I had the best time at Haven Head Spa! I was able to make a day-of appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and greeted me upon arrival and escorted me to a private room for my treatment. The treatment was so luxurious and they even helped me take photos / videos so I could remember the experience. Will definitely come back again!

I wasn't quite sure what to expect since this was my first time trying Kaori Japanese head care but it was such a relaxing experience! The 12 steps started with a scalp analysis which is so cool and also gross lol. Beverly was very nice, explaining the process and checking in to make sure I was comfortable with the steps, pressure, and water temperature as we went along. I really enjoyed the scalp massage as well as the neck and shoulder massage after a long week! Best of all, it includes a skin analysis and she customized a facial mask for my dry skin. After blow drying my hair, it felt so soft and had extra shine from the keratin steam. Now I'm convinced I need to treat myself more often! The price is very reasonable considering the full experience.

This place is awesome! Ask for Winnie!! She will treat you like a queen. It's so relaxing here - I even fell asleep.

Easy to book appointments online. The location inside the building was a little hard to find. It's a shared space with other salons. They are small rooms and the room I was in was private. I experience was really relaxing and everything was thought of- warm socks, warm pillow for your belly. They also do some facial in addition to head. Hair feels amazing when you walk out. They don't style so if your look is not straight hair blown out with a Dyson then you might not care for what it looks like when you walk out but it will feel so light and clean and smell so good. The salon next door was a little noisy with lots of chatter so that wasn't great but I would still recommend this place and if I was looking for another head spa experience I would go back. read more

Lily was fantastic!! She clearly studied very hard in school because she was more than knowledgeable in all things scalp health!! Her and her mom have really made something special here. If I could start my day with an apt every morning I would haha from the scalp analysis to the treatment she decided on, no detail was left unturned. Very professional service. I had wonderful 90' with Lily. I was recharged and feel so good after getting the Kaori treatment. My face skin and hair are soft and rejuvenated. Amazing spa day with my mom and sister for my birthday!! The staff was so well educated and so kind. The service was thorough and so satisfying. The scalp massage was incredibly relaxing and much longer than I expected. When you start the appointment they do a scalp and skin analysis to ensure that they are using products that suit your hair and skin and leave them both feeling moisturized, soft, and smooth. I called yesterday but they were full booked for weekends, it ruined my day because I am busy on weekdays, but Lily was very professional, she called back and took my late appointment at 7:45 politely. She kept asking if I didn't mind coming late, of course I don't mind. I had a wonderful experience here. I love her massage. Every inches of my head were taken care of. My tiredness disappeared, and I left with soft and clean hair + scalp. Although it was late Lily was not rush, she checked my scalp after blowing dry and told me that it was still dry, she spent more time on doing light therapy for my scalp and it looked better after her treatment.
