When I went to Harmony Salon, Margaret fixed my hair completely even better than I had expected my hair to be fixed.

Lovely massage service! My first time here was delightful and relaxing. On arrival, I was offered…read morebeverages and waited just moments before being whisked away to the ladies changing room. A robe, slippers and a spa bag for my belongings was already prepared - a nice touch. I started with the salt cave experience. It was relaxing and I was cautioned that anything I brought into the room would have a salt residue afterwards. I didn't really notice a salt residue at all, even on my wet hair. The spa music and the lounge chair did make for a quiet transition from my busy morning into peaceful relaxing mode. Afterwards, I enjoyed a bit of time in the relaxation room. For hot tea, each day they have both a caffeinated and a decaffeinated option. It was served on a cute tray with honey and sugar options. Last, my 90 minute massage. A choice of scalp massage or foot massage was offered and I opted for the foot massage without hesitation. I requested medium pressure and only asked once for a bit less pressure in a sensitive area of my lower back, and my therapist was quick to adjust. I chose the lavender blend massage oil and it smelled lovely. Special attention was paid to my shoulders where I carry most of my tension. Having booked only a couple of days in advance, I did make a deposit of 50% up front and was already within the cancellation window. If more than one service is confirmed, a 20% gratuity for each is automatically added but that was well explained up front and during check out. I noticed a list of monthly membership options during checkout and I'm actually considering joining. It was easy to get an appointment and very relaxing, though I'd probably skip the salt cave and go right to the massage or opt for a facial next time.

I booked a rooftop couples massage a month in advance. When we arrived, they told us the rooftop was closed, even though they had already taken my deposit for this service. The weather was perfect, they then offered to set up the rooftop quickly if I paid an extra $200. The manager rushed me to make a decision on the spot about whether I wanted to pay extra for the rooftop or move to a very small, not aesthetically pleasing room instead. This completely took away from what was supposed to be a relaxing experience and didn't make sense because this was the service I originally booked. The management and staff aren't professional or accommodating. Very strange experience. Following up on Kristy's message here: Urbanna spa accepted a deposit for a rooftop spa appointment. The only reason I booked with Urbanna spa was for the rooftop experience. I intentionally booked on the first day of spring, the weather was 77° with sunny skies and they told me the rooftop was closed after I arrived and checked in. I asked to reschedule on a day the rooftop was open, but no staff could confirm when the rooftop would be open. Kristy (who was not present during my appointment) claims alternative options were offered. Just want to clarify that this is also not true. The only option they gave me tiny room I've attached. I was told management would follow up with a call after my service but Kristy's comment below is the only follow up I've ever received from Urbanna spa. This is not your traditional spa experience. If you're used to high end spa experiences, this will feel very low quality. I highly recommend Woodhouse or Spa At Ballantyne if you're looking for that high-quality experience. Thank you, Kristy, your comments below are a perfect illustration of the quality of service at Urbana.

The menu is not great considering the clientele, and the food was just okay. They do NOT tell you at the pool that 24% gratuity is included. My facial was wonderful and relaxing.

When you spend more than $130, you can enjoy the amenities all day, they are open 8am- 8pm. There are 2 locker rooms, each locker room contains a sauna, and one of the locker rooms contains a steam room. You can also use the fitness center, the indoor pool and 2 jacuzzis. There are also showers, lockers that easily lock, and plenty of space/mirrors to get dressed with hair dryers. You get a robe and slip ons to wear. The saunas were comfy and a perfect temperature! Only thing it was missing was music in the sauna. The steam room was very steamy-too steamy!! It was eucalyptus, and it hit you in the face. I didn't last more than a minute in there. The pool was very nice and had windows overlooking The Bowl. The jacuzzis looked nice but we didn't get in. There were plenty of people but it wasn't too packed and we got to do everything we wanted. The hallways were dimly lit, nicely decorated and had soft spa music playing- very nice! It was very well staffed, I constantly saw employees walking around and they were all very friendly. And the staff member we signed in with showed us around- you get a key card to use the amenities. They offer mocktails, sodas, wine and champagne. They are in plastic glasses but understandable since there's a pool. There were also nuts/trail mix as a snack! I didn't see a place to order food, I guess you have to go to the hotel lobby. I got the hydrafacial with Olga. She was so kind and SO knowledgeable! She explained what she was doing and it was so refreshing. I could tell it really improved my skin. The facial room was very relaxing and the bed was comfy. It included a shoulder massage and ended with a warm, wet towel under my neck. The facial was the cheapest available and it was $200 for 25 minutes. Only things I didn't like- the spa needs a bit of a facelift and paint touch ups throughout. It was a bit pricy but I guess I understand since you are also paying for the whole spa day experience and not just the facial. A great way to spend a day and I would go back!

Use caution before signing up for a membership at this business…read more My experience with canceling their massage membership has been frustrating and far more complicated than expected. The cancellation terms were not clearly explained at the time of enrollment, which was pushed and hyped up by the owner- and when I attempted to cancel, I was required to follow restrictive policies that were not clearly understood upfront. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent and often required multiple follow-ups to receive responses. I also had unused prepaid sessions at the time and was not offered a resolution that I found satisfactory. Overall, the cancellation process felt difficult to navigate, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering a membership carefully review all terms and cancellation policies in full before signing up. You cannot just take people's money and not provide the service. I know I am not the only "victim" after reading the reviews- which I should have done prior to initially booking. I mean the massages really weren't good, compared to other places but I was trying to give this business a chance. You get better massages at a nail parlor. Also, the owner won't respond to me and in fact has other people doing her dirty work. I am completely pissed, but what more can I expect. I plan to take further action!
