This place quite literally has the best service and food. Ever since I first came here in 2024, I've made it a point to stop by and say hello to the Hard Rock team whenever I'm in town. Every experience since then has been phenomenal. This time around, Lauren was my server, and she was an absolute sweetheart. She was attentive, kind, patient, and incredibly welcoming throughout the entire experience. We've all established that Vegas is always super chaotic, especially at The Strip with the amount of tourists there are. However, the Hard Rock team always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcomed every time I visit. Their customer service truly says a lot about the atmosphere they create. As for their food, the quality is always great. Their burgers are always super juicy and flavorful and cooked just the way I like it. It was also my first time trying their cheesecake, which was also delicious and the side of whipped cream added such a great kick to it. Hard Rock Café -- Quick Recharge and Rock Memorabilia. We needed a break from walking the Strip and ducked into Hard Rock Café for a beer and a look at the rock memorabilia. This location is laid out a bit differently. The first floor is all merch, and the restaurant, bar, and memorabilia are upstairs. That layout keeps casual passersby out of the dining area and prevents non-customers from using the restrooms. Heading upstairs felt like walking through a gauntlet of staged photo spots and enthusiastic staff. They encouraged us to pose for pictures we could later buy online. I resisted at first, but we went along, and a few weeks later I found myself purchasing the photos, so their tactic clearly worked. Ha! It was mid-day on an early weekday, so the bar was pleasantly quiet. Happy hour was still on, so we ordered a couple of beers. The bartenders were friendly and attentive, and they told us they have some of the best happy hour drink prices on the Strip. Too bad it was our last full day in Vegas, or we would have been here every night. We will definitely keep this in mind for our next visit. Overall, this Hard Rock Café is spacious and well located, with a fun rock vibe and plenty of memorabilia to admire upstairs. It was the perfect spot to recharge after a few hours on the Strip. How could you not enjoy going to any Hard Rock Cafe? Great service by Justin. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and allergens. More cocktail choices vs a great wine list. Decided to go here for their happy hour and it was kind of lackluster. We had to sit by the bar and it was really dark and not much to the atmosphere. The AC wasn't working and while it was perfect outside, it was kind of warm inside. They have a cool balcony with a view of the Strip but there was no seating there as it looked closed. We got the nachos and the chicken wings. The chicken wings were decent. The nachos were boring. Maybe I'm just not a big nacho person overall. I had a Aperol Spritz, which was okay. Not great. She was very welcoming and polite and shared a couple of recommendations. 3/5 - Breakfast burrito was not worth the price. Lacked flavor. Eggs were just eggs, no seasoning or fluff. Salsa was great! 4/5 - Potatoes were actually pretty good and had a nice crisp to it, and the loaded potatoes were pretty good as well. 4/5 - Biscuits and gravy were really good and had great flavor! Great portion! Only complaint was 1 of the biscuits were over cooked/baked as it was hard to cut or chew. But the other biscuit was very tasty and fluff! We went here for Drag Brunch and OH MY GAWD! It was so amazing!! The queens were absolutely stunning, and the show was fun, energetic, and super interactive from start to finish. Even the queens who were hosting and seating people were giving full glam and fabulousness. We got the VIP package, which came with a meet-and-greet afterwards, so glad we did. The meet-and-greet was such a highlight. All of the queens were so sweet and welcoming. One of them even recognized me from the show the night before (cue internal screaming). Dropped in after my arrival in Las Vegas, as I wait for my hotel to be ready. The hostess recommended the bar area and it was super chill with views of the Las Vegas Strip. I had a couple of cocktails like the Coconut Margarita and Electric Blues. I ordered up the Original Legendary Burger and it was spot on medium with a side of fries. We decided to eat here about 8pm at night which is kind of late but they sat us down near a window and made us feel welcome. They have a huge variety of hamburgers! I don't think the burgers are half pounders but they're good size and come with a lot of fries. The salad I got for my kid was kind of lacking. It was just a basic salad but it was good. Stopped by Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas on a Thursday around 5 PM with a party of five. It wasn't very busy, so we were expecting a pretty smooth experience. I ordered a burger, fries, and a drink, and I have to say the food was actually really good. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals. The girls ordered salads, and my daughter had the Caesar salad with steak, which she said was really good. That said, the service was definitely lacking. It was surprisingly slow for how empty it was. Our waiter took quite a while to check back in, bring things we asked for, and even longer to bring the bill. There were also a couple of minor issues the shutter near our table was broken, so the sun was in my eyes the entire time, which made it a little uncomfortable. And of course, it was pretty loud inside, but that's kind of expected there (and honestly, we were just as loud, so no complaints there). Overall, the food was solid, but the slow service and a few small annoyances took away from the experience. read more

