I cannot believe the diabolical display of a buffet. For the amount of money that I spent. I have to use a lunch try with hair on it to plate my food. To have to dig through dirty silverware is sad. Low effort place with low effort taste. "Lunch" prices need to be adjusted. I rather eat the contaminated produce then eat here again.

Went here with a party of 6. The restaurant is bright and a bit upscale over your typical Indian place. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was ok but I would consider it about average for Indian. The ask your spice level from 1 to 5 which is a nice touch. The portions were a little small for the price and only come with some rice. It looks like they have a lunch buffet which could be the way to go with this place so you get more variety and bigger portions.

It's ok-good. I arrived at 1:28 after calling to confirm their buffet ended at 2. I'm seated, ignored after getting water. I approach a server to ask if I should just go up to the buffet. She says the buffet is closed. BUT I can clearly see 4 other (yes I counted) still making trips. So she asks the person at the checkout. Yes. I can still get the buffet. Many choices and the tandoori chicken was large and looked good. I had tomato soup, dal, Chana masala, pakora, and paneer makhani (tomato butter), naan, basmati rice, "stir fried" rice, bread pudding, kheer, and fruit custard. Plus chutneys and raita It was good. The only true standouts were the naan - buttery and pillowy and the garlic naan was rich and delicious - and the pakora. The mint chutney is delicious. $23 plus tip

Came with a group of 8, note- they do an %18 percent gratuity for large parties. The food was good! We enjoyed the fresh garlic naan, our cauliflower app, the mint chutney, the chicken tikka masala, the butter chicken, goat curry, and paneer. Everything was delicious! Service was a tad slow but they were friendly and great at answering our questions.

Not the best experience. Wait 45 minutes for 2 simple dishes and bread. Too loud to have a conversation across the table. When served our dishes was told rice "will be right out". Another 5 minutes or so? Roti bread chewy. Meals tasted off. Asked if wanted mild or medium and mild= bland. No reason to return although a quick stroll away.

Great ambience, decor, and music. Unfortunately, the food and quality of service were disappointing. Ordered Last Lassi for cocktails only to find it get curdled in no time. Yes, it is the last thing I want. Later ordered wings of heaven for apps, and found a long strand of hair. I understand that things happen in the restaurant business. But I wish the staff would compensate with service, which they didn't, and sounded defensive for "you should had the drink earlier." This place is a no go in my book.

Went here for our anniversary dinner and it was a lovely night! We started with chicken lollipops, shared garlic naan, and lamb saag. Great food and fantastic service! They even surprised us with a special anniversary dessert. Will be excited to come back and try more!

The service was top notch. The ambiance is upscale. The food is just ok. The portions are small compared to other Indian restaurants. The flavors aren't as bold. Parking can be a problem but the good thing is they stay open until 11pm.

I've noticed this restaurant recently while driving around downtown. Turns out, a few of my friends had tried it for takeout and loved it! So we decided to dine in one night. It wasn't busy until later. Good vibes here and very much an upscale experience. The food is pricier than your typical Indian restaurant but they are still good portion sizes! For apps, we got the chicken Manchurian and chili mushrooms. So good! Very flavorful and one of the best chicken Manchurian dishes I've had! We got the mushrooms mild and the chicken medium heat. Not spicy at all. For drinks, I got the Bollywood smash, while my friends got the old fashioned and Last Lassi (spiked mango lassi). For entrees, we shared: Hakka noodles (tastes like a toned down version of lo mein), chicken biryani, saag paneer, and garlic naan. My friend, who is Indian, said this is one of the best restaurants she's had for Indo-Chinese food. Everything was delicious! Like I said, large portions! It was a lot for the 4 of us and we still had leftovers to split among us. Great staff! Really smiley people. Love it here!

I met Gwen W for an early Friday dinner at 4:00. I've been here, but it's been years. We both found street parking on the side. It is beautiful inside, with comfortable seating. The service was good and our server was gracious. I started off with a glass of Riesling. I chose 4 courses from the Restaurant Week menu, which was our purpose for coming that week. The vegetable pakora looked completely different from what I'm accustomed to; it was little bits of fried veggies. Tasty but unusual. The Sweet Corn Egg Drop Soup was delicious. The Garlic Naan was a big serving, suitable for sharing. The Chicken Tikka Masala was quite good, but a smaller portion than what other places serve. I had to ask for rice. I did not have leftovers. All in all it was a decent meal, but a little disappointing.

We were out exploring and the fragrance from this restaurant was calling to us! We decided we needed to check it out. What a great find! First of all, it's gorgeous! There was such a attention to detail in everything they did. Our server was super sweet and helpful. They have a buffet until a certain time but we missed that. We split some butter chicken and naan instead. Omg. It was INCREDIBLE! I want more! We both ordered cocktails and wew! They do not skimp. These were heavy pours. I needed a nap after this! Oh and we even had leftovers!

The space is very bright and airy: loved the floral and plant vibes. Our server was kind but maybe a bit apprehensive because we brought our two daughters. Sometimes I feel bad bringing kids but honestly we deserve to have good food even if there are little mouths involved. We had the focaccia starter and it was as pillowy and sumptuous as it looked. Next was broccolini which our 8 month old devoured. I tried the funghi pasta and my husband had the sausage ragu. Both had generous portions. The ambiance was enjoyable, and our waitress provided decent service. For starters, I really enjoyed the gem salad -- it was refreshing -- and I also ordered a couple of glasses of Poggio Costa Prosecco to go with my Funghi pasta. Both were very good. However, we also ordered the lobster spaghetti and were not impressed. It was very bland, and the few pieces of lobster tasted slightly gamey. I would not recommend the lobster pasta, especially considering the price, as it appeared to be the most expensive pasta on the menu. The bill also included a fee labeled as "healthcare," which was not mentioned by our waitress. I had to look it up afterward since it was the first time I had seen a charge like that on a restaurant bill. I wanted to share this so others are aware of what to expect.

Quick and attentive service. We started with crispy dumplings (6), crispy egg rolls (2), and a scallion pancake. Bing, their crepe, wasn't available our night. My dining companions loved the pancake - for me perhaps a bit too much drizzled sauce. It was helpfully quartered when brought to the table so sharing was easy. The dumplings were indeed crispy and probably my favorite with a standard dark dipping sauce. The egg rolls were standard and perhaps a bit undersized and over fried, but a good creamy dipping sauce was a pivot away from the sweet chili sauce that usually accompanies such apps. Ramen is clearly the focus of the menu and three of us had ramen with chicken and one with pork. They spoke favorably of the broth and the combos of mushrooms, boiled egg, greens. I had the rice vermicelli with chicken that they called a salad. I was expecting the classic Vietnamese staple but this one had some adaptations, perhaps to a fusion or one might say less ethnic nod. Small things but the ample portion served in a small bowl made it hard to mix the rice noodles, lettuce, carrot, cucumber and chicken that is a common approach to the dish after drowning all the ingredients in both sweet sauce (nuoc cham), siracha and/or hoisin sauce. It only came with the nuoc cham. They brought Siracha when I asked for it, but I'm a fan of having these condiments on the table standard. Again, had the sense that the business lunch crowd that is probably the primary audience isn't likely to be as focused on the more authentic ingredients. The chicken was also not grilled and sliced but had a pleasant preparation. Just know it won't be the charred flavor that is so common. Finally, not to obsess on this one dish, but cutting the lettuce leaves more would enable easier chop sticks combos of the ingredients in single bites. Overall it worked for us. I am definitely the most focused on (my companions would say obsessed) on connection to what these dishes should be. If adaptations work well for you, Tiger+Lily likely will as well.
