Went here for my 64th birthday breakfast! So good, love the atmosphere, music and not least of all the Bloody Mary bar!!! That was a great way to fill the wait time for a table. All the food was very good the server Ryan was prompt and nice. The only complaint I have is in the Americano scramble, there was very little, if any caramelized onions in the scramble. Flavors I specifically ordered the breakfast to have. Oh well it was still a great experience and we'll return again another day, ENJOY! read more

The food was either bland or had so much going on it made it impossible to really enjoy. I tried the birria hash bowl and I didn't even eat half before giving up. We were excited for the opening of Hash Kitchen in Gilbert. We have been to the Chandler location. First impression. Like the decor, really fresh probably appeals to a younger crowd. They play music, which someone commented it was loud, but as you sit there, I think it becomes background music. Our waiter was really nice. We decided on the Birria Hash and the Eggs Benedict. As the waiter and waitresses were bringing food out, everything looked soo good. Portions were really good, you won't leave hungry. As I took the first bite of the Birria Hash, OMG amazing. The consume with the Birria, eggs and potatoes was the perfect bite. The Bloody Mary bar, looked amazing, we will definitely be back to try. Ok let's start out by saying we went here for my mom's birthday brunch and the restaurant it self was so breathtaking and alive. The decoration was amazing and the atmosphere was so inviting. Our first time at the new location. We had breakfast on Saturday morning. The reason I don't give it a two was because the service was great and the food was good. BUT the music was SO loud that we had to shout at each other to hear each other. Because of that, we were very hoarse and our ears were ringing when we left. IF we go back, it will be in cooler weather so we can sit outside. Having the music SO loud made the experience pretty undesirable. I highly doubt we were the only ones with this concern. First time checking out Hash Kitchen even though it's right next to my house. Was seated right away so guess I came in at a good time. Regan, my waitress, was delightful and helpful in making recommendations. She also recommended the kiwi mimosa but I guess I'll have to try that next time. Had "The Best F#*%ing Birria Hash" which I forgot to take a picture of since I was too busy drinking. This was pretty good especially the chile-braised beef. Space is quite open and nicely decorated with a bunch of cool disco balls in the middle. Have a Bloody Mary bar which I didn't go to but maybe next time. I get it the place was packed. However, we had to ask the waitress 5 times for creamer and other things we needed. She spends most of her time at the bar talking to her colleagues. Naturally, I left a $8 tip on a $82.xx check. When I checked my bank account today it was a total of $98 charge when in reality it was $90.XX. This means she gives herself a nearly $15 tip when the actual tip was only $8. The receipt was altered. Who else has this happened to? How many people were overcharged? read more

If you're a white girl with Botox, this is the place to be. They blare trendy hip hop crap so loud you can't hear yourself think. Food is overpriced(however the portions are quite large) and it's not even good food. The service was decent enough I can't complain, but it didn't make up for the atmosphere, food quality, and prices. When presented with the bill, the tip options are 5, 6, and 7%. Ate at the new Gilbert location in Verde this morning. The service was good but the food was Luke warm upon arrival at the table. Some of us shared items and asked for an extra plate. That took forever to get. By time it arrived the plate was cool. But the MUSIC WAS SO LOUD at 9am both inside an out! We had to yell at our friends across the table. Great place for breakfast! Wide variety on menu and fun place to eat with excellent service. I had the Carnitas Hash. Skillet overflowed with delicious pork, potatoes, cheese, and crispy onion rings. This place is insane!!! I am DO obsessed! The ambiance and environment is everything! You seriously feel like you are having brunch in Vegas in the best way possible. The food, INCREDIBLE! We had quite a few things so I'll just mention some favorites! The bread pudding French toast is a must! Even if you just get it to share, you need to get it! It's so moist and delicious! The biscuits and gravy was also delicious! Very filling but the biscuits are flakey and moist and perfect! Last, the birria effing hatch (not sure the exact name) is so good! The meat is perfect pull apart and it makes the best breakfast tacos! Only thing I would skip that was highly recommended is the billion dollar bacon. Service was ok ambiance was fantastic food was ok prices were a touch high but I think that's everywhere anymore. What I didn't like was the enormous amount of flies we had to constantly swat away from our food and that a party of 6 was served their food all at different times making it awkward and forcing some to go ahead and eat without others so their food didn't get cold. Our waitress/bartender was over assigned so our service was delayed but she was very pleasant and didn't blame anyone or do the verbal blame dance which was nice she was working very hard to keep up it was truly just too much. It is Very loud in there so it's safe to bring loud kids but don't expect to be able to talk and certainly expect to hear the neighboring tables conversation as they speak loudly to hear each other. All in all I have to say 3 stars, I wanted to like it more but there are just so many breakfast places that I wouldn't go back for those few reasons. If they don't bother you then you might find this place fabulous. read more
