We joined our friends here later than expected, about 2 pm and close at 3. The serve had to check if the kitchen was still cooking first. 2:15 pm, we ordered and they were out of hash browns but gave us an extra piece of bacon instead. Parking is tricky bc it's downtown Denver. Plenty of seating during the weekday.

Very fun and trendy brunch spot downtown. Definitely make a rez if you're going on the weekend. Brunch can be heavy but they have lighter options that were great.

My friend took me here Thursday afternoon. Great service Sunny Day. Music SO loud, ugh. Had a tough time catching up. Went with the Reuben. Ok for me but maybe better for you? Thick untoasted bread. Fatty weird flavored pastrami Guess it's good there was one thin spread out slice of it. Mostly kraut Just not it. I'm a Reuben person so probably won't be back

My opinion comes from a pick up point of view- we went in and the ambiance seemed fun. There was a broncos game happening so it seemed busy when we arrived but did not have to wait long for our food to come out. The food was average, the chilaquiles were soggy which may have been due to waiting to eat them at home. The pancakes were good! My only take would be being able to decide which pancakes to get from the trio as we were not fan of the apple. Other than that, the spot seemed solid for some brunch action. They also have a rooftop and happy hour that can be done downstairs and in the rooftop! We will have to come back to see the ambiance in person

Very yummy breakfast with the best chai I have ever had -it's a must! I ordered the seasonal harvest hash skillet with a scrabbled egg instead of sunny side up and it was delicious. The maple chili glaze was spicier than expected. The sign on the table showed it being $17.50 yet on the way to the bathroom there's a poster with the price being $16.50. I did end up being charged the higher price. My partner ordered the Chicken and Waffles and the portion was huge! Said the maple bacon syrup tasted just like a piece of bacon dipped in maple syrup. Service was quick and the restaurant was clean.

It's not everyday you get to brunch in an egg yolk shaped booth. We stopped in for brunch before heading to a broncos games and this was the perfect start to the day. The food was fresh, service was friendly, and the vibes were just right.

a pleasant surprise! I'm usually pretty underwhelmed by breakfast in denver and this restored some faith. it's right in the midst of downtown so give yourself a little time to park. we found a meter spot fairly quick. free on sundays :-) 5-10 min wait on a sun around 1145. realistically was less than 5. staff was super kind and service was speedy! we were celebrating our friends bday and received a free cast iron cinnamon roll. YUM! our server was named olivia and she was absolutely lovely! full of recommendations and they were all spot on. 1. pineapple peach kombucha!!! 2. slow roasted pork birria hash 3. harvest hash + ham 4. a single slice of the bread pudding french toast both of the hash's were PHENOMENAL. ohhhh yeah!!!! the harvest had butternut squash, brussels, and a maple glaze. #fallvibezzz i poured the entire cup of birria jus on my hash and i could not be stopped. i slayed the entire plate without taking a breath. bread pudding french toast was decent but i was too focused on the egg dishes to give her the recognition she may have deserved. I'd like to go back and take a stab at the Tijuana Benedict next. apparently they have a rooftop! we also were seated in a cute little pod. i love the yellow theme with the plants. for being so new, they really nailed it.

One of my fave breakfast spots in Downtown Denver. They are in a great location, right in the heart of Downtown Denver. The food and service is always exceptional. They are part of Tag Concepts which has some pretty amazing restaurants. You will be greeted right when you walk in and it's a bright and cheery place to start your day. I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I.can check out their rooftop!

This place is always busy. Once you get the food you will know why the waiting line is out the door on occasions. We had a table of 5 and everyone loved what they ordered The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is the wait time on drinks. Food is a 10 star

Terrific atmosphere- we chose to sit out on the rooftop garden section. They have these cool little pods and plenty of other seating options. Great vibe on a warm fall day. I ordered a grapefruit mimosa to kick off our brunch - too tempting to pass up! My husband and I split the cinnamon roll and the reimagined Denver omelette. Both were tasty and the omelette was well prepared. Portions are not huge. Our servers that helped us were super friendly and fun. I think there are some kinks to be worked out with regard to the rooftop section. It was just two people working the whole area (that I could tell) so at times things came out slowly or we had to flag down someone to get things like salt/pepper after our food arrived. We were never rushed, though, and we had a great experience overall.

