Tried the Hard Rock Cafe at the Hard Rock Tejon. The hosting staff were very friendly and sent me right away. I went on a Monday late afternoon for an early dinner. The menu has some good options, there is a good variety of food options from appetizers to steaks, including soups and salads. I ordered an iced tea, chicken tenders, and the tomato bisque with the grilled cheese on grilled sourdough. The restaurant itself is very nice. There are a ton of tables and booths that can accommodate large parties so that is nice. The server I had was OK. She was clearly in over her head and had too many tables and was liking and everything. During my meal, she was no longer present and another male server came, so I asked him what happened to the original server and he said that she had gone home. I thought it was strange that she didn't mention anything. The food took a long time to come out and I'm not really sure why because it was not busy so I have to attribute it to poor management of the server not going in and checking on her orders in the kitchen. It took 15 minutes for someone to finally bring me a sugar caddy for my iced tea. The chicken tenders came out first and they were good. The tomato bisque and grilled cheese on grilled sourdough took about 45 minutes to arrive and it was disappointing at best. The soup was lukewarm so that tells me it had been sitting under some fan while they were grilling the grilled cheese. I'm not sure why it took so long again it was on Monday early before the dinner rush so they were not busy. I would like to go back to the café to try other things. For example, I was very interested in the potato skins, but was informed by my server that they had sold out of the potato skins for the day. I hope next time I go, the server is more attentive and on top of orders. I'm sorry but when you're not busy, they're just isn't an excuse for poor service unless you don't really want to be there or you don't want to serve the people seated in your section. In that case, just go home! Enjoy!

I like visiting the Hard Rock Cafe Bar. Bartender Ryan M. makes the best Espresso Martinis, he always goes above and beyond with his customer service!

We were hungry, so we got on the waitlist to eat at Hard Rock Cafe. Nice area, good amount of seating and a nice bar. The drinks were good , water was always refilled. We tried ordering wings, however our waitress notified us , they were sold out. Crazy they were sold out on wings during the day on a weekday, what a bummer. We ordered an original double smash burger with fries, it was good, but we were craving them wings though . We ordered one night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp, it was okay. My Guava coconut magarita was dangerously good. Our waitress Vanessa, was very good by the way. Spoke both English and Spanish, which was a huge plus for our party!

The wait was only 10 minutes for 4 people. The food was incredibly delicious. We ordered some nachos as appetizer and burgers for everyone. The nachos were super duper tasty and it was plenty for 4 people. There was something that just made these nachos extra good. The burgers were big, juicy and delicious as well. Ambience was great. It's normal tables and booths, and high tables around the bar area in a circular design.

This is a new casino that I couldn't wait to try. I was interested in the Hard Rock Cafe and decided to try it out for lunch. I ordered their classic burger. The service was a bit slow. I was able to have my lunch mid-afternoon so it was quiet and only had a few patrons in the restaurant at the time. The restaurant is located near the steakhouse which doesn't open till much later. Once I was able to order my burger quickly came and it was delicious. The Smashburger was not as thin as I like but they used very good quality ingredients which made the burger very tasty. They allow you to have dipping sauce for your fries at an additional cost. Not bad for the price and very filling.

This spot is beautiful and totally lures you in with its looks. But the food is all pre-made and honestly... nothing was really calling my name. I did order a lavender London tea and that was absolutely delicious; the lady that made it was friendly and had a huge smile. However, this stop might not be for everyone, there was an older couple trying to order a meal, but once they realized it was a self-order kiosk, they opted out. And then another couple did the exact same thing. At this point, the kiosk was scaring off more customers than the beauty of this place was luring in.

