He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that made sense, didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the job was done right. My A/C is now blowing cold again like it should, and the car is running perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing a quality job. On top of that, the convenience of him coming to me saved a lot of time and hassle. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and honest mobile mechanic work.

However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.

I told her to decline and I will change the plugs in the parking lot.... After the diagnosis and explanation and after my daughter declined....They call her back and say they found some kind of fuel leak related to her fuel pump. Why wasn't this mentioned before? It's wild because her car smelled like gasoline after that, but it had never smelled like that before we brought it in! Idk what kind of shady shit they're pulling but that's what happened. MY plug change is working great...still can't figure out this fuel leak they're talking about, but still catching whiffs of gas here and there. Idk what they did but I'm convinced they did something. Shady.

After replacing the gearbox and tires, I came back since it still pulled left. Now they said the caster was out (clearly, missed the first time). $545 later, the truck still doesn't track straight. Printer is still "broken" as well so no print out. Gave them another chance with a simpler vehicle, now my car pulls right. Still no print out, just a blurry picture of a computer monitor I can barely read. About $700 spent between the two, and neither vehicle drives straight. A lot of time and money I'll never get back. I left this same review on google 3 weeks ago. Someone called to tell me that another shop will call me to properly fix my vehicles. Never received that phone call.

I first used Revive Auto Care to replace a control arm on my Infiniti QX60. I found them on Yelp, appreciated their positive reviews, and liked that they communicated over text. That repair went well, so when my AC started blowing hot air, I decided to return. They initially charged me $100 for diagnostics and a refrigerant top-off, then told me I needed a new compressor and quoted approximately $1,200. I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday. By Wednesday and Thursday, they still had not identified the issue, but they continued replacing parts including the compressor, condenser with receiver drier, premium line kit, secondary rear AC expansion valve, blend door actuator, cabin filter, and recharged the AC system. By Friday, the vehicle was still not repaired, and they ultimately determined that the battery was bad and not providing enough amperage to properly run the AC system. They replaced the battery and told me the issue was fixed, which naturally made me question whether all of the previously replaced parts were actually necessary. The total had also increased to approximately $2,500, and at no point during the process was I contacted for approval on the additional repairs and charges. When I picked up the vehicle Friday evening, the AC was still blowing hot air. In addition, the vehicle was revving abnormally both while driving and while sitting in neutral. It is now Tuesday, and my messages have gone unanswered. On Saturday, I brought the vehicle to Infiniti for another opinion. I was told that the AC system had been overcharged by 1.73 lbs of refrigerant, which they said was causing the issues I experienced after picking the car up. I understand that diagnosing AC problems can be difficult and unexpected issues can happen, but the lack of communication, failure to request approval for major additional repairs, and returning the vehicle in worse condition than when it was dropped off made this a very disappointing experience.

If I remember correctly, he actually had a quote to me within a day after I sent an email. Appointment scheduling: Although I didn't schedule an appointment with him immediately after receiving a quote, I did reach out to him via phone after my parts arrived from TireRack.com. Nate answered promptly, and I explained that he had sent me a quote earlier, for which he was able to find quickly while on the phone. He said he'd be able to come out within a day, and I was in no hurry so I left it up to him. I spoke with him the following day, and he stated he could come out today. He contacted me again when he was on his way to my house stating he would be here soon. The actual work: He arrived promptly and he completed the work in just less than two hours! After he was done, he took the time to explain the brake pad manufacturer's break-in instructions which was great as I would have completely forgot. Overall experience: Arizona desert sun and heat in the summer is no match for his work and his professionalism. 10/10 recommend going through him over any dealership (who wanted $2000) or independent shop (I received quotes of $800+ from various shops in the area). If I'm in a position where I need to replace the brakes on this car while I'm still living in this area, I will 100% contact him again. Thanks Nate!
