This was my first time being there. When you walk in, there's a couple of kiosk that you can order from there as well have a cashier, but no one's near it. The place looked empty with some few tables dirty. So no welcome or hi when you walk in it was a bit confused on how or what to do. But thanks to some guest told us to order from kiosk and they would call our number to pick up our orders. When they called her number, they just set the food in the counter by the kitchen where you were able to see the kitchen staff just talking laughing. And I a staff for our drinks and she just pointed to where the drinks were and they don't even know what size you got so technically, you can get whatever size and just pay for a small one. Silverware were individually wrapped. The teriyaki chicken was ok, on the big plate I barely even had any rice. You can't even see it on the picture. It had way more chicken than anything else. The macaroni salad was not good at all. All you can taste is like mayo or whatever white sauce they use super creamy and it has no flavor. The pineapple was ok I don't know if it was fresh or It was from a can. Build your own ball teriyaki chicken was ok once again not enough rice the veggies only had pepper as seasonings, and most of the veggies were soggy. We were expecting more out of this place. Price I felt like it was too much for what they serve and it lacks on flavor. The teriyaki sauce it was too watery and too sweet didn't even taste like teriyaki to me tasted more like sweet soy sauce. I do not know anything about Hawaiian Bros, but after my family and I stopped in to see what's it about. We will not stop again. Seems like a hedge fund group looked at all the Hawaiian BBQ joints and they spit out this concept. All their sauces are prepackaged and no soy sauce?!?! Not sure if the missing soy sauce was just my cosmic lottery win or it is actually not available all the time. You will be served a hot edible meal. The Mac salad was the opposite of what I enjoy when eating at Hawaiian BBQ joints. The lobby was clean. Not many people inside when I went. Most of their business seems to be the third party delivery services. read more

I'm very disappointed with the meal here. We walked in and placed our order at a mobile station. The only human connection we got was when the really sweet lady handed us our food. I love musubis, but the flavor was completely off and I couldn't even eat it. The Huli Huli and Molokai chicken tasted almost identical, despite the Molokai being advertised as spicy (there was absolutely no heat). On top of that, the macaroni salad was just a wall of mayonnaise and heavy cracked pepper that ruined the texture and the flavor. Unfortunately this is one of the very few places I definitely will not be returning to. It wasn't worth it nor was it even close to being authentic. read more

Stopped here to try out the food since I love Hawaiian food , upon going in you order your food on a kiosk since there's not really a front desk person to order from , It was not difficult and they do have nice music playing my big downfall was the place was not that clean there were quite a few tables really dirty and not cleaned up so not sure if they were short staffed or just nobody working the dining area. I ended up getting the hui hui chicken and it was good they also have several good sauces to try as well . Overall the food was good and I would eat it again but maybe I would just get it to go. read more

Found the place not too far from hotel. They had a couple of drive thru lines so I took the inner one. The guy asked what I wanted to order. I told him and about a minute later a girl comes on and asks what I wanted to order. Frustrating. I ordered again classic huli-huli (teriyaki) chicken plate and side of fresh pineapple. I drove it back to the hotel in high expectations. The chicken was actually tasty but the rice was clumpy and the macaroni salad was mushy. Maikyl is out of this world kind and has supreme customer service!!! This gentleman came to the window and literally was the definition of customer service he addresses my issue and took my order. The food was amazing and he recommended the Honolulu chicken it was amazing !!! Very clean and chill thanks maikyl!! dashed my order from here a couple of weeks ago, was pleasantly satisfied when my food came piping hot! i ordered the kilauea chicken with extra rice, extra mac salad, spam musubi, and strawberry dole whip. unlike a majority of fast food places/chain restaurants, the spicy chicken was ACTUALLY spicy. that's worth a platinum medal in my book! there was rice under the chicken as well as rice on the side; as i mentioned earlier, i ordered extra rice because i can never get enough of eating it! the texture of the rice was slightly sticky, which i liked because it paired well with the chicken. the mac salad was decent; not terrible but not out of this world either. i liked the black pepper in it, but i had to add a little salt to jazz up the flavor. sadly, the spam musubi was somewhat of a letdown since it was slander than what i was used to. it had a nice bite to it, though. last but not least, the strawberry dole whip was hella good! make sure to eat/drink it while it's fresh or else it'll melt quickly. overall, this was a good first-time ordering experience for me. read more

Opened my food to see only half a scoops ( Picture before it was even touched!!! ) also the pasta was over watered the teriyaki was good and rice was ok but very disappointed on the way it was served into the plate. First time having Hawaiian Bros, it was amazing! Aamira made our visit so much better, she was so kind and very knowledgeable. She gave suggestions and recommendations on what to get and how to get it! Her energy radiates. There was not one person that walked through that door that was not greeted by Aamira! The food is outstanding. I tried both the Molokai Chicken and the Honolulu Chicken. One is slightly spicy, but much more on the sweet spectrum than hot. The other had garlic, onion, and sesame seeds. I loved the macaroni, just right and not to much mayonnaise. The steamed vegetables also have really good seasoning and were not overcooked. Overall great food for the price. read more

I used to eat Hawaiian bros an unhealthy amount & still do but lately the food quality has taken a drastic hit. The rice is hard and old, the chicken flavors are being mixed (even though that wasn't my order) I'm not sure if I want to keep trying with them.. pineapple is always great though read more