Hard Rock cafe is located in Hard Rock casino and this is the best Hard Rock Cafe that ive ever tried. The food is quality and reasonably processed for the quality I got. The ambiance was on fire with big screens that was showing FIFA2026 (Morocco 1 and Scotland 0). We ordered New York Strip for $35.95 and classic burger $17.95 & $8 for D-Voodoo IPA. Pretty great menu with so many options available for any diet and taste but the best part was watching the game....The service was 5/5. The employee was very knowledgeable and friendly...We talked about the different type of IPA and It was fun to feel like a local...Overall, it wasnt casino style vibes that you are just numbers! Many time she approached to table to make sure we don't need anything! VIP service! Thanks to their management to hiring great employees and schedule full of people. No one was in rush and no one didn't push to leave early the spot! Definitely, we'll back...I asked for well done steak and i got well done steak not burnt one! Very juicy meat but well done one!

Three of us had lunch here while visiting the casino. My wife ordered the nachos, I ordered the Mesi chicken sandwich which came with a Caesar salad, and our friend ordered the margherita flatbread. We all enjoyed our choices and the prices were very reasonable. The service was excellent! Elena was our waitress was terrific! I would definitely recommend this place for casual dining.

They are new and they don't have many of their menu items ready. Having said that the food still fairly good. I have a splash burger and it was delicious. Meat was perfect. Some friends had the fajitas and it came out warm and steaming. This place is much bigger than the Sacramento one. The service was great. She checked in on us several times and refilled their drinks a few times. Would definitely recommend stopping by.

Hey hard Rock Cafe very very nice The food is on point The waitresses and the waiters are keep your glasses full and the food is hot can't go wrong and the drinks are good too they have a nice bar and the restaurant whole bunch of TVs everywhere and you see the stage from your seating so it depends on where you're sitting so there's a stage and I'm sure they have live music and all that good stuff there too so it's a very nice atmosphere in an actual restaurant so I definitely go back to eat because I have different types of burgers salads and seafood so you should try it if you're when you're in the casino

I tried to get a seat but they said full. Didn't look full. So I went to bar and snagged a spot. Ashley was behind the bar and was amazing. She was so sweet and got my food fairly quickly. I noticed many people waiting over 30 minutes which is nuts. Mine came after about 20 and you can see the kitchen was behind. The smash burger original was mid at best. Barely any onions, no flavor in the meat and bun was dry. Fries were good but very disappointing. Overall Ashley made it a good experience but that food quality is not there.

My New York Strip Steak came with seasoned green beans and mashed potatoes. When the waiter delivered my dinner I was looking for a steak knife. My steak was so tender that an ordinary butter knife sliced through it with ease. This meal was delicious and exceeded my expectations. In addition, our waitress, Selena, was very helpful, friendly and efficient. My only recommendation is adding bread rolls to the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

Their service was pretty slow and their food was mediocre - and this is with me not expecting much from a Casino food. They kept forgetting our food or forgetting they already brought our food.. so I can tell they definitely need to figure things out a bit there. The restaurant itself was clean since it was new. Once they moved beyond avoiding eye contact initially, and when I was finally able to wave someone down after 10 minutes of waiting, the staff was friendly. read more

Visiting family in the area so decided to check out the new casino. Honestly had pretty mid expectations but the overall experience was great. The food was really well seasoned and fresh. We ordered some burgers, bbq pork sandwich, nachos and fajitas and everything was tasty. Liberty helped us out and she was fantastic. They were super busy and she made sure to check in multiple times and made us feel really welcome. Super friendly and great at her job. We definitely needed this casino here, so closed to Bakersfield, the food is great, I recommend the pizza they have two big copper ovens it's great.. they also have lots of slot machines to choose from.. I used to go to eagle mountain but the traffic sucks specially if you get stuck behind a slow driver.. After a hard week at work this is a must.. Ambient is great but check it out for yourself and see hope u win.. read more