But one thing I have to say I forgot our servers name but he was freaking awesome he just had a way that just made it fun and he was polite with a little bit of his own personality that I just loved give me a little tip about makeup. After generously funding the casino, I stumbled into Hard Rock Cafe defeated, hungry, and questioning my life choices. Best move I made all night. Cali the bartender is an absolute legend -- quick, attentive, and somehow always one step ahead. And honestly, all the bartenders were awesome too -- great vibes, great attitudes, and nonstop service even when it was busy. The fajitas were BOMB -- sizzling louder than my slot machine losses. Fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed after getting humbled by Vegas. Between the killer food and the A+ bar crew, I forgot I was mad at the casino for a while. We really enjoyed breakfast for our party of 4 at the Hard Rock Cafe. We visited at 9 a.m. on a Thursday morning. We were cheerily greeted at the store on the lower level with - hello and welcome in. We went up stairs and front desk was not as cheery but got us seated promptly. We received the BEST service from our waitress Dawn - she was continually checking on us to make sure everything was right. She has such a fun personality and made our experience feel special. After taking our orders she encouraged us to look around at the memorabilia and we loved seeing all the costumes and guitars around the space. Food was very tasty - hot and delivered quickly. On our way out we loved the guitar picks. Again front desk barely gave us notice and I had to say thank you and goodbye to them. This location is great. Lots of memorabilia on the walls to look at three stories high at the top floor has a little live stage for shows.. service was A+ cool musical playing. I'm just following Einstein's definition of insanity by continuing to try this chain where I travel. I haven't been impressed with any of them and the same applies to this one. My dear friend likes them, though, so I pointed it out along the glittering signs around MGM. The displays are cool and this one is very well maintained. Service is terrific and the merch is appealing. I have a shirt from 4 other cities, but as I wandered amongst their clothing, I couldn't answer myself when I asked why I was buying a shirt so I walked away with nothing. We did sit down and eat, though. He ordered the mustard glazed salmon with broccoli and mashed. I tried to find something other than fish that had less than 1000 calories, failed, and ordered the chicken fajitas. Everything was okay but not $30 an entree good. IMO, the mashed was the best thing they served us. There's too much good food on the Strip to make this a destination, but it that merch certainly appeals to collectors. read more

I was prepared to leave a 5 star review until I got the bill and noticed Hard Rock makes you pay for your glass. I did not order the specialty cocktail. Why am I forced to pay for a souvenir cocktail glass I did not request? Then make me tip higher because it is added to my bill? I find this deceitful. Had this not happened I would have spoken highly about our pretzel app, and the delicious healthy options we ordered from the menu. We visited for the Super Bowl party on 9 Feb, and it was a good experience. The highlight was the service, our waitress (Adrian?) was outstanding, staying ahead of drink orders all night. The tickets are wickedly over priced ($300 each), but it was all you can eat/drink. We basically lip dragged out after the game. We love Hard rock cafe! It's our go-to with the kids when we're on the strip. Usually the portions are nice and generous, the decor is always mesmerizing (we're all big rock fans) and they are kids friendly in general. This location is a hit or miss, usually it's a hit. We've been there three times I believe, and have had a mediocre-good experience every time. The balcony is so nice and I WISH (this one is not on them), they could have that rap singer that sits on the blvd sidewalk go away. So noisy and ruins the outdoor experience. The service was on par, the food was good, the inside was spacious with ample seating, and the live music topped it off. Okok. So I usually don't expect tourist trap restaurants to be good but I was so impressed with the excellent service and the food. We had the veggie burger, it's impossible patty and was delicious. We told the server we were sharing it and they brought a second plate so we good easily shared. The fries were super crunchy and the ranch dip was good. The house salad was satisfying. The restaurant ambiance is themed very well and lively, a bit on the louder side. The food menu is large and the quality and quantity were good. The kid's meals all came with a beverage and they can keep their souvenir cup. The service is energetic and friendly. The drinks were absolutely great. Strong and tasty but the food was lackluster. We had apps: the sliders had no seasoning, the tacos were just put together. I would definitely try them again because this was a special event and maybe catering apps isn't their strong suit. The views made up for it all though. Date of visit: August 25, 2024 This is a place on The Strip that I have actively avoided, sure that it is overpriced, underprepared food with poor service, all under the guise of the "experience." I'm glad to say that I prejudged Hard Rock Cafe harshly and unfairly as we had a nice brunch there while enjoying some live music. Our server (wish I had done this review earlier to name check her properly!) was very friendly and welcoming and checked on us often. Everything that we ordered was good (if a bit expensive, thus the downgrade one star) and prepared the way that we asked for it. After your meal, definitely take a full lap around the restaurant to see all of the music memorabilia (but don't linger at people's tables while they're eating--that's weird), nearly every surface of the joint is covered in items, from clothing to gold and platinum records, even the entire hallway heading to the bathrooms. I think the patio would have been even nicer to sit out on, but we were not offered that as an option by the hostess, perhaps the next time! read more

For the few people reading this who haven't eaten at a hard rock, it's a good place to grab a tasty bite of American cuisine. Whether it's burgers or ribs or nachos, you can't go wrong here. Always decked out and themed to show off 80s rock and roll, this restaurant is no different. There's a gift shop underneath the restaurant but to get here, you go up a set of escalators and go to the restaurant on top. The staff was pleasant and our server was very nice. We ordered the surf and turf burger and the ribs. The ribs were cooked perfectly with the meat falling off the bone. They were a little dry but once we got a little extra sauce, I couldn't complain. The surf and turf burger was very unique and a combination I was a little worried about but ended up happy to have tried. There is a slaw that comes in the burger but that was a bit flavorless. Overall, this was a standard hard rock. It didn't do anything exceptionally but it didn't do anything poorly either. A solid night at a solid restaurant read more
