My husband and I have often enjoyed the buffet at Luxe, including the Thursday night Prime Rib, the Friday and Saturday Dinner, and the Sunday Brunch. Each has been a culinary delight starting with the great salad bar and its very fresh and varied selections of veggies, shrimp, deli meats and soups to the excellent selection of main entrees and the grilled -to-order perfection of the prime rib, spare ribs, salmon, and more. The stir-fry is also very delicious and prepared to your liking, as is the omelet station at the Sunday brunch. Very delicious! There is an abundant selection of delicious desserts, and the Belgian waffle station on Sundays is an. additional treat! I will add that your server will pack your prime rib in a foil bag so you can take it home and enjoy the rest of the buffet.Thank you, Luxe, for that! Hostess Rose greeted us with a warm smile, guiding us to our impeccably set, table-clothed table, and our drink order - be it coffee, tea, soda, or iced tea - was taken promptly by smiling, attentive waiters. If you have ever been to a good buffet at a casino in Las Vegas, or even a Golden Corral, this falls short. Way short. I took my wife, grandson and his wife here for the Mother's Day buffet at a cost of $200. I was shocked at the limited selection the 6 small stations. The carving station had 3 items, roast pork, brisket and prime rib. The pork and brisket looked dry so I opted for the prime rib, then I was informed that was an extra charge of $12 and one would be limited to a 12oz piece (not sure how they measured that) so I passed. I had a couple of pieces of fried fish (the person at that station didn't know what fish it was) which was nothing to brag about, and some asparagus. Tried a dessert which again was nothing special. Beyond the food I found the service sub-standard as well. Even getting in to pay was unpleasant as two of the three cashiers had no sense of urgency to them. When we got there, only a few customers were there. The people in front of me paid and were guided off, then it was my turn. I told the woman that I would like a table for four. Nothing, like she was staring off into space. Not knowing if she heard me I repeated my request; "yes sir, I will help you in a minute". She wasn't doing anything!!! Terrible experience. Really it's 3.5 Was here for Thanksgiving. The food and service itself was really good but there wasn't a tremendous amount of options available. But the classics are there. The Prime rib was really good and on this occasion felt obliged to have turkey on turkey day! Usually not a fan of turkey because it's dry, but it was good. The buffet selections were ok, not worth the price and to pay extra for the tasteless roast beef was not worth it! And our waiter was never to be found, and we had to prepay a tip! 3/17/23 My mouth waters when I think about my meal here. I joined some friends for a St. Patrick's Day buffet dinner. I had low expectations because it is a buffet. I tried the Picanha, Corned beef sandwich, Guinness ribs, Irish stew, Shepherd's Pie, Thai green curry, Tuna Tataki, Shrimp cocktail all in disbelief. Every item I sampled was so tasty and fresh. The food was cooked perfectly, well seasoned, and full of flavor. I would order any of these dishes individually on a restaurant menu. Then I tried to leave room for dessert lol. The pastry chef was standing at the table describing all of her creations. My favorites were the brownie, Key lime pie, and passion fruit cheesecake. All the food was incredible. This place is so underrated!!! Lovely Buffett style meal at Luxe located inside of Casino Dania. It's easy to get to, just take escalator upstairs and turn to left and it's right behind you. We went on a Friday evening and everything was so impressive. Our waitress was attentive. There's a bunch of wines available and bottle pricing is very reasonable. The food itself - wow! I wasn't big on the appetizers but the MEAT... seriously this is like an Argentina steakhouse! You pick your meat and they put it back over the fired grille. I got a whole chicken breast and the flavor was excellent. The pork was out of this world - crunchy and favorable. The steak with sauce - wow. Well, I'm glad it was free... We won dinner for two at an event earlier this week and gave Luxe a try today. The staff and service were both great. We were checked on regularly, always had a full glass, and dirty plates were taken away promptly. Then there was the actual food, which was not so great to say the least. The pesto pasta was oily with barely any pesto. In fact, maybe 2/3 of the noodles were only coated in oil - no pesto. The steamed veggies were decent and seemed fresh. The salad bar was lackluster at best. The wok station had potential, but poorly executed. The entire back section of the restaurant was filled with smoke from the wok. Our stir fry was oily, bland, and had a burnt aftertaste. I think the oil burned in the overheated wok. We didn't try the meat dishes, but the ribs looked dry the chicken parm looked soggy and cheese-less. Looking around the room it didn't seem like many people were particularly enjoying the food either. There were a lot of bites taken with full plates going back to the kitchen. Since we had plenty of room for desert we went all in and tried just about everyone. Sadly, not so great either. The brownie was dry and crumbled like chalk. The bread pudding was dense like clay. Carrot cake as dry, dense, and bland. The crème brûlée was decent as was the key lime pie and ice cream. Sadly, I don't think we'd ever go back - even if it was free. read more