I made a trip here while visiting friends from Bakersfield. The restaurant was great; however, I had a few dissatisfactions with the overall service and experience. First, you're required to check in on a QR code, as this will put you in line to get a table. The wait time, for my party of six, had displayed an hour and 20 minutes. Unfortunately, this was not true. We still had to wait another 25 minutes, which I understand because there was a person with us that needed handicap accessibility. Yet, the hostess kept us in the dark until we went up the desk 4 times to inquire on the delay. Second, it appeared our waitress was managing too many tables at the same time. As a result, this caused delays on getting drinks ordered from the bar. Last, the food was mediocre. It came out cold, and the waitress had to go back into the kitchen to get the rest of the missing food after we brought it to her attention. I understand the establishment is new, and it's possible they're still figuring out floor plans on how things should flow. Would I go back based on my experience... Mostly not, but I believe restaurants should be giving a second chance. read more

Uli was an amazing waiter. He checked in just the right amount of times and was very attentive to my manly Shirley temple needs. If you order the nachos make sure you either bring a friend to share or make one because it is a tray tray. Not a little tray for babies. The margahretta flatbed was pretty good but really took a backseat to the nachos. Also ordered the fajitas and I got to feel the envy of everyone that did not choose fajitas as they sizzle on over. When you arrive there is a qr code to get on the waiting list. If you try to check in with a waiter you will be directed to the code. Im sure there must be another way to do it manually but its super fast to just scan the code. You cam even zoom in from a distance and jump ahead of people that dont know the qr code camera zoom you have just been armed with. Music was surprisingly at an awesome volume that we could hold a conversation and not yell. The manager also swung by to check in and make us feel heard. read more

We have eaten at the cafe several times since they opened. The food is consistently tasty and high quality. We have had appetizers, burgers, salads, and more. Our server on two visits to the cafe was "Karen". She was attentive and efficient both times as well as welcoming. We finally made it to the Hard Rock Cafe to celebrate a birthday and throughly enjoyed ourselves. First off our server, Alexis welcomed us with a big friendly smile and made us feel right at home. She was attentive and engaging throughout our meal and took really great care of us. She was sweet and funny and well just made the entire experience a real pleasure. The drinks were spot on and our food was perfect. Oh and the happy birthday brownie was fun. Thank you Hard Rock. So excited to have a new place to dine and enjoy some live music. This is just for the bar where the bands perform. Do not come on a Thursday! Four people manning the bar had no sense of urgency and had the nerve to yell at a customer who was frustrated for waiting so long. Mind you I was 3 people behind him. I didn't say anything but after the 65+ gentleman left she spent next 15 min talking about how she doesn't give a f*. So far not a very good impression. read more

I was so excited to see the new casino!! Lots of machines and has a Vegas Vibe! We ate at Hard Rock Cafe. I ordered a burger and it didn't disappoint. Our server, Serjio, was pleasant and made sure that everything we ordered was to par. All his tables (customers) were pleased with his service and the reason I know this is because each time he stopped to check on his customers, they shared a laugh together, smiled lots and thanked him for his service. Ask for Serjio when visiting Hard Rock Cafe!! Overall, it's a friendly environment with great food!!! When asked if I would recommend this eatery... YES!!! read more

The lady behind the bar was very nice and friendly. She was there for a bit before finishing up her shift. Even had a really nice conversation with a local who recommended some places next time we were in town. It's a pretty cool bar. Everyone was there for the same reason. To have a drink and have fun. People playing pool, chatting away and catching up.

It's one of the most comfortable and enjoyable restaurants I've been to in a while, and I would highly recommend that teenagers go there because it gives them a place to enjoy good food, spend time with friends, and feel part of a lively environment. If you're in Frazier Park and want a spot that feels inviting and fun, The Perch is definitely worth checking out.

Haven't tried the food yet. Drinks are good. Only complaint is there's a bartender with red hair that works at the Hard Rock Cafe bar( not the one that works at the Market Place) that has tattoos graveyard shift every we sit on the side she always ignores us or says she's closed so you go to the front of the bar, but we still see her taking side orders after she had told us she was closed on the side orders.. it's happened every weekend since February. She needs to be treating everyone the same not just picking a choosing.. also bartenders at the market place need to be more polite when it comes to last call/ closing time read more
