread and i liked it, however the portions are huge to everybody. None of us could finish our plate but i'd say it's worth the price !! They were yummy too and if you enjoy thick crispy fries this is the place ! The place plays music videos on multiple big screens while playing the music out loud, it was really cool looking at all the instruments and celebrity clothings displayed on the walls. I like the vibes that it gives off and definitely fit the theme of this hotel. In the end we were given our receipt and instructed that we could exchange for free toys at the gift-shop for children only ! it was a golden bouncy balls and the little brothers loved it ! Had dinner and drinks twice at the Hard Rock Cafe while visiting the Hollywood Casino in FL. Brandon, Skyler, Valeria, and Rick at the bar could not have been friendlier or more attentive, accommodating, and fun. It's easy to see how much they enjoy their jobs! The same can be said about Kaitlin (sp?), the most smiley and congenial server we have ever met. Our food was delicious and its presentation excellent, and we had the great pleasure of interacting with two members of management: Harry FB, the Assistant GM, and Bruce H., the Operations Manager. When we walked in on the second night, Bruce greeted us by name, which made us feel quite special. This is a gem of a restaurant, and the staff and managers are the reasons why! Located inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, this iconic restaurant is what you'd expect from a HRC. Music, good burgers, memorabilia, and fun shop. I've been to this locations several times and it doesn't disappoint. Burgers are always solid. This time we tried the Messi chicken sandwich and while the concept and ingredients all were there, somehow the whole package was a little off. Several people had said dry, my thought was maybe too dense for the amount of sauce of items on the sandwich. It def has potential but not quite there. Nachos are always a solid starter. And the ice f cream sundae is enough for 4 to share easily. The chocolate cake was a special, but I'd definitely recommend if you find it on a day you go. I can remember going to my first one in Chicago back in 1986. Between my family and I, we have seen many locations come and go to include Miami, Ft. Lauderdale (Sawgrass Mills Mall, Sunrise) and more. This nostalgic eatery is a great place to listen to ambient music, view memorabilia, or just relax to have a drink and grab something to eat. Recently, my party of five sat down to grab a bite just before going in to see Billy Idol perform. We were quickly greeted, seated and drinks were on their way in less than 10 minutes. The service was excellent and the food was great too. During this visit, this location was neat and clean and received a "BFI Fist-Pump!" from me. Visited the Hard Rock Cafe yesterday for a bite with my family. I was surprised they removed the Onion Tower from the starter menu. They offer a side order with five pieces various sizes small to large which doesn't come with dipping sauce. If you want about a tablespoon of ranch dressing you have to pay $1.00. The only condiments included and free are ketchup and mustard. They increased the price, reduced the portion size and charge extra for the sauce. All the money the Hard Rock makes and I've never seen anything so cheap. My husband ordered a Bud light Draft but they had none, so he had a Miller Draft Beer probably 10 ounces for $10. I had soda and it was flat. The server tried the other machine but it wasn't any better. The rest of the food was tasty and the fries were hot. The server was accommodating but seemed embarrassed about the charge for sauce. The restaurant was noisy because it was busy.