This buffet is awesome! They have decent amount of options and the staff members were really friendly. The jambalaya was the best entree and I went back for seconds. I had a bagel, a few pieces of turkey and a lot of shrimp cocktail. They only complaint is the waffle. It was very bland and I only finished 1/2 of it. I wish that they had a sandwich and/or burger area. We went for brunch on a Sunday and that might be why there was not sandwich area. I feel that most casino buffets have a place to order burger and/or subs. It could be that they just don't have it during Sunday Bruch. There weren't a lot of dessert options and I feel like they could easily add some chocolate cake, cookies, pies, etc. I like how they include the non-alcoholic drinks and kids eat free. it makes it very appealing. This place is an absolute hidden gem. I've already been twice and I just found out about this buffet. They change the menu completely every week. I will say the selection is limited, but the quality definitely outranks the quantity. You can tell the chef's love what they do ms put their expertise into every single meal. Prime rib you have to pay extra, and the steak was fatty, ribs were ok. Black beans and rice was good, seafood bisque was so so. The desserts were fair, but the best part of the meal. Waste of money. We tried the Luxe because we were at a show and on the tickets they give you 20% off. Buffet is worth $15.99-$19.99 but NOT $35.00 per person. First time visiting the Luxe Sunday Brunch and we throughly enjoyed it. We were greeted by a lovely hostess named Rose who escorted us to our table. Our server, Palio?, was attentive and welcomed us. She took our drink orders and promptly returned. We had a good assortment of food, but opted out of the prime rib upgrade. The salmon and crab salad was delicious and the variety of offerings would satisfy any guest. Of course we finished with desserts. The mini bread puddings, assorted pastries and fresh fruit were a great selection, however my husband chose an ice cream sundae. I had a Belgium waffle topped with vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries with strawberry sauce. It was fabulous!!! The chefs and cooks were extremely helpful and answered any questions and everything we tasted was well prepared. One thing we noticed was a patron handed the tip to the bus boy because Palio? Our waitress was delivering drinks. Upon her return, he handed her the tip money. Luxe has a wonderful team of hard working, honest people who do their very best to accommodate the guests. Looks can be deceiving because this buffet wouldn't even be worth it if they offered it to me for free. My family and I came to the buffet around 12pm on a Sunday. When I say the place was literally empty, that is not an exaggeration, it was just my family and the staff; not a single other customer. Their were some pretty low moments during my experience here, but by far the lowest was when the guy making the omelettes refused to make my dad fresh scrambled eggs. He pointed to the eggs that had been sitting in the container for who knows how long, and would not make him fresh eggs. Again, keep in mind the point above that their were no other guests in the entire buffet. A decent amount of breakfast and lunch options, so just a few notes. The french fries that came with the burger were good, but pure deep fried and you could taste it. The chicken and rice soup tasted like pure salt. I had jello that tasted like vomit. Like someone had actually thrown up, and made it into a flavor of sugar-free jello. The omelette I had tasted synthetic, and like something that was not meant to be eaten. The bacon was decent, and probably the only edible thing, other then the fries which clogged no less then three arteries. My husband and I had a voucher for a bogo deal. At first it was confusing because they didn't know how to redeem and he had to sign up for players club card in order to redeem the voucher. The voucher we had received also had a typo (wrong expiration date) so that's mainly what cause the issue. Either way after 10-15 minutes they sat us and said told us we can start eating and they would figure out how to redeem the voucher while we start our meal. The restaurant looked nice and the decor was very clean and modern. It was not very busy when we arrived but a few tables did come afterwards. However it was never really "full". I did a quick tour of the selections before grabbing the items I wanted to try. The server had asked if it was our first time and showed us the break down of the floor plan sushi was to the left, in the left center were the sweets, right center were the deli meats, cheeses and salads--since it was seafood night there was also shrimp cocktail and some other stuff too, but since I'm not much of a seafood eater I didn't try any of those items. The back wall had the hot items in circular pots that were being warmed and were covered. Options included potatoes, chicken, beef tenderloin and raviolis. Continuing on this hot bar was the carving station where they had roast turkey and I think prime rib. Further past that there was a seafood pasta station where a chef would make a meal at your request. And at the end of the hot station was a grill station where you select a variety of cuts of meat and have the chef grill for you to you liking. I had the grilled meats and that was my absolute favorite. I tried some of