OK OK, yeah I know. It's the hard rock cafe. It's also in the times Square of Las Vegas Blvd. As a local, I never thought I'd find myself here, but I happened to come for a City Cast trivia event and honestly, I had a great time. At first the service was a little slow, But I can forgive it because like 60 of us bombarded the bar area all at the same time. Our server, who said she was new, was so nice and fun, she totally made up for the slow start. The beer selection is not great. Not one local beer. Not even one. I would think that when tourists are visiting the Cafe that had the city's name on it, they might want to try a local craft. The thing that got their star rating really up for me was the very cool patio with a view. In the cooler months, this patio would be an awesome place to grab a bite and a drink if you find yourself on this part of the strip. *allegedly they have one of my favorite local craft beers, however I specifically asked about any and all IPAs and the bartenders told me they only had Voodoo ranger, lagunitas, and the other hazy one. I specifically asked because atomic duck wasn't listed on the menu anywhere. According to the response to this review, they do have it, but they won't tell you they do until after you leave. But, if you can get this beer there, then I highly recommend it. One of my very good friends is the creator/brewer of this beer and it's one of the best in town. read more

It's been a few years and since it being a special occasion we said why not let do it. The hard rock has been part of my family since 2001 and I haven't been back since 2020. Once we arrive first thing I notice was the host/ bussers and servers uniforms. They gave me a office cubicle vibe. Very corporate. We didn't have to wait long to be seated. We were told that our server would be Server and we started checking out our menu. Server came greeted us and got our drinks brought them back after not too long of a time. My wife goes to the bathroom and comes back. No server visit. I go to the bathroom and come back. No visit. Btw the men's room was clean. But My wife said the the toilet in the women's restroom sprayed water out of the toilet and onto the walls. We wait another 6 mins to place our orders. I ordered the Tupelo Entree and my wife order the Diablo smash burger both meals cam out in a timely manner by the food runner. Both great meals. We begin to eat our meals I notice that we only had 1 napkin with cutlery . Normally this isn't a problem.. if your server is involved with their job. When we did see Server it was her back walking away. From what I remember the hard rock was an experience! We weren't ask if we where from out of town. Or if we were celebrating our 11th year wedding anniversary, inside of the place we meet. I hope our server was just having a bad night. Because we did. I'm not trying to bash our server only just rating our experience. Sure people could tell me that I should have said something to the Manager, but no manager visited our table during the meal. Plus when we did she her she was busy with another one of our servers tables. The Hard Rock has changed, its just another job to the employees and it shows. I get it.. now. My family and I had an incredible experience at the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by one of the friendliest hosts I've ever met. She didn't just show us to our table, she danced us all the way there, which immediately set the tone for a fun and unforgettable meal. I ordered the BBQ Bacon Burger, and it was absolutely amazing. It was cooked perfectly, packed with flavor, and easily one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The fries were hot, crispy, and the perfect complement to the meal. She was very welcoming and polite and shared a couple of recommendations. 3/5 - Breakfast burrito was not worth the price. Lacked flavor. Eggs were just eggs, no seasoning or fluff. Salsa was great! 4/5 - Potatoes were actually pretty good and had a nice crisp to it, and the loaded potatoes were pretty good as well. 4/5 - Biscuits and gravy were really good and had great flavor! Great portion! Only complaint was 1 of the biscuits were over cooked/baked as it was hard to cut or chew. But the other biscuit was very tasty and fluff! This place quite literally has the best service and food. Ever since I first came here in 2024, I've made it a point to stop by and say hello to the Hard Rock team whenever I'm in town. Every experience since then has been phenomenal. This time around, Lauren was my server, and she was an absolute sweetheart. She was attentive, kind, patient, and incredibly welcoming throughout the entire experience. We've all established that Vegas is always super chaotic, especially at The Strip with the amount of tourists there are. However, the Hard Rock team always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcomed every time I visit. Their customer service truly says a lot about the atmosphere they create. As for their food, the quality is always great. Their burgers are always super juicy and flavorful and cooked just the way I like it. It was also my first time trying their cheesecake, which was also delicious and the side of whipped cream added such a great kick to it. We went here for Drag Brunch and OH MY GAWD! It was so amazing!! The queens were absolutely stunning, and the show was fun, energetic, and super interactive from start to finish. Even the queens who were hosting and seating people were giving full glam and fabulousness. We got the VIP package, which came with a meet-and-greet afterwards, so glad we did. The meet-and-greet was such a highlight. All of the queens were so sweet and welcoming. One of them even recognized me from the show the night before (cue internal screaming). Of course they had great celebrity items such as Mariah Carey bling crystal mike that she used at an award show. You can also be outside and people watch