Like many of the reviewers here, I based my decision to call Jeremy from his stellar reviews. It is well deserved. He is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. When I called I had done some basic troubleshooting of my dead AC condenser that I read about online and watched Youtube videos on. He gave me some tips of things to try to figure out the root cause. When it came time for the unit to be replaced he verified that the unit was indeed in need of replacing by doing some tests, just in case there was an alternate a cheaper fix. He put in a new Trane unit and had the work done in a just a few hours and everything is working great! Couldn't be happier. read more

Harmonic is fabulous! I'd put off calling for service, thinking it was going to be a massive replacement expense. Surprised to find that it was just a small part that needed replacing and they did it swiftly at a great price a few weeks ago. Then today, the first day I actually wanted to USE it, it wasn't blowing cold air. Nate was here within a couple of hours, and found that the roofers currently working on replacing the roof dropped something on the power box that triggered the breaker to pop. We were scheduled for a humidifier repair after a fall furnace cleaning discovered an issue that required Harmonic to order certain humidifier parts. Jeremy runs this business with integrity and responsive service. We had the rock star plan and were very pleased with the honest assessment of our geriatric water heater, air con and furnace. All three were replaced this year and the quality of the product exceeded expectations in terms of energy savings, quietness and performance. Jeremy also informed us of the one year warranty and no need to get the service plan for that year he also recommended stepping down to a lesser plan the year after. It's the middle of winter and we just had a gas leak and had our gas shut off until things could be repaired. I called Harmonic and they sent someone out within a half hour to make the repairs. They took care of everything quickly and correctly. When the gas company came back to double check, they determined everything was done perfectly but they found another problem that they hadn't already noted so Harmonic came back out after hours and helped me yet again so that I could get my heat turned back on. After an entire summer with my A/C broken, I finally bit the bullet and called to have my system repaired. I feared that I was looking at a new blower in the $5-600 range and I dreaded the thought. I called Jeremy and left a message detailing what the situation was and asking for a call back. He called shortly thereafter and apologized for not picking up originally but explaining that he was busy on another job. He was patient and let me tell him what was going on without interrupting. He told me that it was likely the blower and quoted me a cost range, sight unseen based on my neighborhood and the model of my furnace, that was about average from what my research had suggested. I made an appointment with him and waited out my last hot, humid weekend. Jeremy called to let me know that he might be 30 minutes late but arrived on time, neatly dressed and proceeded to inspect my system, in a meticulous and confident, professional manner. He told me that he thought it might be a much less expensive part, a certain capacitor on the circuit board, made the repair and violà, my A/C was back on. He could easily have sold me a new blower at 4x the cost, but he didn't and in fact, he didn't try to upsell me at all. He only spoke of upgraded equipment in response to a question of mine. After researching companies and interviewing just 3 for a new furnaces and AC units we chose Harmonic Heating and AC. Jeremy was the most knowledgeable in his presentation and evaluation of our old heating and air-conditioning units. Plus the price was the best of the three companies. The installation of 2 furnaces, digital thermostat, and humidifier went smoothly. They also installed and hooked up 2 AC units outside.There are no loose hanging wires. Our heating system broke over the weekend, so this Monday I called Harmonic at 8:22 am and told them that we have a problem with our heater and that it is making a crazy noise through the vents. They are amazing - the guy over the phone told me that somebody will be at my house at 9:30 am ; it was 9:15 am and Jeremy was at the door ( he was at our house in the past , I believe 2016, when we had problems with the AC unit). He knew right away what was the problem and told me that it was not something very common that breaks and he will "try to get the part today" , (this past Monday ), and hopefully fix it later same day or following day. He left and a little bit before 2 pm on Monday we got a phone call from them that they found the part and they will come to install it at 2:15 pm . 2:10 pm they were in front of our home!!! Amazing! It was 30 F outside... This time there was a new guy, Daniel, like the entire Harmonic Team , very professional, hard working , honest and answered to all our questions - he was done in an hour and we started the heater with no noise through the vents, just the much needed heat! This is not the first time we used Harmonic - it is our third year!!! These guys are a very friendly group of professionals that you should definitely call if you have any HVAC needs. I began searching for HVAC companies after several days of hearing my furnace make loud noises. I had another company come out and they told me that my motor was about to go, and that I should probably replace my whole furnace. However, something about how that person handled their visit made me question his expertise. Afterwards, I searched on Yelp and found Harmonic. I went to their website, requested a quote, and received a quick followup e-mail from Jeremy shortly afterwards. A few days later, our furnace finally died. It was on a cold Friday night. I contacted Jeremy the next day, and he had Tony come to my house that day to set up a few space heaters to keep our place warm until a few days later when they could replace our furnace. The day of the replacement, a whole team came out and worked around the clock in replacing everything quickly and professionally. The owner took the time to explain the various options that were available and asked me questions regarding our expectations to determine which product best fit our needs. I decided that it's time to replace the 14-years old furnace and AC (the immediate reason was that the control board was dying). I found HH&AC through Yelp. Most of companies with a high Yelp rating do not serve Geneva. I called to Jeremy and two other companies who did (dealers of Carrier and Lennox). The price was the same within $100, but I liked much more to deal with Jeremy: very clear answers, quick answering to e-mails, readiness to spend time for explaining options/benefits etc. Also, he offered 5-year labor warranty with no strings attached (other company required twice-a-year service $65/piece, while I have never serviced my old unit). All went as scheduled, even faster than promised. I am happy with HH&AC work, like the new furnace (and hope to enjoy AC in summer), and it was fun to chat with Jeremy. read more