the other items (from variety stations below are my ratings. Some were hit or miss. The raviolis- not good The chicken- really good Potatoes - not good Quinoa salad-good Breads- good once you warmed them in the toaster Lobster Mac and cheese - Good Grilled meats- excellent Ice-cream - excellent Tiramisu- not good All in all for the price paid (with voucher) I felt we got a good deal. One thing to note is that the drinks included with meal are non alcoholic. I love prime rib. My husband spotted the billboard advertisement for Prime Rib night at the Dania Casino. Although we have lived in Hollywood for all our 15 years together, we have never been to the Dania Casino. So we decided to check it out. We arrived at 7pm for our reservation but in hindsight I don't think we needed a reservation. The dining room is very spacious. The buffet has a salad bar, meat bar and a dessert bar. Our server, Anna, is young and friendly. But, most importantly, I must discuss the prime rib. You are provided with a ticket by the hostess. When you arrive at the meat station, you can have salmon or prime rib. I was very pleased with my dinner. Very juicy and tender. As for the ambiance, I must admit that I am not a fan of casinos. There's no windows and there is a general vibe of desperation among the gamblers. But for $35, I was content with a delicious prime rib dinner. read more

My family and I went there for Thanksgiving Dinner. The published menu on November 7 looked terrific. We reserved a time and after arrival, we discovered many published items (more than a dozen) to be missing. The manager stated that the fine print on the bottom on the menu stated "menu subject to change". Changes usually occur when an item becomes unavailable and it is substituted with another. Not in this case. A total of 13 published items were not available for consumption. The price for the dinner should have been adjusted to compensate for the deletions/changes, but it was not. I do not go to buffet for burger but my friends told me they were better than downstairs. I like their stew and the pasta station .. We have gone to the Luxe Buffet 5 times now . Once on a Saturday ,4 times for on Thursday for the prime rib dinner. I eat only the salad bar . I do not eat beef or fish which is the only protein offer on the day. The first time we came to the prime rib dinner the host explained that the cost is full for me and suggested that we take my prime rib home for my husband to eat the next day. Great idea since he loves their prime rib Thursday dinner special and that's why we have been returning. ( they give each paying guest a ticket for your choice of prime rib or salmon. It is NOT all you can eat protein) All 3 past times we where given a to-go box for my plate. Last night we were denied a to-do box. They said they could only give us a piece of foil. Even our neighbor to our left couldn't believe it and did voice his thoughts to the hostess/cashier. This is unacceptable from a restaurant that was the one that suggested this the first time and had no problem for the 3 times before. The Luxe was recommended to me for their Saturday Pre-fixe dinner menu and it did not disappoint. I had their delicious beef brisket and the seafood soup. Everything tasted fresh and service was amazing. Not to mention the price is a deal for the amount and quality of food you are getting. I've my hesitations to dine in anywhere lately but the Luxe was clean, spacious and the staff were all wearing masks and keeping their safe distance from customers. I am somewhat ashamed to say that I have probably been to close to 100 different buffets in what has clearly been a life filled with empty calories and full plates. With that said I have never had a worse overall experience other than the buffet where I was near fatally stabbed by a fellow patron. Nothing on the menu was out of what you'd find at a Golden Corral. Service was not prompt, I constantly had to look around for someone to bring me water. We came for Sunday Brunch and at first I was hesitate if we should stay or not as the restaurant was fairly empty. We decided to stay and enjoyed brunch. There is something for everyone to like. Went there with my family yesterday; my son and I are still feeling the effects today. While the dessert bar was good, most other food was substandard. The stone crab had a funny taste to it and we think that's what got us sick. And the customer service was terrible. Our waitress seemed to be focusing on 1 table and forgetting we existed. Went to a birthday Sunday brunch at Lux buffet. What a nice surprise! Newly decorated with lots of food (no prime rib or seafood) but that didn't matter. Had a lot of breakfast foods and some delicious salads. Also included several types of sushi rolls. The desserts looked delicious (unfortunately I can't eat them). They made crepes with fresh fruit and whip cream! We were in a semi-private area and had a lot of attention from the servers! Can't wait to go back. It's been a real struggle to find a great Sunday Brunch place with bottomless champagne but Luxe delivered! The food was great and the champagne never stopped coming. The wait staff and cooks were super friendly and polite. We enjoyed everything on the buffet. The omelette, waffle, French toast and pancake stations were fresh and high quality. They offer a number of other items buffet style and have a huge selection for dessert. The ribs and seafood salad were a favorite of ours. The atmosphere is relaxing and super clean.