on the street. Dropped in after my arrival in Las Vegas, as I wait for my hotel to be ready. The hostess recommended the bar area and it was super chill with views of the Las Vegas Strip. Decided to go here for their happy hour and it was kind of lackluster. We had to sit by the bar and it was really dark and not much to the atmosphere. The AC wasn't working and while it was perfect outside, it was kind of warm inside. They have a cool balcony with a view of the Strip but there was no seating there as it looked closed. We got the nachos and the chicken wings. The chicken wings were decent. The nachos were boring. Maybe I'm just not a big nacho person overall. I had a Aperol Spritz, which was okay. Not great. We decided to eat here about 8pm at night which is kind of late but they sat us down near a window and made us feel welcome. They have a huge variety of hamburgers! I don't think the burgers are half pounders but they're good size and come with a lot of fries. The salad I got for my kid was kind of lacking. It was just a basic salad but it was good. Who doesn't like Hard Rock Cafe. The decor it's amazing I was literally walking around looking at all the pictures reading about them. But one thing I have to say I forgot our servers name but he was freaking awesome he just had a way that just made it fun and he was polite with a little bit of his own personality that I just loved give me a little tip about makeup. Hard Rock Café -- Quick Recharge and Rock Memorabilia. We needed a break from walking the Strip and ducked into Hard Rock Café for a beer and a look at the rock memorabilia. This location is laid out a bit differently. The first floor is all merch, and the restaurant, bar, and memorabilia are upstairs. That layout keeps casual passersby out of the dining area and prevents non-customers from using the restrooms. Heading upstairs felt like walking through a gauntlet of staged photo spots and enthusiastic staff. They encouraged us to pose for pictures we could later buy online. I resisted at first, but we went along, and a few weeks later I found myself purchasing the photos, so their tactic clearly worked. Ha! It was mid-day on an early weekday, so the bar was pleasantly quiet. Happy hour was still on, so we ordered a couple of beers. The bartenders were friendly and attentive, and they told us they have some of the best happy hour drink prices on the Strip. Too bad it was our last full day in Vegas, or we would have been here every night. We will definitely keep this in mind for our next visit. Overall, this Hard Rock Café is spacious and well located, with a fun rock vibe and plenty of memorabilia to admire upstairs. It was the perfect spot to recharge after a few hours on the Strip. We really enjoyed breakfast for our party of 4 at the Hard Rock Cafe. We visited at 9 a.m. on a Thursday morning. We were cheerily greeted at the store on the lower level with - hello and welcome in. We went up stairs and front desk was not as cheery but got us seated promptly. We received the BEST service from our waitress Dawn - she was continually checking on us to make sure everything was right. She has such a fun personality and made our experience feel special. After taking our orders she encouraged us to look around at the memorabilia and we loved seeing all the costumes and guitars around the space. Food was very tasty - hot and delivered quickly. On our way out we loved the guitar picks. Again front desk barely gave us notice and I had to say thank you and goodbye to them. Cali the bartender is an absolute legend -- quick, attentive, and somehow always one step ahead. And honestly, all the bartenders were awesome too -- great vibes, great attitudes, and nonstop service even when it was busy. The fajitas were BOMB -- sizzling louder than my slot machine losses. Fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed after getting humbled by Vegas. Between the killer food and the A+ bar crew, I forgot I was mad at the casino for a while. I'm just following Einstein's definition of insanity by continuing to try this chain where I travel. I haven't been impressed with any of them and the same applies to this one. My dear friend likes them, though, so I pointed it out along the glittering signs around MGM. The displays are cool and this one is very well maintained. Service is terrific and the merch is appealing. I have a shirt from 4 other cities, but as I wandered amongst their clothing, I couldn't answer myself when I asked why I was buying a shirt so I walked away with nothing. We did sit down and eat, though. He ordered the mustard glazed salmon with broccoli and mashed. I tried to find something other than fish that had less than 1000 calories, failed, and ordered the chicken fajitas. Everything was okay but not $30 an entree good. IMO, the mashed was the best thing they served us. There's too much good food on the Strip to make this a destination, but it that merch certainly appeals to collectors. read more

Stopped by Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas on a Thursday around 5 PM with a party of five. It wasn't very busy, so we were expecting a pretty smooth experience. I ordered a burger, fries, and a drink, and I have to say the food was actually really good. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals. The girls ordered salads, and my daughter had the Caesar salad with steak, which she said was really good. That said, the service was definitely lacking. It was surprisingly slow for how empty it was. Our waiter took quite a while to check back in, bring things we asked for, and even longer to bring the bill. There were also a couple of minor issues the shutter near our table was broken, so the sun was in my eyes the entire time, which made it a little uncomfortable. And of course, it was pretty loud inside, but that's kind of expected there (and honestly, we were just as loud, so no complaints there).