While exploring downtown Denver we came across this place. It has a very cute sign that says "home of the boozy brunch" or something along that, that was very aesthetically pleasing. When we came in the hostess sat us right away in what looked like an egg booth. It was a cute restaurant with bright yellows and colors that I liked the look of it. The service was pretty slow but it could be we're used to the vegas standard of hospitality. The spam musubi was delicious! The sauces were amazing and honestly my favorite thing on the menu. It's like tempura style and very good. The French toast sandwich was good but got a little too sweet for my taste. Overall a decent breakfast. The margaritas and drinks were good and got the job done. Not the best ever but a solid option. I would probably come back

Went to hashtag mid March 2026 and the food was great. Will be coming back. The drinks are from cans or bottles which threw me for a loop but the markup isn't insane so I was find with it. The waitress Olivia was also very attentive and checked in on us multiple times throughout the meal.

Found this little gem of a restaurant after searching for brunch places! The Yelp reviews were excellent and I liked the food and design of the place! The Denver Omelet was good but the stand out was the Fro-j cocktail w vodka fresh squeezed OJ, Sunny D, and Gallanio(whatever that is) . Next best was the Mimosa flight w POG juices (pineapple, orange, guava) ! Yumm Shout out to Olivia & Brett for the great service !

I should not ever stand at a bar that's empty for 5+ minutes to get served. And actually not get served.

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

My friends and I tried a number of the signature cocktails and had a few hot toddys that were super good. I'm personally a big gin and soda fan and loved ther housemade tonic that was in their classic G&T. Did not try any of the food but the dawgs were definitely would be tempting if I was hungry. Loved the decor and the plants all up in the space. The space is a bit more dimly lit and I think of a reasonable volume for a date. Would love to come back and spend some more time here.

That's when I came across Dearly Departed and I'm so glad I did. We arrived right when they opened at 5pm and were able to walk in and be seated immediately. The speakeasy is tucked into the underground portion of the restaurant, which adds to the charm. The space is beautifully decorated, moody, intimate, and effortlessly upscale. It truly sets the tone the moment you walk down. We ordered two spritzes and a charcuterie board, and both exceeded expectations. The drinks were refreshing, perfectly balanced, and felt elevated without being overcomplicated. But the real star was the charcuterie board. For $20, it was an incredible value, stacked with a variety of meats, cheeses, fresh veggies, nuts, and peppers. The freshly grilled bread was a standout touch, and the portions were more than generous. Every bite felt thoughtfully curated, and there was something new and delicious in every corner of the board. Between the ambiance, the quality of the drinks, and the impressive food, Dearly Departed delivered an experience that felt both cozy and refined. I'd absolutely recommend checking it out for the atmosphere alone. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more from their menu.

Cozy spot for some classy bites and cocktails. I think I probably got off on the wrong foot when I asked for sparkling water instead of flat and found out it was $7 per personal mini bottle (and they don't have club soda). My first time encountering that in Denver in the last 14 years... The cocktail concept is cool: pick a classic, slightly updated, or super creative version from 5 categories (martini, old fashioned, sour, spritz, highball). The spicy mango sour (with mezcal) was awesome -- although I expected egg white on a sour. The martinis were ok... a bit of a let-down in today's collection of Denver martinis at other local spots (think anchovy, sour cream and onion, holy trinity, and old bay). The food was also hit or miss. We loved the cauliflower/potato Bravas with the slightly spicy sauce, as well as the croquettes and their sauce. The tuna crudo was super bland, which is disappointing for $19.
